2. 燃烧设备各部件介绍 INTRODUCTION ON PARTS

OF COMBUSTION EQUIPMENT

煤粉燃烧器为四角布置切向燃烧、百叶窗式水平煤粉燃烧器。风、粉气流从炉膛

四角喷进炉膛后,在炉膛中心形成假想切圆,假想切圆直径为 φ1121mm(见附图

1“燃烧设备布置图”)。

THE COMBUSTION EQUIPMENT SHALL BE HORIZONTAL

LOUVER-TYPE THICK & THIN BURNERS ARRANGED IN FOUR

CORNERS FOR TANGENTIAL FIRING. TANGENTIAL LAYOUT SHALL

BE ADOPTED WITH THE SUPPOSED DIAMETER OF Φ1121 (SHOWN

IN THE ATTACHED DRAWING 1, LAYOUT OF COMBUSTION

每角燃烧器有上下两组,共布置 15 层喷口,包括有 6 层一次风喷口,1 层顶二

次风(OFA)喷口,8 层二次风喷口(其中三层布置有燃油装置)。一次风喷口布

置有周界风(见附图 2、3“燃烧器喷口布置图”)。

BURNER OF EACH CORNER HAS 2 GROUP BURNERS , AND

ARRANGED WITH TOTAL 15 LAYERS OF NOZZLES, INCLUDING 6

LAYERS OF PRIMARY AIR NOZZLES, 1 LAYER OF ROOF

SECONDARY AIR(OFA)NOZZLES AND 8 LAYERS OF SECONDARY

AIR NOZZLES(AMONG THEM, 3 LAYER SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH

OIL-FIRED DEVICES). AT THE PRIMARY AIR NOZZLE,

CIRCUMFERENTIAL AIR SHALL BE SET (PLEASE SEE THE DETAILS

IN THE ATTACHED DRAWING 2 & 3, LAYOUT OF BURNER

NOZZLES).

2.1 煤 粉 燃 烧 器 的 结 构 STRUCTURE OF PULVERIZED

COAL BURNER

煤粉燃烧器主要由摆动喷口及其摆动机构、抽出式一次风管、风箱及风门等零部

件组成。(见附图 4“煤粉燃烧器结构示意图”)

THE PULVERIZED COAL BURNERS SHALL MAINLY BE

COMPOSED OF PARTS SUCH AS OSCILLATING NOZZLES AND

ACTUATORS , THE PRIMARY AIR NOZZLES, SECONDARY AIR

NOZZLES, EXTRACTABLE PRIMARY AIR CONDUITS AND AIR

PORTS. (SHOWN IN THE ATTACHED DRAWING 4, SKETCH OF

PULVERIZED COAL BURNER STRUCTURE).

煤粉及其输送用风(即一次风)经煤粉管道、燃烧器一次风管、百叶窗式煤粉浓

缩器、一次风喷口喷入炉膛;周界风(兼作停运一次风喷口冷却风)经二次风大风

箱、燃烧器风室、一次风喷口的周界风通道喷入炉膛;二次风(其中喷口内布置有

燃油装置的三层二次风在油枪投运时也作为油燃烧器的配风)经二次风大风箱、燃

烧器风室、二次风喷口喷入炉膛;为降低 NOX 生成量而设置的顶二次风(OFA)经

二次风大风箱、燃烧器风室、顶二次风喷口喷入炉膛。

THE PULVERIZED COAL AND THE CARRIER AIR(PRIMARY AIR)

SHALL BE EJECTED INTO THE FURNACE THROUGH THE

PULVERIZED COAL PIPELINE 、 PRIMARY AIR CONDUITS OF

BURNERS 、 LOUVER-TYPE PULVERIZED COAL CONCENTRATOR

AND THE PRIMARY AIR NOZZLES; THE CIRCUMFERENTIAL

AIR(ALSO AS THE COOLING AIR AT THE PRIMARY AIR NOZZLES

WHEN SHUTDOWN) SHALL BE EJECTED INTO THE FURNACE

THROUGH THE WIND BOX 、THE AIR PLENUM OF BURNERS AND

THE PASSAGE OF CIRCUMFERENTIAL AIR AT THE PRIMARY AIR

NOZZLES; THE SECONDARY AIR(THE SECONDARY AIR AT 3 LAYER

WHERE OIL-FIRED DEVICES ARE SET IN THE NOZZLES, CAN BE

AS THE ASSISTANT AIR FOR THE OIL BURNERS) SHALL BE

EJECTED INTO FURNACE THROUGH THE WIND BOX 、 THE AIR

PLENUM OF BURNERS AND SECONDARY AIR NOZZLES; THE

ROOF SECONDARY AIR( OFA) FOR REDUCING THE NOx SHALL BE

EJECTED INTO THE FURNACE THROUGH THE WIND BOX 、THE AIR

PLENUM OF BURNERS AND THE ROOF SECONDARY AIR NOZZLES.

