Moreover, we felt very unhappy of unfair posting and unfair terms in the present schemeof promotion by Grade management. Improve the working environment. Unfair of working hours as compare with the LSM Grade Staff and clerical grade staff. Lack of oversee training and local commission programme such as turfing maintenance , landscape design training and other special garden training.
