共同實驗室簡史座落於忠孝大樓一樓之共同實驗室於2005 年 5 月開始籌備、規劃，於同年 10月改建完成。

2005 年 11月開始實驗設備之採購，歷時 5 個月，於 2006 年 3 月完成採購程序。

在 2006 年 4 月正式開始運作。

實驗室設置辦法申請資格

– 為本院編制內之研究人員、專任醫師及教師，以無實驗室但有國科會、衛生署、國衛院等院外計畫，且計畫需實驗室設備、儀器者為優先。

申請程序– 由申請人檢附申請書與研究計畫書（已獲得研究資助者請附研

究計畫編號和計畫影本）向管理小組提出申請。管理小組視申請者資格、研究計畫之重要性、申請先後順序等條件於一個月內核定使用空間。因實驗室空間和設備有限，如有特殊需求，請於申請表基本資料中註明，以便協調。

借用期間– 原則為壹年，每年進行一次審查 ( 附上延續計畫證明 ) ，有連

續計畫者原使用空間優先續用。

實驗室空間規劃空間約 70 坪提供分子生物實驗區、組織及細胞培養區、貴重儀器室、超高速離心區、一般儀器設備放置區、冷房及洗滌區等七種功能分區。

實驗設備儀器分子生物區 :

– PCR machine, gel electrophoresis, stain/de-stain machine, electroporator etc.

細胞培養室 :– 培養瓶旋轉式二氧化碳培養箱 (2),二氧化碳培養箱 (3),

低氧二氧化碳培養箱 (1), 無菌操作台 (4), 螢光顯微鏡及倒立顯微鏡…等。

貴重儀器 :– real-time PCR, Synergy spectrophotometer

一般性儀器 :– 化學通風櫥、離心機、精密電子天平、振盪器、酸鹼度計、

三門冰箱、 -20度冰箱、 -80度冰箱 (3)…等。清潔設備 :

– 超音波洗淨機、純水系統、高溫滅菌鍋、烘箱…等。