燃烧器风箱被隔成 15 层风室,各层风室分别向对应的一次风喷口(周界风)、

二次风喷口和顶二次风(OFA)喷口单独供风。各层风室之间的风量分配是通过调

节各层风室入口处的风门挡板的开度来实现的。

THE WIND BOXES OF BURNERS SHALL BE SEPARATED INTO

15 LAYERS OF AIR PLENUM WHICH SHALL SUPPLY AIR TO ITS

CORRESPONDING PRIMARY AIR NOZZLES (CIRCUMFERENTIAL

AIR), SECONDARY AIR NOZZLES AND ROOF SECONDARY AIR (OFA)

NOZZLES. THE AIR DISTRIBUTION AMONG THE LAYERS OF AIR

PLENUMS SHALL BE REALIZED BY ADJUSTING THE OPENING

DEGREE OF THE AIR PORT BAFFLES AT THE INLET OF AIR

PLENUM OF EACH LAYER.

锅炉总风量的调节通过送风机的调节挡板来调节,不属于燃烧设备风门挡板的

调节范围。

THE TOTAL AIR FLOW OF BOILER SHALL BE ADJUSTED WITH

THE ADJUSTMENT BAFFLES OF FORCED-DRAFT FANS, NOT WITH

THE AIR PORT BAFFLES OF COMBUSTION EQUIPMENT.

2.2 百 叶 窗 式 煤 粉 浓 缩 器 LOUVER-TYPE PULVERIZED

COAL CONCENTRATOR

为了解决锅炉高温腐蚀、低 NOx 排放和保证较低的不投油最低稳燃负荷,本

工程煤粉燃烧器中本厂所供的一次风均采用百叶窗分离水平浓淡燃烧器。它是由一

次风喷口、一次风管、百叶窗式煤粉浓缩器、一次风方圆节等组成。一次风气流的浓

淡分离是靠安装于一次风管中的百叶窗式煤粉浓缩器来实现的。这种燃烧器利用百

叶窗式煤粉浓缩器使流过的煤粉气流在水平方向上形成浓淡两股气流,浓煤粉在向

火侧,淡煤粉在背火侧。浓气流由于煤粉浓度高,着火热大大降低,析出的挥发物

浓度大,因此有利于着火。此外,淡煤粉在背火侧与二次风配合可以在炉膛周围形

成氧化性气氛,可以起到降低 NOx 生成及防止炉膛结焦的作用。

COMBUSTION LOAD WHEN NO OIL IS PROVIDED, HORIZONTAL

LOUVER-TYPE THICK & THIN BURNERS SHALL BE ADOPTED FOR

THE PRIMARY AIR OF THIS PROJECT, WHICH SHALL BE

COMPOSED OF PRIMARY AIR NOZZLES, PRIMARY AIR CONDUITS,

LOUVER-TYPE PULVERIZED COAL CONCENTRATOR AND PRIMARY

AIR SQUARE-ROUND SECTIONS, ETC. THE THICK&THIN

SEPARATION OF PRIMARY AIR FLOW SHALL BE FULFILLED BY

THE LOUVER-TYPE PULVERIZED COAL CONCENTRATOR SET IN

THE PRIMARY AIR CONDUIT. THIS KIND OF BURNERS CAN MAKE

THE PASSING PULVERIZED COAL AIR FLOW FORM TWO AIRFLOWS

IN THE HORIZONTAL DIRECTION BY MAKING USE OF THE

LOUVER-TYPE PULVERIZED COAL CONCENTRATOR: THICK

PULVERIZED COAL AT THE FIRESIDE AND THIN PULVERIZED

COAL AT THE BACK OF FIRESIDE. BECAUSE THE THICK AIR FLOW

IS WITH HIGH CONCENTRATION OF PULVERIZED COAL, THE

IGNITING POINT SHALL BE MUCH LOWER. BESIDES, THE

VOLATILE SEPARATED OUT IS WITH HIGH DENSITY, SO IT IS

BENEFIT FOR CATCHING FIRE. FURTHERMORE, THE THIN

PULVERIZED COAL AT THE BACK OF FIRESIDE TOGETHER WITH

THE SECONDARY AIR SHALL FORM OXIDATION ENVIRONMENT

AROUND THE FURNACE WHICH SHALL REDUCE THE

GENERATION OF NOX AND PREVENT THE COKE BUILDING IN THE

FURNACE.

