니다. 글로벌 사회에 대한 바른 이해를 바탕으로 국제 업무에 효과적으로 대응할 수 있도록 문제 해결능력, 비판적

사고능력, 효과적인 커뮤니케이션 능력을 극대화하기 위한 교과과정을 운영하고 있습니다. 또한 국제개발과 타 문

화에 대한 심도 깊은 이해를 강조하기 때문에 수업이 100% 영어로 진행되며, 최상급의 제2외국어 능력을 갖출 수 있

는 졸업기준을 설정하고 있습니다. 아울러 재학 중인 모든 학생들은 교수들과의 밀착지도를 통해 다국적 기업, 미디

어, 국가 기관, 국제기구를 망라하는 다양한 기관에서 인턴십 기회를 가지게 됩니다.

앙트러프러너십전공은 넉넉한 자본보다 창의성에 기반한 아이디어를 바탕으로 신 사업을 기획하고 추진할 수 있는

능력을 습득하는 것을 목표로 합니다. 따라서 재학기간 중 새로운 기회를 탐색하고, 시장을 선도할 수 있는 비즈니스

모델을 개발할 수 있도록 교과과정이 운영되고 있습니다. 또한 시장을 국내에 한정하지 않고 보다 넓은 글로벌 시장

을 겨냥한 사업 계획을 수립할 수 있도록 지도하고 있습니다. 이러한 사업기회 탐색을 위해 모든 학생들은 재학 중

스타트업을 포함한 다양한 기관에서의 인턴십 기회를 부여 받게 됩니다.

또한, 전문분야의 지식과 실무 현장경험을 겸비한 특성화 고등학교 졸업 재직자들을 대상으로 특성화고졸 재직자특

별전형을 도입, 직장인에게 필요한 맞춤 교과 과정을 편성하였습니다. 학생들의 생활 환경을 고려하여 교양과목 및

전공선택과목을 학생들의 수요에 따라 개설하도록 융통성을 발휘하고, 사이버강의나 원격 강의 등 다양한 유형의

강의를 운영합니다. 실무경험을 바탕으로 이를 이론적인 틀에서 정리하여 지식과 직무 능력을 체계화하고 글로벌기

업가정신을 계발하여 무한한 잠재력을 극대화시키고, 더 나아가 글로벌 리더로 도약할 수 있도록 살아있는 교육의

Greetings

Welcome to the School of Global Service at Sookmyung Women's University! Your interest in the new school of

Sookmyung Women's University is highly valued. Another world economic system change has been brought about due

to the worsening domestic and international economies and the process of maintaining emerging markets such as the

BRICs.

Moreover, the responsibilities of nations and private corporations have grown with the increasing concerns about

environmental degradation and global warming. Thus, Sookmyung Women's University endeavors to develop creative a

nd innovative women leaders in an era of the global economy by offering the new programs designed by the School of

Global Service.

First, the Division of Global Cooperation aims to develop talented students who can accomplish international practic

es anywhere in the world; in this light, students who have excellent language proficiency and cultural flexibility will

be provided superior education and training. Meanwhile, the Division of Entrepreneurship aims to produce new bus

iness experts who can create core enterprises to enhance national competitiveness based on creative thinking; he

nce, talented and enterprising students who are capable of understanding specialized knowledge to plan a new busi

ness during the school year will also be provided differentiated education and training.

The School of Global Service offers innovative course programs and helps students solve problems based on their own c

reativity and enterprise as they face related difficulties in their professional practice. Various academic areas (i.e., social

science, humanities, and natural sciences) taught by the competent faculty members are balanced throughout the progra

