第一部分 展会简介

中国(四川)进口商品展览会(简称“进口商品展”)是为贯彻落实中国政府鼓励进口,促进对外贸易平衡发展政策和四川省委、省政府进一步扩大开放,加快建设内陆开放型经济高地战略部署,于2011年创办的中国西部地区国际进口商品、技术与设备、投资与贸易合作和交流的专业平台,由中国国际贸易促进委员会四川省委员会主办,四川省国际展览中心承办,有关国家领事馆、商(协)会协办。前三届进口商品展累计吸引36个国家和地区1100余家(次)企业参展。是境外企业开拓中国西部市场、境内企业进行贸易采购的有效平台。

The China (Sichuan) Imported Commodity Fair (SICF), aimed at implementing

the policy of encouraging import and promoting the foreign trade balance

development put forward by Chinese government, and the strategic deployment

of further expanding opening up and speeding up the construction of inland

open economic highland proposed by Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and

Sichuan Provincial People’s Government, is a professional platform for

cooperation and exchange in international imported commodity, technology,

equipment, trade and investment in western China. It is initiated by CCPIT

Sichuan Council, organized by Sichuan Provincial International Exhibition

Center, supported by Foreign Consulates and Business Associations in

Sichuan. SCIF has witnessed numerous achievements since 2011, and over

1,100 companies from 36 countries and regions participated in the past 3

sessions. It has become an effective platform for foreign enterprises to develop

the market in west China and domestic enterprises to make purchases.

第四届进口商品展是四川省政府2014年“惠民购物全川行动”活动重要展会之一,吸引了欧洲、拉美、东亚、东南亚、南亚、中东、非洲、大洋洲等区域30多个国家和地区的380多家企业和机构参展,参展产(商)品3000余种,涵盖了品饮料、红酒、服装服饰、家居饰品、工艺礼品、珠宝首饰、消费电子等8个大类。3天展会期间,共有4万多观众和专业买家参观、采购,举办了2场专业采购洽谈会。现场贸易成交金额337余万元人民币,签订代理合同和意向协议金额1300多万元人民币。波兰罗兹省副省长马勒钦·布加斯基率团参展。

SICF has been listed as one of the most important exhibitions for Sichuan

Shopping Festival in 2014. It has attracted more than 380 exhibitors from 30

countries and regions preferential including Europe, Latin America, East

Asia, Southeast Asia, South Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Oceania. There

were more than 3000 kinds of exhibits in this year, including Household items,

Handcrafts, Textiles & Clothing, Jewelries & Accessories, Food & Beverages

and Consumer Electronics. During the Fair, there were more than 40,000

visitors, and we held two B2B workshops. On-spot sales amount was RMB

3.37 million and trade agreement was worth over RMB 13 million. Moreover,

Marcin Bugajski, Vice-governor of Lodzkie Region of Poland, led his

delegation and participated in the fair.

Thanks for CCPIT Sichuan Council’s help, the featured commodities of Lodz could access to

Chengdu’s market. Both of Chengdu and Lodz are historical and fashionable cities, we would

like to share each other’s culture and commodities. Food is one of the most important

industries of Lodz, I think our meat, milk, vegetable and fruit are very competitive. I am

confident that the two cities could cooperate very well in the future.

are one of the largest cashmere products manufacturers in Nepal. This is the first time to come

We have brought the highest quality Sri Lankan tea in this fair. Chengdu’s customers have high

standards for tea, however, I believe that they will love Sri Lankan tea, because the export

volume of our tea is the largest one in world, this means the quality has been approved.

There are three main ways for inviting buyers, which are through advertising, cooperation agencies’ inviting and direct

inviting.

�受邀并参观展会的重点采购商来自川内各大型商场超市、代理商、经销商、大型集团客户等,包括家乐福、伊藤洋

华堂、沃尔玛、红旗超市、舞东风超市、四川医药、广电星空电视购物、天堂眼艺术品、四川省工艺品进出口公司、

圣地亚家居、逸慕客、聚智龙贸易等。

The invited buyers mainly came from Sichuan’s shopping malls, supermarkets, agents, distributors and large group clients,

including Carrefour, Ito-yokado, Wal-mart, Hongqi Chain, Wu Dongfeng Supermarket, Sichuan Medicine, TV shopping of Radio Film

and Television of Sichuan, Heaven Eyes Art, Sichuan Arts and Crafts Import and Export company, Sandia Home Furnishing, Yimu Ke

and Juzhilong Trade etc.

�开展前定期发放展商名单及产品资料、合作意向等,协助采购商制定采购计划。

During the preparation period, organizer regularly issued the latest list of exhibitors,

products information, and the cooperation intention to assist buyers to make their

purchasing plan.

�展场现场设置现场洽谈区,并安排专人引领采购商到达展商展台,并对展商及展

品做介绍,协助采购商与展商开展直接的商务洽谈。

There was a B2B Workshop area to help the business negotiation between buyers and

exhibitors, staffs were assist arranged to buyers and exhibitors, and lead the buyers to the

booth and introduce the exhibitors and exhibits.