煤粉浓缩器是由浓缩器壳体、浓缩叶片、挡板及中隔板组成。其叶片长度、叶片

倾角、叶片间距、挡板长度、挡板倾角、分体长度均是通过冷态模拟实验确定的。

为了防止煤粉浓缩器的磨损,在煤粉浓缩器的浓缩叶片、挡板以及浓侧壁面上均贴

有耐磨陶瓷贴片。

THE PULVERIZED COAL CONCENTRATOR SHALL BE

COMPOSED OF SHELL, VANES, BAFFLES AND PARTITION BOARD.

THE LENGTH OF VANES, OBLIQUITY OF VANES, LENGTH OF

BAFFLES, OBLIQUITY OF BAFFLES, LENGTH OF DIVIDED BODY

SHALL ALL BE DECIDED BY CONDUCTING THE COLD-STATE

SIMULATION TEST. TO PREVENT THE ABRASION OF PULVERIZED

COAL CONCENTRATOR, WEARPROOF PORCELAIN STICKERS

SHALL BE STICK ON THE CONCENTRATION VANES, BAFFLES AND

THE WALL SURFACE AT THE THICK SIDE.

2.3 一次风管的抽出及喷口的更换 THE EXTRACTION OF

PRIMARY AIR CONDUIT AND THE

REPLACEMENT OF NOZZLE

为了便于一次风喷口炉内更换和一次风管现场检修,一次风管设计成可抽出式

检修时,一次风喷口和一次风风管可以整体抽出炉外(参见附图 5 "抽出式一次风

管结构简图"),具体过程如下:

TO BE CONVENIENT FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF PRIMARY AIR

NOZZLES AND THE REPAIR OF THE PRIMARY AIR CONDUITS, THE

PRIMARY AIR CONDUITS SHALL BE DESIGNED EXTRACTABLE.

DURING THE REPAIR, THE PRIMARY AIR NOZZLES AND PRIMARY

AIR CONDUITS MAY BE EXTRACTED OUT FROM THE FURNACE

INTEGRALLY (PLEASE REFER TO THE ATTACHED DRAWING 5,

SKETCH OF PRIMARY AIR CONDUIT STRUCTURE), AND THE

DETAILED PROCEDURES SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS:CWPC—设.004

1) 将喷口(序号 1)摆动到水平位置;

PLEASE SWING THE NOZZLE(NO.1)TO THE POSITION OF

LEVEL;

2) 拆下风室侧盖板(序号 11);

DISMANTLE THE SIDE COVER PLATE OF AIR BOX (NO.11)

3) 用铁丝穿过固定孔(序号 4)将拉杆(序号 2)固定住,此时喷口不能摆动,

严禁气缸动作;

THE WIRE WHICH THROUGH THE FIXED-HOLE(NO.4) IS UED

TO FIX THE ROD(NO.2), AT THIS TIME,THE NOZZLE CAN’T

SWING AND THE ACTUATORS DON’T WORKING.

4) 拆下销(序号 9),取出销轴(序号 8)使摆动机构解列;

DISMANTLE THE PIN(NO.9)AND MOVE THE PIN

AXES ( NO.8 ) TO DISASSEMBLE THE OSCILLATING

EQUIPMENT

5) 割断风管固定件(序号 3);

CUT OFF THE FIXED PARTS OF AIR CONDUITS (NO.2)

