After that, at 6-11 P.M. there will be a party celebrating 20 years of D 3330 RI. These are the events that you shouldn’t miss. เรื่อง เชิญร่วมงานพิธีประกาศรางวัลภาค ปีบริหาร 2554-2555และงานเฉลิมฉลอง 20 ปี ภาค 3330 ขอความอนุเคราะห์ จัดทำาหนังสือเฉลิมฉลอง 20 ปี ภาค 3330 โรตารีสากลเรียน นายกสโมสร และมิตรโรแรเรียน โรตารี ภาค 3330 ทุกสโมสร สิ่งที่แนบมาด้วย 1. กำาหนดการ 2. ใบลงทะเบียนการเข้าร่วมงาน 3. ใบตอบรับสนับสนุนการจัดทำาหนังสือเฉลิมฉลอง 20 ปี ภาค 3330 ด้วยภาค 3330 โรตารีสากล ปีบริหาร 2554-2555 โดย ผวภ. อรชร สายสีทอง ได้กำาหนดจัดงาน 2 รายการต่อเนื่องกัน ในวันศุกร์ที่ 25 พฤษภาคม 2555 ณ โรงแรมลองบีช (ชะอำา) อำาเภอชะอำา จังหวัดเพชรบุรี โดยมี สโมสรโรตารีภูเก็ตเซ้าท์ เป็นสโมสรเจ้าภาพจัดงาน ดังนี้ 1. งานพิธีประกาศรางวัลภาค 3330 ตั้งแต่เวลา 13.00 น ถึงเวลา 17.30 น. ประธานจัดงาน คือ อน. กุลศักดิ์ ฤทธิสิริกุล (สโมสรโรตารีภูเก็ตเซ้าท์) 2. งานเฉลิมฉลอง 20 ปี ภาค 3330 ตั้งแต่เวลา 18.00 น. ถึงเวลา 23.00 น. ประธานจัดงานคือ อผภ.ประเสริฐ ฟักทองผล (สโมสรโรตารีทุ่งคา) ทั้งนี้ เพื่อเป็นการแสดงความยินดี ชื่นชม ยกย่อง และให้เกียรติแก่สโมสรโรตารี และมิตรโรแทเรียนในภาค 3330 ที่ได้เสียสละปฏิบัติงาน และดำาเนินกิจกรรมโครงการต่างๆจนประสบความสำาเร็จด้วยดีตลอดปี บริหาร 2554-2555 ที่ผ่านมา และเพื่อเป็นการเฉลิมฉลองที่ภาค 3330 โรตารีสากล ได้ดำาเนินการด้วยอุดมการณ์แห่งโรตารีด้วยดีตลอดมาจนมีวาระครบรอบ 20 ปี แห่งการให้บริการ ในโอกาสนี้ คณะกรรมการจัดงานฯ จึงใคร่ขอเชิญชวนนายกสโมสร และมิตรโรแทเรียนทุกท่านในทุกสโมสร เข้าร่วมงานในโอกาสอันสำาคัญทั้งสองรายการดังกล่าว โดยมีค่าลงทะเบียนเข้าร่วมงานรวมทั้ง 2 รายการ ท่านละ 500.- บาท (ห้าร้อยบาทถ้วน) ซึ่งรวมถึงค่าลงทะเบียน, ค่ากาแฟ-ขนม ในงานประกาศรางวัลภาค และค่าอาหารค่ำาในงานเฉลิมฉลอง 20 ปีภาค พร้อมกันนี้ คณะกรรมการจัดงานฯ ได้มีมติให้จัดทำาหนังสือที่ระลึกสำาหรับงานเฉลิมฉลอง 20 ปี ภาค 3330 โรตารีสากล โดยจะจัดพิมพ์เป็นรูปเล่มขนาดประมาณ กระดาษ A 4 จำานวน 1,000 เล่ม ซึ่งในหนังสือจะมีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับประวัติ และความเป็นมาในการก่อตั้งภาค 3330 โรตารีสากล, ประวัติ-ทำาเนียบผู้ว่าการภาค, ประวัติ และรายชื่อนายกสโมสรโรตารีทุกสโมสรในภาค 3330 และข้อมูลการเผยแพร่ความรู้เกี่ยวกับองค์กรโรตารี และการบำาเพ็ญประโยชน์ที่สำาคัญต่าง ๆ ในภาค 3330 ซึ่งหนังสือดังกล่าวล้วนแต่มีคุณค่าและประโยชน์แก่องค์กรโรตารีของเราและเหมาะสำาหรับการเก็บไว้ หรือเพื่อมอบเป็นที่ระลึกแก่สโมสรโรตารีทุกสโมสร หรือสมาชิก-มิตรโรแทเรียน และหน่วยงาน หรือองค์กรที่ให้การสนับสนุนการจัดทำาหนังสือเฉลิมฉลอง 20 ปี ภาค 3330 คณะกรรมการจัดงานฯ ตระหนักดีว่าทุกท่านเป็นผู้ที่มีกุศลจิต