Brief Introductionto Production Line Principle For Molding Of Corrugated Board生产线简介瓦楞纸板成型原理

万联瓦楞纸板生产线由原纸架、预热缸、单面瓦楞机、附合机、纸板成型部、纵切压线机、横切机、堆码机等设备组成，包括空气压缩系统、制胶系统、电气控制系统等全程智能化控制，减轻操作人员的工作量，降低成本，精简而高效。除此之外，更能为客户提供专业定制方案，针对不同地区、不同需求的客户，让生产线具有更前的适应性与针对性，让客户能顺应市场的变化与实际情况，节省更多的成本与提高工作效率。

Wanlian corrugated board production line comprises such equipment as Mill Roll Stand, preheating cylinder, single facer, combination machine, paper board molding part, Slitter Scorer, Helical Cross Cutter, Stacker, etc., and full-process intelligent control is performed for air compression system, glue preparation system, electrical control system, which reduces the labor intensity of operator, reduces the cost and realizes high efficiency. Besides, professional customized scheme can be provided to customers from different regions who have different requirements, making the production line have better adaptability and pertinency. 液压升降，可根据生产的瓦楞纸板层数分段加压，保持适当的压力有利于纸板成型。Hydraulic lifting. Pressurization may be performed by sections based on the layers of produced corrugated board; maintaining appropriate pressure is favorable to molding of paper board.

上棉织带气动张紧、上、下棉织带全自动进口气囊纠偏，使整机保证正常的运行状态。Pneumatic tensioning for top belt, full-automatic imported airbag is adopted for felt guide of the top and bottom belt, so as to keep the complete machine at normal running status.

驱动齿轮箱采用斜齿轮传动结构，齿轮用优质合金钢经热处理后，齿面研磨而成，属高档齿轮，噪音低，传递扭矩大。Bevel wheel drive structure is adopted for the driving gearbox. After heat treatment for high-quality alloy steel, the tooth surface is grinded; it is high-class gear with low noise and large transmitting torque.

轴承部位采用泵油润滑，箱体内齿轮采用自溅式润滑。Bearing position is lubricated by pump oil; and auto-splashing lubrication is adopted for gears in the gear box.

驱动齿轮箱主轴上设有可与糊附机同步的同步信号发电机，以便调整同步的功能。Synchronous signal generator that can synchronize with pasting machine is set on the principal axis of driving gearbox, so as to facilitate the adjustment of synchronization function.

Single Mechanical Arms and Multi Mechanical Arms are optional for different customer requirements.

每组刀或线配置电子尺，实现实时监控每把刀或线的实时位置，能精准控制每把刀或线的实际位置，对有偏离要求的刀或线，能自动修正，实现机械工作中的零误差。Every group of knives or creasing wheels works with position sensors, which are tracking and controlling the real-time position of knives and creasing wheels precisely, once is a dis-aligned one is found, it will automatically retify it and eliminate the working tolerance.

本机压线形式为三种：凸对凹轮、凸对凸轮和凸对平辊。上下伺服驱动上压线轮和下压线轮，可自由组合压痕形式。There are three types of creasing wheels : Male to Female. Male to Male, and Male to Flat. All changes are controlled by servo system, which makes free creasing combination.

下压线轮和平辊带动力，采用变频控制与生产线同步。The bottom creasing wheels and the flat roll are driven by motors , which is synchronic with the whole line speed by the transducer.

压线深浅由伺服电机控制进行微调节，能精准微调压痕深浅。The creasing depth can be micro adjusted by servo motor, which controls the creasing depth precisely.

单台最小压线距离 70mm。两台合作可零压线工作。The minimum creasing distance between in single machine is 70mm. With double machine the minimum creasing distance can reach zero.

切纸是上刀结构和下托纸梳组合。下托纸梳为钢片结构，耐用免维护。The top knife structure are combined with a comb-type anvil. The bottom comb-type anvil are made of steal plates, easy for maintenance and last longer.

双机由双机连接架及预埋座通过直线导轨连接，双机连接架及预埋座由加工中心一次加工保证基准，确保双机实现 0 压线排单。Double Machines are connected by bottom connection stand and the pre-embedded rails, the connection stand and embedded base are completed by CNC center in one time, making sure the 0 scoring order in double machine combination.