6) 松开风室后盖板(序号 6)与风室的连接螺栓、螺母,此时一次风喷口和一次风

管组件已完全与燃烧器风箱脱离,再松开一次风管同设计院煤粉管道的联接后

即可将其拉出风箱进行更换喷口等各种检修。(设计院煤粉管道应采取适当结

构确保上述工作顺利进行)。

LOOSEN THE CONNECTIVE BOLTS AND NUTS OF BACK COVER

VARIOUS REPAIRS CAN BE CARRIED OUT WITH THE PULLED

OUT WIND BOXES SUCH AS THE REPLACEMENT OF THE

NOZZLES. (THE PULVERIZED COAL PIPELINE DESIGNED BY

THE DESIGN INSTITUTE SHALL ADOPT PROPER STRUCTURES

TO ENSURE THAT THE ABOVE WORK CAN BE CARRIED OUT

SUCCESSFULLY)。

2.4 燃 烧 器 喷 口 摆 动 机 构 及 ( 喷 口 用 ) 气 动 执 行 器

OSCILLATING EQUIPMENT OF NOZZLES AND

PNEUMATIC ACTUATORS(NOZZLES USE)

喷口摆动机构及气动执行器组成了一个相对独立的系统(参见附图 6"喷口摆动

机构及气动执行器示意图")。气动执行器输出直行程,经摆动机构的传递后使喷口

产生角行程。装配后顶二次风及上二次风喷口能上下摆动 15°,其余喷口均能上下

摆动 30°。

OSCILLATING EQUIPMENT OF NOZZLES AND PNEUMATIC

ACTUATORS IS MAKE UP OF A UNATTACHED SYSTEM(PLEASE

REFER TO THE ATTACHED DRAWING 6, SKETCH OF OSCILLATING

EQUIPMENT OF NOZZLES AND PNEUMATIC ACTUATORS). AFTER

ASSEMBLEED THE ROOF SECONDARY AIR (OFA)AND TOP

SECONDARY NOZZLE CAN SWING UP AND DOWN 15°, OTHERS

NOZZLE CAN SWING UP AND DOWN 30°.

为保证燃烧器喷口摆动灵活,无论需要与否,每个运行班至少应将燃烧器喷口

摆动一次。

TO ENSURE THE NOZZLE OSCILLATING AGILITY , THE

NUMBER OF NOZZLE OSCILLATING MUST BE MOER THAN ONE AT

ONE SHIFT.

喷口摆动机构(参见附图 6、附图 7),动作过程如下:

气动执行器直接推动摆杆(序号 3),摆杆通过传动销(序号 16)将作用力传

给传动臂(序号 18),再通过键(序号 17)传力给轴(序号 13)使主动曲臂(序号

6)转动,经拉杆(序号 7)将作用力传至一次风喷口;经内拉杆(序号 2)、从动

曲臂(序号 8)、拉杆(序号 7)将作用力传至二次风喷口,使一、二次风喷口按需

要摆动。

保险销(序号 15)是在摆动机构发生故障时起到过载保护作用,即在摆动过程

中,由于意外原因导致喷口卡住、阻力增大,致使传动销(序号 16)被剪断,这时

支撑角钢(序号 14)随摆杆(序号 3)转动一定角度后与保险销(序号 15)脱开,

保险销在压紧装置(序号 11)作用下插入底板(序号 10)上的孔中,锁住相关喷

口。为保证正常运行,应立即排除故障。

燃烧器各层风室的风量分配是通过调节各层风室的风门挡板的开度来实现的。

锅炉每个角燃烧器沿高度方向共有 15 层风门,其中 6 层周界风门,8 层二次风门

和 1 层顶二次风(OFA)风门,所有风门挡板的调节均由气动执行器的动作来完

成。

2.6 燃油装置 OIL-FIRED DEVICE

燃油装置主要由油枪、高能点火器及气动推进器组成,每炉 12套,布置在 3

层二次风喷口中,其主要技术参数如下:

2.7 燃 烧 器 固 定 装 置 FIXATION DEVICES OF

BURNER

燃烧器固定装置用于燃烧器与刚性梁间的连接,固定燃烧设备。使燃烧设备随

水冷壁自由地作三维热膨胀。燃烧器固定装置及燃烧器与水冷壁的连接只能承受燃

烧设备自身及其保温的荷载,原则上不能承受任何其他外来荷载。

THE BURNER FIXATION DEVICES SHALL BE ADOPTED FOR THE

CONNECTION BETWEEN THE BURNERS AND THE BACKSTAYS

AND THE FIXATION OF COMBUSTION EQUIPMENT TO MAKE THE

COMBUSTION EQUIPMENT EXPAND IN THREE DIMENSIONS

FREELY. THE FIXATION DEVICES OF BURNERS AND THE

CONNECTION BETWEEN THE BURNERS AND WATERWALL SHALL

ONLY BEAR THE LOAD OF EQUIPMENT ITSELF AND THE HEAT

PRESERVATION. IN PRINCIPLE, THEY CAN NOT BEAR OTHER

EXTRA LOAD.

