Hydraulic Pultrusion Machine Specification

Brief Introduction The working process of the machine consists of heating up and molding the FRP raw materials in the die, then pulling out the molded material continuously to obtain the required FRP profiles under the alternative operation of 2 clamped tractive pullers. The machine is made up of the following parts: hydraulic clamped puller, electric heater, electric control box, pump station, pushing oil cylinder, clamping oil cylinder and optional device cutter, chopper and mixer. FRP pultrusion machine, with different kinds of moulds can produce different profile such as FRP pipes, rod, tube and etc

Electron components: 1. PLC electron components utilized in the control system: "OMRON" brand.2. Transducer: OMRON brand3. Electric Drive Motor: Siemens brand4. Pultrusion timer: Siemens brand (intermittent pultrusion & automatic die purge).5. All electrical components can be customized refer to the voltage and frequency



Pulling Mechanical Device 1. The Pulling cylinder stroke: ranging from 17.7-19.7 inches, 450~500 mm2. Hydraulic Pump manufactured by "YUKEN", Japan.3. Clamp pressures & maximum pulling pressures from 10tons to 25tons

adjustable by operator.4. Solenoid Direction Control Valves manufactured in Switzerland.5. Speed regulator valve manufactured in Switzerland.6. Pulling cylinder sealing system: “SMC” Brand7. Hydraulic oil tank sealed with a filtered breather.8. All return fluid filtered prior before return to the hydraulic oil tank.9. Return line filter by replaceable cartridge system when oil return to the tank.10. Thermostatically controlled oil cooling (water) system maintain hydraulic fluid

at the correct operating temperature.11. Pressure operated coupled pistons and flow compensation device controlled

by the puller circuit.12. Separate pump for the clamping function

(Both pumps driven from the same electric motor)



The Mold Components: 1. Die platform dimensions: 43.3" x 31.5" (1100 x 800 mm) (Can be customized)2. Electrical mold heating module utilizes solid-state, contactless relay3. The mold heating panel is made of aluminum alloy.4. Temperature control module utilizes "OMRON" products, adjustable temperature,

range from 0~392 ± 10F (0~200 ± 10C) and stay constantly after set up.5. Electric power for die heating: 18 to 24Kw

The Control System Board: 1. Display control system: "OMRON" brand2. Dual failsafe emergency stops for machine control and power.3. Pause / Stop / Emergency Stop buttons within the control station.4. Machine safety requirements meet AS4024:2006 or international equivalent.5. Operations manual and maintenance manual in English language6. Control system and software in English language.