一、展会现场情况 On-site Situation

“进口商品展”在3天展会期间,约有4万多观众和专业买家参会,展会现场气氛热烈。During the exhibition, more than 40,000 visitors have

participated in the fair, and the atmosphere was extremely high.

泰国的水果、零食、青草膏、汤料等产品带来的高额销量得到了参展商的高度评价;来自澳大利亚、西班牙、法国的知名红酒品牌,以出色的品质、实惠的价格吸引了众多市民;斯里兰卡的红茶和手工蜡染制品也找到了忠实的买家。Snacks, fruit, grass paste, soup and other products from Thailand have

achieved high sales volume and highly appraised by the exhibitors;

Famous wine from Australia, Spain, France, because of their excellent

quality and affordable price, have attracted many visitors; Sri Lankan tea

and handmade batik products have found loyal buyers as well.

此外,哥伦比亚的咖啡、希腊的天然海绵、伊朗的手工地毯、阿富汗的披肩等,每个展区都以其独特的个性和新奇的商品、实惠的价格得到了消费者的青睐与好评。In addition, the Colombian coffee, Greek natural sponge, Iran's

handmade carpets and Afghanistan shawls etc., have been well-

received by the consumers because of their uniqueness and affordable

prices.

泰国、马来西亚、韩国、智利参展后决定在我会所属的四川省国际商品展示中心长期展示其产品。After the exhibition, Exhibitors from Thailand, Malaysia, South Korea and

Chile decided to display their products in Sichuan International commodity

Exhibition Center which belongs to CCPIT Sichuan Council.

1、6月14日上午,智利马瑞兰特酒庄与中国著名白酒企业泸州老窖集团在进口商品展现场签订了白酒及葡萄酒经销合作协议。四川省贸促会会长李钢、中国贸促会经济信息部副部长晏礼兵、泸州老窖集团总裁张良、智利-中国投资贸易促进会会长张希忠见证签约。四川新闻网等四川主流媒体对签约仪式进行了报道。

1、 On June 14th, MARYLAND, the Chilean winery and

exhibitor, has signed the contract with LUZHOU LAOJIAO on-

site during the exhibition, which is a Chinese famous liquor

enterprise group. They have signed the agreement about the

wine and liquor distribution and cooperation. President of

CCPIT Sichuan Council, Li Gang; Vice Director of Economic

and Information Department of CCPIT, Yan Libing;President

of LUZHOU LAOJIAO Group, Zhang Liang; and President of

Chile-China Trade and Investment Promotion Association,

Xizhong Zhang,witnessed the signing ceremony. Sichuan

News and other Sichuan media have reported the signing

ceremony.

2、6月16日上午,四川省贸促会与波兰驻华大使馆贸易和投资促进处在成都世纪城娇子会议中心锦江厅,为参展的波兰罗兹代表团举办了“中国—波兰经济合作暨罗兹省全新商业机会开发”推介会。来自农业、食品、化工、商贸、物流等行业的近30家四川企业与罗兹企业进行了互动交流。

2、 On June 16th, CCPIT Sichuan Council and Trade and

Investment Promotion Section of Embassy of Poland held the

China-Poland Economic Cooperation and Lodzkie Region

Business Opportunities Development Seminar. Nearly 30

Sichuan enterprises from agriculture, food,chemical industry,

commerce and trade and logistics, had an interactive

communication with Lodzkie companies in this seminar.

CCPIT Sichuan Council has cooperation with more

than ten media groups such as Sichuan TV, West

Sichuan News and Metro Express. Through the

colorful advertisements, soft text, a special report,

video broadcast, news reports, and other media

forms to publicize the exhibition information. The

promotion fee has been increased by 120% in this

year.

During the exhibition, SCTV, Sichuan Daily, Chengdu Daily,CDTV, West China Daily, Sichuan News, International News Online, China News Service and other mainstream media have sent Journalis to have interviews with Marcin Bugajski, the Vice Governor of Lodzkie Region of Poland, and some company representatives,as well as other special events of this fair were also reported.

波兰罗兹省副省长马辛•布加斯基表示,近年来,中国西部地区特别是成都对欧经济合作不断扩大。随着“蓉欧快铁”的开通,成都与罗兹省市交往日益密切,尤其是去年成都与罗兹市建立了友好合作关系,开展了广泛合作。希望通过参加进口商品展,积极挖掘两地在食品加工、环保和航空领域合作潜力,鼓励波兰企业扩大对蓉出口。

Marcin Bugajski said that the economic cooperation with European countries of

the western region of China is expanding in recent years, especially Chengdu.

With the opening of the "Chengdu-Europe” railway, Chengdu has increasingly

contacted with Lodzkie region. Chengdu and Lodz have established friendly

and cooperative relations, and carried out the extensive cooperation. Hope that the 4 Sichuan Imported Commodities Fair can develop more potential

cooperation in the field of food processing, environmental protection and

aviation, and encourage more Polish enterprises to expand their exports to Chengdu.
