MAKE AN ENTRANCE

STANDARD – GATE NORMALLY CLOSED

All of our automatic entrance gates can be configured in this way. As the name suggests this configuration is simply a gate that opens as the customer approaches and closes after them.

WELCOME – OPEN ENTRANCE

In this configuration your entrance gates are always open, thus providing an open and welcoming appearance. The entrance to the store is welcoming and open, but if a customer attempts to leave the store in the wrong direction the gate will automatically close and an alarm will sound. This passage function is available for all gate models.

SECURE – GATE NORMALLY CLOSED

The gates are closed on entry, as in standard mode. When a customer approaches the gate it will open. If a customer tries to exit the store the wrong way the gates will close and the alarm will sound. All our gates can be configured in secure mode.

ALPHAGATE MKII

THE BEST IN CLASS AUTOMATIC GATEThe Alphagate MKII is the most advanced and fully featured automatic gate that ITAB Shop Products have created and has established new standards in the marketplace. The Alphagate MKII introduces many new features and latest technology

components which provide; flexibility, simplified gate con-figuration and easy interconnection between multiple gates. The Alphagate MKII has an emergency safety anti-panic feature and an audible alarm that will sound if the gate arm

is pushed into the anti-panic mode. The gate is equipped with an automatic reset of the gate arm.

The Alphagate MKII has the functionality to offer Standard, Welcome, Secure, Cleaning and Self-Checkout modes, all built in to the new control board of the gate. Another feature of Alphagate MKII is the “soft opening” function-ality which limits the amount of torque generated in the opening process reducing the risk of potential injuries.

The Alphagate MKII can also be fitted with the Childsafe function which can instantly stop the gate arm when a child/customer is behind the gate arm or to re-open the gate arm when a customer has crossed the zero position.

The Alphagate MKII comes finished in bright chrome or powder coated in any color of your choice.

ALPHAGATE SCO-EXIT

SECURE YOUR SELF-CHECKOUT ARENAA controlled checkout area is a valuable investment for your store. The Alphagate SCO-Exit is the perfect choice for your self-checkout system, reducing shrinkage and providing a maximum level of security. The gate wil

open when it receives a signal from the SCO system.

An SCO (Self-Checkout system) is an independent set of equipment provided by the retailer and used by the shop-

per to manually scan and pay for items that they have bought in the store.

The Alphagate SCO-Exit is equipped with dual adjustable timers which offers the possibility to control the closing of the gate arm to the behavior of the exiting customer.

The Alphagate SCO-Exits can also be supplied with our LED gate arms. In SCO Mode, when the gate arms are in closed position, the fixed light of the LED is red. When the gates receive an opening signal the LED light of the gate arm turns green and the gate arm opens. The LED light will then be flashing RED during the closing cycle or if the gate arm is pushed into panic mode.

AUTOMATIC CHECKOUT CLOSER

A UNIQUE DESIGN TO AUTOMATE YOUR CHECKOUT LANE SECURITY Retailers are acutely aware that unmanned or closed checkouts and cashier lanes present a risk for unauthor-ized exit.

The Automatic Checkout Closer is designed to integrate/connect to the cashier system of a checkout. When con-nected to the cashier system the gate will automatically

open when someone logs on to the cashier and subse-quently automatically close when the cashier register is logged out.

The Automatic Checkout Closer has the full functionality of an automatic gate and includes the “anti-panic” safe-ty functionality with an alarm. transportation. Our Alphagate Stainless Steel is packed with many features that make access control more integrated and less obtrusive offering full access to disabled users.

POST MOUNTED PEC OPERATED – MOUNTED ON UPRIGHTS

Mounted on the top of any upright approximately 1100 mm above from the floor, the Post Mounted Customer Counter does not get affected by children or trolleys. This stand-alone customer counting unit has an external display and can be used with or without entrance gates. This option is available for the Alphagate MKII as well as for the Easygate Next Generation.

WALL MOUNTED CUSTOMER COUNTER PEC OPERATED

The Wall Mounted Customer Counter is a simple stand- alone kit consisting of PEC, display, reflector that can be easily installed within an entrance or corridor covering up to a distance of 5 m. The kit is designed for use where lead in/out rails and uprights are not required or available.

ALARMED DIRECTIONAL SYSTEM - ADS

INCREASE THE SECURITY OF YOUR ENTRANCE AREAS The Alarmed Directional System (ADS) is designed to enhance security for unmanned areas, specifically entrances or fire exits. The ADS is supplied as a standalone

oval upright that can be integrate with automatic gates, uprights and railings.

The ADS includes a directional sensor and can sound an alarm signal or play a recorded voice message with the voice box option.

In Secure configuration mode the gates receive a signal to close when the ADS is triggered, preventing customers from exiting the wrong way.

A customer counting option can be added by simply incorporating one of our external displays.

MECHAN ICAL PUSH GATE

The Push Gate is designed to open 90 degrees and return to the closed position under spring tension.

The mechanical Push Gate has a panic function as a standard feature to allow emergency exit facility when pushing the gate arm in the exit direction.

A simple adjustment can adjust the force required to acti-vate the emergency exit facility.

MECHANICAL BI-DIRECTIONAL GATE

The mechanical Bi-directional Gate offers an extremely effective yet economical access security solution. The Bi-directional Gate is designed to be used in areas where traffic flow occurs in both directions and is particularly suited where guiding the customer flow is of utmost im-portance.

The gate is designed to allow free passage through the gate from either direction, yet still closes under spring ten-sion to ensure the gate arm is always controlled.

EMERGENCY EXIT GATE

The Emergency Exit Gate is ideal for use in exit areas where barriers would prevent access to emergency exit doors.

When the gate arm is pushed into panic mode it will open 90 degrees in any direction and will remain open until re-set.

A range of No Entry and Emergency Exit signs are avail-able.

FLEXIBLE CUSTOMER GUIDANCE SYSTEMITAB offers a flexible and modular customer guidance system which can be used to guide customers in a particular direction or act as a physical barrier. The standard fixings make it easy to vary the layout. The rails and uprights are available in a number of lengths and

heights. We can of course tailor our customer guidance system to suit your requirements. The standard finish of our rails and uprights is chrome but you can also get them powder coated in the RAL color of your choice.

FOOT VARIATIONS

UPRIGHTS

Our standard uprights are 1080 mm height and have a post diameter of 48 mm for square and round foot or 60 mm for round foot.

RAILS

Our cross rails have a diameter of 40 mm and are available in chrome or powder coated in the RAL color of your choice. The rails have a minimum length of 920 mm and a maximum length of 2420 mm. The rails can easily be cut at the point of installation to fit the exact measurement of your installation.

POWER TOP CAPSTo facilitate wiring during an installation the power top cap can be used to secure an Ø25 mm power feed tube in the top of an upright. Available in diameters of 48 and 60 mm, chromed or powder coated in the RAL color of your choice.

CONNECTING CUPSOur connecting cups can be used with gates, uprights and/or for wall mounted rails. The standard finish of our cups is chrome and black plastic but you can also get them powder coated in the RAL color of your choice.

FOOT COVERSOur uprights are available with round or square foot. The foot covers are made of mild steel and finished in chrome or powder coated in the RAL color of your choice.

BACK TO BACK BRACKET FOR ALPHAGATE MKIIFor those installations were a back to back configuration of the Alphagate MKII is required we have developed a simple solution using one single bracket to enable a single rail assembly between the gates.

The bracket is designed to improve the visual appearance of the installation and reduce installation costs and materials. The bracket can be ordered in chrome or RAL finish.

TGR “TROLLEY GUIDE RAIL”
