Who are Zenith?
• Zenith is an independent leasing and fleet management business.
• Established in 1989, the business has developed through continuous growth and success
• Zenith has grown rapidly and now employs approximately 300 employees
• They offer a number of services to their clients, with a real emphasis on customer service.
• Recently Merged with Leasedrive with the aim of becoming the market leader in Fleet leasing and management.
• Zenith’s key differentiators :- Commitment to high quality service Constant innovation and improvement A strong focus on people
How Zenith Works
• Zenith is made up of 13 departments, offering a number of services to their clients.• Services include: Fleet management Salary Sacrifice Accident management Service and Maintenance Rental services• Zenith process over 16,000 calls each week and over 12,000 quotations are run
on the driver platform per week.• Zenith also a comprehensive benefits package to its own employees, including Private Medical insurance Pension scheme Bike to work scheme Dental insurance Salary Sacrifice Company Car Scheme
Zenith’s Clients
My Role at Zenith
• Worked Within the Accident Management team
• From start to finish Accident management deal with clients accidents, From the initial roadside phone call to the repair of the vehicle, ensuring the whole process is dealt with efficiently.
• I worked within various aspects of this operation, however I mainly dealt with the hire car claim process and the reduction of hire car debt.
• The importance of reducing the level of hire car debt, e.g. Would a potential buyer be put off by a high level of hire car debt?
• Potential effect on the future of the company.