Division Details | Entrepreneurship 전공소개 | 앙트러프러너십전공

교육목적

앙트러프러너십전공에서는 기업가적 사고와 혁신적 발상을 제고하는 교육을 통해 실제 창업이 가능한 글로벌 경영 리더를 육성 하는 것이

목적임. 본 전공에서는 졸업 후 실제 글로벌 시장을 대상으로 한 창업이나 글로벌 다국적 기업의 신사업 기획 부서에서 업무에 바로 투입될 수

있을 정도의 기획 능력과 실무 능력을 갖춘 인재를 양성하는 것을 교육목적으로 함. 특히 여성 특유의 감성과 휴머니즘에 기반한 창업 아이템의 발

굴과 전략 수립 능력에 대한 교육이 강조되며, 실제 창업자들의 경험을 간접 학습함으로써 시행착오를 줄일 수 있도록 유도함. 재학 중 전공수업

은 모두 영어로 진행되며 졸업시점에 일본어 혹은 중국어에 대한 지식을 습득하여 다중언어 및 문화에 대한 이해를 높임.

Purpose

This program will provide students with the academic curricular that initiate entrepreneurial mind and facilitate inn

ovative ways of thinking, thereby fostering the global management leaders who are competent enough to start th

eir own businesses. After finishing the whole program, students are desirably to become a founder and CEO of th

eir own companies or to be equipped with multiple capabilities with which they can start their career in the new bus

iness plan departments of numerous multinational corporations.

개별면접(면접시간 : 10~15분 내외, 평가위원 2인) • 제출서류 내용에 대해 확인하고 종합적 사고력, 전공적합성, 의사소통능력 및 인성 등에 대해 종합적으로 평가할 수 있는 심층면접으로 이루어집니다. • 전공적합성은 진로탐색 및 전공 선택과정, 전공에 대한 관심과 열정, 발전가능성 등에

대해 평가합니다.

가. 모집단위 및 모집인원

앙트러프러너십전공 30명

나. 지원자격

다음의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람으로서 산업체 근무경력이 3년 이상인 재직자(고등교육법시행령 제29조 제2항 제14호)

• 「초·중등교육법 시행령」제76조의2제1호에 따른 일반고등학교에 재학하는 동안 시·도 교육감이 「직업교육훈련 촉진법」에 따른

직업교육훈련기관 중 직업교육훈련위탁기관으로 선정한 기관에서 1년 이상의 직업교육훈련과정을 이수하고 해당 일반고등학교를

졸업한 사람

• 「초·중등교육법 시행령」제90조제1항제10호에 따른 산업수요 맞춤형 고등학교를 졸업한 사람

• 특성화고등학교 등*을 졸업한 사람

1) 산업체의 범위

가) 국가·지방자치단체 및 공공단체

나) 근로기준법 제11조에 의거 상시근로자 5인(사업주 포함) 이상 사업체

다) 4대보험 중 1개 이상 가입 사업체(창업·자영업자 포함)

- 4대보험 가입 대상사업체가 아닌 산업체 종사자(농업, 수산업 등)는 국가, 지방자치단체가 발급하는 공적증명서(농지원부 등)

확인을 통해 인정할 수 있습니다.

• 「평생교육법」제31조제2항에 따른 학력인정 평생교육시설 중 특성화고등학교 등에서 제공하는 것과 같은 교육과정을 운영하는

평생교육시설에서 해당 교육과정을 이수한 사람

* 「초·중등교육법 시행령」제91조제1항에 따른 특성화고등학교 중 자연현장실습 등 체험위주의 교육을 전문으로 실시하는 고등학교를 제외한 학교(「초·중등교육법 시행령」제76조의2제1호에 따른 일반고등학교에 설치된 학과 중 특성화고등학교에서 제공하는 것과 같은 교육과정으로 운영되는 학과 포함)

2) 재직기간 산정

가) 재직기간이 3년 이상(예정)이어야 합니다.

나) 고등학교 졸업일 다음날부터 근무기간으로 산정합니다.

다) 4대보험 가입 확인서의 기간만을 재직기간으로 인정합니다.

라) 2개 이상의 산업체에서 재직한 경우 총 재직기간을 합산하여 산정하되, 중복되는 기간은 이중으로 합산하지 않습니다.
