Question 2 - Payment

Payment should be made by means of an irrevocable

confirmed Letter of Credit. The Buyer shall open the

Letter of Credit on or before August 3rd on the terms

agreed by the Parties and annexed to this Contract as

Appendix ABC

Question 3 - Delivery

Payment of liquidated damages shall be due without

the BUYER having to furnish proof of any loss, damage

or injury.

Question 4 - Delivery

In the event of late Delivery for reasons other than

Force Majeure as defined in Clause 17 below, the

Seller shall pay as the value of the undelivered part

per Day of late delivery up to a maximum of 20% of

the Contract Price.

Buyer shall pay the price specified on the face of this

Contract without set-off, counterclaim, recoupment or

other similar rights which Buyer may have against

Seller, which rights shall be exercised in separate

proceedings between Buyer and Seller

Question 6 - Payment

Difficulty: Difficult

Any new, additional or increased freight rates, surcharges

(bunker, currency, congestion or other surcharges), taxes,

customs duties, export or import surcharges or other

governmental charges, or insurance premiums, which may be

incurred by Seller with respect to the Goods after the

conclusion of this Contract shall be for the account of Buyer

and shall be reimbursed to Seller by Buyer on demand.

mà không phải bù tiền, kháng kiện, bồi thường hoặc

các quyền tương tự khác mà Người mua có đối với

Người bán, những quyền này sẽ được sử dụng trong

những vụ kiện riêng giữa Người mua và Người bán.

Bất kỳ cước phí, phụ phí (phí boongke, chênh lệch tỉ giá,

phí gây tắc nghẽn hoặc các phụ phí khác), thuế, thuế

hải quan, phụ phí xuất nhập khẩu hoặc các loại phí điều

hành hoặc phí bảo hiểm mới, thêm hoặc tăng lên do

Người bán đối với hàng hóa sẽ do Người mua chịu và

Người mua phải hoàn trả số tiền đó nếu Người bán yêu

cầu.
