A 17-year-old male patient presented with well-defined brownish erythematous plaques with mild central atrophy on his cheek.

The lesions had been present since 4 months and had shown exacerbation on sun exposure.

Histopathologic studies of the biopsy specimens:◦Mild to moderate degrees of liquefaction.◦Degeneration of the epidermal basal cell

layer.◦Moderate band-like to moderate

perivascular lymphocytic infiltration of the upper- and middermis and pigmentary incontinence.