燃烧器同水冷壁之间采用高强螺栓联结,这种连接方式既能使燃烧器随水冷壁

一起自由膨胀,又不妨碍燃烧器与水冷壁之间的胀差。具体的连接操作方法详见图

4MS61-0GW(煤粉燃烧器)。

DETAILED CONNECTION METHOD SHALL BE SHOWN IN 4MS61-

0GW (PULVERIZED COAL BURNER).

2.8 大风箱 WIND BOX

在锅炉两侧燃烧器区域对称布置有两个大风箱,每个大风箱供前后两个角的燃

烧器所需的二次风及周界风。由于大风箱对称布置,使得两侧的风道阻力基本相等,

保证两个大风箱分配到的风量基本相等。大风箱设计入口风速较低,故可将其视为

一个静压风箱,风箱内风量的分配取决于燃烧器自身结构特点及其风门的开度,这

样也就可以保证前后两个角的燃烧器在相同的状态下自然得到相同的风量,有利于

保证炉膛内火焰中心不偏斜。大风箱固定在水冷壁上,与风箱内的刚性梁、桁架连

为一体。

TWO BIG BOXES SHALL BE ARRANGED SYMMETRICALLY IN

THE BURNER AREA AT THE TWO SIDES OF BOILER AND EACH BIG

BOX SHALL PROVIDE THE SECONDARY AIR AND

CIRCUMFERENTIAL AIR FOR THE BURNERS IN THE FRONT AND

BACK CORNERS. DUE TO THE SYMMETRY LAYOUT OF BIG BOXES,

THE RESISTANCES IN THE AIR DUCTS AT THE TWO SIDES SHALL

BE BASICALLY EQUAL WHICH GUARANTEES THE AIR FLOWS

DISTRIBUTED TO THE TWO BIG WIND BOXES ARE BASICALLY

EQUAL. THE INLET AIR FLOW OF BIG WIND BOXES SHALL BE

DESIGNED RELATIVE SLOW, SO THE BOXES CAN BE REGARDED

AS THE WIND BOXES WITH STATIC PRESSURE. THE

DISTRIBUTION OF AIR FLOW IN THE WIND BOXES SHALL DEPEND

ON THE STRUCTURE OF BURNERS THEMSELVES AND THE

OPENING DEGREE OF AIR PORTS, THEREFORE, IT ENSURES THAT

THE SAME AIR FLOW CAN BE NATURALLY GOT BY THE TWO

BURNERS IN THE FRONT AND BACK CORNERS UNDER THE SAME

CONDITION WHICH SHALL BENEFIT THAT THE FLAME CENTER IN

THE FURNACE SHALL NOT GO SKEW. THE BIG WIND BOXES

SHALL BE FIXED ON THE WATERWALL AND INTEGRATED WITH

BACKSTAYS AND TRUSSES IN THE WIND BOXES.

3. 安装技术要求 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT FOR

INSTALLATION

1) 严格按图纸及有关技术文件要求进行安装;

THE INSTALLATION SHALL BE CARRIED OUT STRICTLY

ACCORDING TO THE DRAWINGS AND RELEVANT TECHNICAL

DOCUMENTS;

2) 对燃烧器安装结果应进行全面记录并存档备查;

THE INSTALLATION RESULT OF BURNERS SHALL BE FULLY

RECORDED AND FILED FOR EXAMINATION;

3) 燃烧设备安装前应检查水冷壁安装结果,确保水冷壁安装符合图纸要求后,才

能开始安装燃烧设备;

PRIOR TO THE INSTALLATION OF COMBUSTION EQUIPMENT,

INSTALLATION RESULT OF WATERWALL SHALL BE EXAMINED

TO GUARANTEE THAT THE INSTALLATION OF WATERWALL IS

IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENT OF DRAWINGS.

