Ex. He watched the last episode from that serie. I talked to her. I did the lesson.

Simple Past Frequentemente, é empregado com
advérbios de tempo como:
Ex. I was in New York last month. She bought a new book yesterday. He remembered my birthday last week.

Nessa situação, é mais comum o emprego da expressão used to.
Ex. I used to travel a lot with my parents when I was young.

Ex. I danced all night long.
![Page 7: Review II- Simple Past](https://reader036.vdocuments.pub/reader036/viewer/2022082514/55b96ebdbb61ebce798b4684/html5/thumbnails/7.jpg)
apenas o D:Ex. I loved the music.
Se o verbo terminar em Y, troca-se o Y por IED:Ex. She studied a lot for the test.
Ex. John stopped at the traffic light.

Ex. To buy – comprar I bought a new cookbook yesterday.
to eat – comer They ate pizza last night.

Simple Past Forma negativa:
Usamos o auxiliar “Did not” ou “Didn´t” junto ao verbo no infinitivo para construirmos a forma negativa do Simple Past.
Ex. I didn´t buy that book. She didn´t study for the test.

Simple Past Forma Interrogativa
Usamos o auxiliar “Did” antes do sujeito.
Ex. Did you buy that new cookbook?
Did you visit the art exhibition in downtown?
