It was occured since once week before admitted to the hospital. It was start when patient cooking with stove. Suddenly, a stove beside him burst and the fire burn almost whole of his body. . There are wounds in some parts of his body like face, both of hand and leg, chest, stomach and his back. Before admitted to the hospital, patient has been treat for a week at rumkital makes belawan and get debridement for twice .PRIMARY SURVEY
