3. Khi Ngan hang nc ngoai oi tien, e thanh toan tien hang

va cac chi ph cua EXIMBANK lien quan en L/C nay Ngan hangc phep trch tai khoan cua chung toi so1401.1485.1001.802 tai EXIMBANK.- Neu tai khoan khong u tien e thanh toan chung toi xinnhan n vay theo hp ong tn dung cua EXIMBANK. Trng hpkhong co hp ong tn dung chung toi nhan n vay bat buoctheo mc lai phat.4. Trong trng hp L/C het hieu lc hoac khong s dung, neuphat sinh ph ( ke ca do Ngan hang nc ngoai oi) chung toise chu trach nhiem thanh toan.
