LUMINESCE™賦活青春精華露的製造過程

Jeunesse Global’s manufacturer utilizes a bench top bio-reactor (50L) for

the production of the Adipose Derived Adult Stem Cell Conditioned Media.

The manufacturing batch sizes are 1000L per lot. Briefly, the Conditioned

Media is optimized to the bench top bio-reactor 50L reaction vessel and

then it’s transferred to the 1000L reaction vessel. It is then flash frozen

at -80 degrees Celsius, and then further bio-processed, (including pH

adjustments) filtered and packaged for shipment. The Conditioned Media

is manufactured within 2 weeks and is eventually released by Quality

Control within a 7 day period. It is filtered through a 0.1u pore size and

filled into 20L containers which are then labeled and packaged for

shipment at room temperature. The Conditioned Media is then stored at

-20 degrees Celsius until ready for mixing into the final LUMINESCE™

cellular rejuvenation serum formula.

再進行進階生化作用(包含pH值調整)，過濾及裝填程序。每批條件培養基的製程

除了須耗時２週外，還需再經過7天品質檢驗的最後一道手續，包括通過0.1u的過

濾篩檢後，再填裝於20公升的分類容器並保存於-20℃的冷藏庫，最後再添加其他

的有效成份後，即完成LUMINESCE™賦活青春精華露的製造過程。

We also utilize the 100L mixing tank once the Conditioned Media is

processed from the bioreactors prior to being processed in the 1000L

reaction vessel.

我們通常在平台式生物反應裝置製成條件培養基後，但在導入1,000公升的反應裝

置容器前，會先利用100公升的混和槽進行初步的過濾程序。

This is the 1000L tank for further processing of the Conditioned Media,

in which the -80 degrees Celsius Conditioned Media is mixed and pH

adjusted prior to final 0.1u filtration into 20L containers.

此為提供條件培養基進行進階生化作用的1,000公升反應裝置儲存槽，在進行0.1u

過濾篩檢並填裝至20公升的容器前，已經過-80℃急速冷凍的條件培養基會先於此

槽中進行調和並調整到正確的pH值。
