Beignet / French doughnuts By: Chos daily cook
Makes about 25~40 ~^-^*
Ingredients:
Strong flour 520g / Condensed milk 120g /
Sugar 50g / Warm water 180 ml (Hot water - X)
/ Egg 1 / Instant dry yeast 6g
/ Salt 1 ts / Butter 30g
Food coloring (SKY BLUE) / Powdered sugar
/ Honey / Cookie cutters (

Method:
1. Instant Dry Yeast + + = Let sit 10min
( ! ~! Do not use hot water!)
2. + Condensed Milk + Salt 2~3
Mix for 2-3 min
(Add the food colouring now ~)

strong flour after mixing #1 & #2

~! Add in the butter. After mixing a
little, sift in the rest of the flour.

place.(I fill an oven pan with a little bit of water and turn on the oven to
200C for 3 min and leave the dough to rise in the warm oven.)