และมีความพร้อมที่จะให้การสนับสนุนการจัดทำาหนังสือเฉลิมฉลอง 20 ปี ภาค 3330 โรตารีสากลครั้งนี้ได้เป็นอย่างดี จึงใคร่ขอความอนุเคราะห์สนับสนุนงบประมาณในการจัดทำาหนังสือ โดยคณะกรรมการจัดงานจะสัมมนาคุณขอบคุณทุกท่านที่ให้การสนับสนุนใน 2 รูปแบบ ดังนี้ 1. โฆษณา-ประชาสัมพันธ์ ชื่อ และหน่วยงานของผู้สนับสนุนในงานประกาศรางวัลภาค 3330 และงานเฉลิมฉลอง 20 ปี ภาค ที่จะจัดขึ้นใน วันที่ 25 พฤษภาคม 2555 2. โฆษณา-ประชาสัมพันธ์ ชื่อ และหน่วยงานของผู้สนับสนุนอีกครั้งในหนังสือเฉลิมฉลอง 20 ปี ภาค3330 ซึ่งจะจัดพิมพ์ให้แล้วเสร็จภายในเดือน ธันวาคม 2555 จึงเรียนมาเพื่อทราบ และขอขอบพระคุณล่วงหน้ามา ณ โอกาสนี้

District 3330 RI Awards Ceremony from 1 – 5.30 P.M. The host chairman is PP.Kulsak Rittisirikul (RC of Phuket South) 2. Celebration Party of 20 years of D 3330 RI from 6 – 11 PM Host Chairman is PDG.Prasert Fakthongphon (RC of Tongkah) This is to commemorate, admire and honor to the Rotary clubs and Fellow Rotarians in D 3330 that had sacrificed to work and do activities in various projects to a fruitful result all year long and to cel-ebrate the District 3330 RI that had worked under the ideals of Rotary for the past 20 years of service. In this occasion, the host committees would like to invite club presidents and all Rotarians by being in both events. The registration fee for both events is 500 Baht per person. This will include the reg-istration fee, coffee break in the Award ceremony and dinner in the 20th Anniversary celebration party. The host committee had also agreed to come up with a commemorative magazine celebrating 20 years of District 3330 RI by printing in a magazine format (A4-size). There will only be 1,000 copies. Inside will contain the history of the establishment of D 3330 RI, directory of district governors, direc-tory and names of club presidents of all clubs in D 3330 RI and the information of Rotary knowledge and important activities of D3330 RI. Such a book is very high-valued and very useful to our organization and suitable to keep or give as souvenir to all clubs or members/Rotarians or outside organizations that support the making of this District 3330 RI 20th Anniversary Commemorative Magazine. So we would like to ask for the support in being a sponsor for the magazine. The host committees will thank you in 2 patterns which are: 1. Publicize / promote name and organization of the sponsors in the Awards Ceremony of D 3330 RI and the Celebrating Party that will be held on May 25, 2012 2.
