บทท 1 บทน ำ

1.1 หลกกำรและทมำ

ปจจบน ภาษาองกฤษกลายเปนวชาทตองมการทดสอบกอนจบหรอกอนเขาท างานของทกสนามสอบ คณะนตศาสตร มหาวทยาลยมหาสารคาม เลงเหนความส าคญของวชาภาษาองกฤษ จงจด “โครงการทบทวนความรดานภาษาองกฤษ เพอเตรยมสอบกอนจบ การศกษาและสอบเขาท างาน (ก .พ. ภาค ก)” เพอเตรยมความพรอมนสตคณะนตศาสตร ศษยเกา และผสนใจสามารถน าความรไปใชในสนามสอบตางๆ ได โดยเฉพาะการสอบ ก.พ. ภาค ก รวมถงการสอบเขาสายงานราชการอนๆ ไดบรรจวชาภาษาองกฤษเปนอกหนงวชาในการทดสอบดวย

อนง ส านกงานคณะกรรมการขาราชการพลเรอน (ก.พ.) เพมหลกเกณฑในการสอบ ไวดงน 1. วชาความสามารถทวไปและวชาภาษาไทย (คะแนนเตม 150 คะแนน) 1.1 วชาความสามารถทวไป (คะแนนเตม 100 คะแนน) 1.2 วชาภาษาไทย (คะแนนเตม 50 คะแนน) ** ผสอบผานวชาความสามารถทวไปและวชาภาษาไทยไดคะแนนรวมไมต ากวารอยละ 60 (เกณฑเดม) 2. วชาภาษาองกฤษ (คะแนนเตม 50 คะแนน) **ผสอบผานตองไดคะแนนรวมวชาภาษาองกฤษ ไมต ากวารอยละ 50 จงจะถอวาเปนผสอบผาน โครงการทบทวนความรดานภาษาองกฤษ เพอเตรยมสอบกอนจบ เชน การทดสอบ MSU English Exit Exam

ททางมหาวทยาลยจดทดสอบส าหรบนสตกอนจบการศกษา รวมถงการศกษาและสอบเขาท างาน (ก.พ. ภาค ก) จดท าขนเพอใหนสตคณะนตศาสตร มหาวทยาลยมหาสารคาม รวมถงศษยเกาและผสนใจมความร และความเขาใจเตรยมความพรอมและทบทวนความรทจะน าไปใชในการทดสอบวดความรกอนจบการศกษาและกอนเขาท างานเกยวกบไวยากรณและโครงสรางของประโยค, การอานเพอความเขาใจ (บทความ, การอานการตน, ตารางและกราฟ, ประกาศเพอรบสมครงาน, การอานฉลาก และการอานจดหมาย) ค าศพททออกขอสอบบอย, การเตมค า (cloze test), การสนทนา, แนวขอสอบและหดท าขอสอบ ดงนน ขาพเจา นางสาวดวงเดน นาคสหราช ผรบผดชอบโครงการและผสอนวชาภาษาองกฤษส าหรบนกกฎหมาย จงด าเนนการทบทวนความรและความเขาใจเกยวกบหลกไวยากรณ โครงสรางประโยค ค าศพท และการอานเพอท าความเขาใจทเกยวของกบการทดสอบภาษาองกฤษดงกลาว แกนสตและผสนใจ สามารถเขาฟง เพอเตรยมความพรอม และพฒนาทกษะดานภาษาองกฤษกอนจบการศกษาและ อนเปนการสงเสรมและสนบสนนใหหลกสตรพฒนานสตคณะนตศาสตรมความพรอมดานทกษะการสอสารดวยภาษาองกฤษและสอดคลองกบตลาดแรงงานสากลอกดวย 1.2 วตถประสงค 1.2.1 เพอใหนสตคณะนตศาสตรมคณลกษณะสอดคลองกบตวชวดการผลตบณฑตทมคณภาพภายใตการจดการเรยนการสอนในหลกสตรททนสมยตามเกณฑคณภาพ และมาตรฐานของชาตและสากล1 รวมถงเพอเตรยมความพรอมเขาสประชาคมอาเซยน