UNLESS AFTER THAT, THE INSTALLATION OF COMBUSTION

EQUIPMENT CAN BE CARRIED OUT;

4) 安装前应对燃烧器进行全面检查以核实设备是否符合图纸要求,检查中各风门

PRIOR TO THE INSTALLATION, THE BURNERS SHALL BE

BURNERS ARE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF

DRAWINGS, IF THE BAFFLES OF AIR PORTS ARE FLEXIBLE AND

IF THE OPENING DEGREE AND SWITCH DIRECTIONS OF AIR

PORTS CONFORM TO THE OUTER INDICATION;

5) 安装时应仔细考虑起吊方式和吊装顺序,采取必要措施严禁吊装过程中燃烧器

产生永久变形;

WHEN INSTALLATION, HOISTING METHOD AND SEQUENCE

SHALL BE CONSIDERED CAREFULLY. NECESSARY MEASURES

SHALL BE TAKEN TO PREVENT THE OCCURRENCE OF

PERMANENT DEFORMATION OF BURNERS DURING

HOISTING;

6) 燃烧器吊装就位后,须检查每个喷口的摆动角度是否与外部指示角度一致,具

体的检查及调整方法(参见附图 6,7)如下:

AFTER THE BURNER IS INSTALLED, IT MUST BE CHECK THE

a. 检查摆杆位置是否正确,使指针(序号 19)必须对准零位;如发现有误,

可调整调节螺母(序号 4)和外连杆(序号 5),使摆杆的指针对准零位;

CHECK THE POSITION OF ROCKER IS RIGHT, THE

INDEX ( NO.19 ) IS POINT TO THE POSITION OF ZERO. IF

THERE HAVE ERROR,IT CAN ADJUST THE CONTROL

NUT(NO.4)AND EXTERIOR ROD(NO.5).

b. 拆下燃烧器风室的侧盖板,调节各拉杆(序号 7)上的调节螺母(序号

1),使各喷口处于水平位置,误差不超过 30′;

DISMANTLE THE SIDE COVER PLATE OF AIR BOX, ADJUST

THE CONTROL NUT ( NO.1 ) OF EVERY ROD ( NO.7 ) TO

MAKE SURE EVERY NOZZLE AT THE SAME LEVEL,THE

ERROR IS NO MORE THAN 30′.

c. 零位调整好后,摆动摆杆至最大角度检查摆动过程中有无卡涩现象及各喷

口摆动角度是否到位;

e. 安装气动执行器前,在地面应检查执行器的动作情况、初始长度及活塞行

程是否与技术文件相符,发现问题处理后才允许安装;

WORKING CONDITION 、 INITIAL LENGTH AND PISTON

ACTUATING OF PNEUMATIC ACTUATORS IS ACCORD TO

SPECIFICATION AT GROUND. FIXED IT AFTER ALL PROBLEM

HAVE BEEN SOLVED.

f. 气动执行器安装时应按图纸要求安装,标高误差不超过 5mm;

THE FIXING REQUEST OF PNEUMATIC ACTUATORS

SHOULD ACCORD TO THE DWG. AND THE ERROR IS NO

MORE THAN 5mm.

7) 在进行喷口摆动用气动执行器调试时,应保证该执行器带动的各层喷口之间同

步摆动。此外,应保证同组四角的 4只执行器同步动作,以使四角的所有燃烧

器喷口同步摆动(即各喷口摆动一致);

WHEN DEBUGING THE PNEUMATIC ACTUATORS,THE

NOZZLE OF EVERY FLOOR SHOUD BE SWINGED SYNCHRO.

MOREOVER, TO ENSURE 4 ACTUATORS AT THE SAME GROUP

SHALL BE CONTROLLED SYNCHRO,THAT ALL NOZZLE OF

BURNER CAN BE CONTROLLED SYNCHRO(EVERY NOZZLE CAN

SWING IDENTICAL).

8) 应保证同层的 4个二次风门用气动执行器同步动作;

10) 由于煤粉燃烧器及其相关设备(油枪及推进器、喷口执行器、风门执行器)随水

冷壁作三维热膨胀,因此各类管道、电缆等与上述设备连接时应采用柔性连接

并保证具有足够的位移量。

BECAUSE THE PULVERIZED COAL BURNERS AND THEIR

RELEVANT EQUIPMENTS (OIL GUNS AND PUSHERS、NOZZLES

PNEUMATIC ACTUATORS 、 AIR PORT ACTUATORS) SHALL

EXPAND WITH WATERWALL IN THREE DIMENSIONS, WHEN

THEY ARE CONNECTED WITH ALL KINDS OF PIPELINES,

CABLES, ETC., FLEXIBLE CONNECTION SHALL BE ADOPTED TO

ENSURE ENOUGH SPACE FOR MOVEMENT.
