• 15mm thickness at shutter body and 120mm diameter of the drums

Major activities in IAA

• Extract system design and specifications form Subaru last June

• HSC team formed in IAA• ARL to be the major contractor for the two

systems • Fabric material purchased for strength test• Regular meeting with ARL

Projected Milestones

• Shutter components ready in March

• Prototype of shutter system to be finished in May.

• Detailed interface defined in May.

• System fabrication starts in late 2008.

• Ready for delivery in early 2010.