3.1 ผลสมฤทธของโครงกำร ภายใตโครงการทบทวนความรดานภาษาองกฤษ เพอเตรยมสอบกอนจบการศกษาและสอบเขาท างาน (ก.พ.) ทางคณะกรรมการด าเนนการวดผลของการด าเนนโครงการจงจดสอบวดความรขนและมอบทนการศกษาใหแกนสตทท าคะแนนสงสดจากการทดสอบ ดงมหลกเกณฑตอไปน 3.1.1 คณสมบต ผสมครตองเคยลงทะเบยนเพอเขารวมโครงการฯ มากอนหรออานเอกสารประกอบการสอนทโครงการฯ จดท าขน 3.1.2 รำยละเอยดของกำรทดสอบ สอบปรนย 50 ขอ 4 ตวเลอก (100 คะแนน) ประกอบไปดวย -บทสนทนา -โครงสรางประโยคและไวยากรณภาษาองกฤษ -cloze test -ประกาศและจดหมาย -การอานเพอท าความเขาใจ 3.1.3 ทนกำรศกษำ -ผสอบไดคะแนนสงสดเปนอนดบ 1 รบทนการศกษา 2,000 บาท 1 รางวล พรอมเกยรตบตร -ผสอบไดคะแนนสงสดเปนอนดบ 2 รบทนการศกษา 1,000 บาท 1 รางวล พรอมเกยรตบตร - รางวลชมเชย รบทนการศกษา 500 บาท 4 รางวล พรอมเกยรตบตร และผสอบไดคะแนนผานเกณฑ คอ 50 คะแนนขนไป ไดรบเกยรตบตร 3.1.4 วนเวลำ และหองทดสอบ ทดสอบวนพธท 25 มถนายน 2557 หอง RN 410 อาคาราชนครนทร เวลา 17.00-18.00 น. 3.1.5 ขนตอนกำรสมครสอบ ลงทะเบยนเพอสอบชงทนการศกษาไดภายในวนจนทรท 23 – องคาร 24 มถนายน 2557 ณ คณะนตศาสตร RN ชน 4 หอง 403 จากการสอบแขงขน มนสตทผานการทดสอบภาษาองกฤษภายหลงจากเสรจสนการทบทวนความรของโครงการฯ ไดรบทนการศกษาพรอมเกยรตบตรดงตอไปน นสตทไดคะแนนสงสดอนดบท 1 ทนกำรศกษำ 2,000 บำท จ ำนวน 1 คน ไดแก นางสาวกนกวรรณ วรรชนะ คณะพยาบาลศาสตร มหาวทยาลยมหาสารคาม ไดคะแนน 70 คะแนน นสตทไดคะแนนสงสดอนดบท 2 ทนกำรศกษำ 1,000 บำท จ ำนวน 2 คน ไดแก

- อยากใหมโครงการแบบนตอไป เพอเสรมทกษะดานภาษาองกฤษ - จดเอกสารไมเปนชด - อยากใหขยายเวลาในการอบรมมากขน - เปนโครงการทดและมประโยชน - นาจะมเวลาในการทบทวนกอนเตรยมสอบ ก.พ. มากกวาน และอยากใหมวชาอนดวย 3.3 ภำพกจกรรม (Activity Gallery)

การจดโครงการครงน ท าใหนสตคณะนตศาสตร มหาวทยาลยมหาสารคาม และผสนใจ มความรและเขาใจทกษะดานภาษาองกฤษเพมมากขน สามารถท าคะแนนในรายวชาดงกลาวไดมากขน และสามารถน าความรทไดถายทอดแกชมชนของตนได 4.3 ควำมยงยนกบชมชนหรอสงคม การจดโครงการน ท าใหนสตคณะนตศาสตร มหาวทยาลยมหาสารคาม และผสนใจ มความรและเขาใจทกษะดานภาษาองกฤษในการสอสารเพมมากขนอยางยงยน และสอดคลองกบตลาดแรงงานของอาเซยน ทจะเปดประตสอาเซยนใน พ.ศ. 2558 รวมถงตลาดแรงงานสากลอกดวย 4.4 กำรน ำไปใชกบกำรเรยนกำรสอน การจดโครงการครงน สามารถน าไปปรบใชและเพมทกษะในรายวชาภาษาองกฤษส าหรบนกกฎหมาย (English for Lawyers) ซงเปนรายวชาบงคบของคณะฯ รวมถงท าใหนสตสามารถน าความรทไดจากการเขารวมโครงการฯ ไปใชในการเรยน รวมถงการทดสอบกอนจบการศกษา เชน MSU English Exit Exam เปนตน และการทดสอบกอนเขาท างาน เชน ขอสอบ ก.พ. ภาค ก วชาภาษาองกฤษ เปนตน 4.5 กำรน ำไปใชกบกำรวจย การจดโครงการครงน สามารถน าไปตอยอดในการท าวจยในชนเรยน วชาภาษาองกฤษส าหรบนกกฎหมายไดในโอกาสตอไปเพอใหการเรยนการสอนวชาดงกลาวมประสทธภาพมากยงขน 4.6 กำรน ำผลไปปรบปรงกำรด ำเนนงำน ผลการจดโครงการน ผลทควรน าไปปรบปรงในเรองการด าเนนงาน เชน ระยะเวลาในการด าเนนการ การประชาสมพนธไปยงนสตอยางทวถง หรอการอ านวยความสะดวกในแกนสตในเรองเอกสาร เปนตน

No other major group of animals is so easy to categorize. All birds have wings, too, but wings are not peculiar to birds. Many adaptations are found in both feathers and wings.
