成立背景： 1983 年由英國國家研究開發公司（ NRDC ）與國家企業委員會（ NEB ）合併而成的上市公司，其與英國國內各大學、研究院所、企業集團及眾多發明人都有著緊密的合作。

Business Model （運作模式）1)Technology Innovation and Technology Transfer: A Venture Capital Investment-Backed Model （以風險投資支持技術創新和技術轉移）BTG 審議且認可發明成果及專利之後，即為該發明人支付專利申請費用，並且代辦申報，使發明人獲得知識產權保障，再展開後續技術轉讓或授權之活動，並由雙方共享所得利潤。

2) Patent Application and other Value-added Services 從事專利申請以及加值之活動，包括專利評估、組合包裝及媒合交易。3) Services for Enterprises on Contribution of Intellectual Property as

Equity 提供新創事業、合資或併購等作價投資需要之服務。4) Specialized Field: Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology 專精的技術項目集中在藥物及生物科技等領域。

Disadvantages （經營上的缺點）2) 供給方與需求方數量減少，欠缺持續性之貨源與需求3) 同時兼顧自行開發技術之業務，研發活動的成本大量影響獲利。4) 對於產業鏈等價值面的分析有所不足。5) 在交易平臺上尚未導入知識產權行銷的概念。

Business Model （運作模式）1)Technology Transaction （技術產權交易）提供產地、資訊及諮詢等服務。2)Technology Transfer /Assets and Equity Transaction 進行科技成果的轉化與交易、企業股權及產權交易。1)Financial and Valuation Services for Both Parties of Technology Transaction 對技術移轉雙方提供融通、鑑證服務。

4) Online Transaction Platform （上海知識產權交易系統網站）針對技術交易提供知識產權確認評估、掛牌上市、轉讓報價、交易鑑

證、托管登記、項目融資等服務。5) Comprehensive Web Searching Services 網站上提供「快速查詢、按項目查詢、按行業查詢、按地域查詢」等不同資訊搜尋方式。• Loan Services 平臺的使用者在填寫相關表格後，可以向平臺提出貸款的申請。

5) Disadvantages （經營上的缺點）鑑價制度之軟硬體設備仍有欠缺。平臺尚未意識到以行銷思維進行規模性的發展。知識產權交易目前僅佔其營業額的少部分，尚處於起步階段。

成立背景：係由工研院技轉中心於 2006 年 5 月所建立，該平臺標榜其所推出之各種專利組合皆是經過專家評估，且經過專人查證相關法律現狀之專利群組。

Business Model （運作模式）1)Customized Patent Portfolio Provided 因應企業的需求而推出專利組合，經常存有優質專利2)Comprehensive Web Searching Services 企業法人可在平臺上蒐集資訊、快速查詢有興趣的智財及其交易條件、參考價格、草約等資訊。

3) An Intellectual Property Promotion Platform 專利供給者亦可透過此平臺推廣知識產權。4) Auction: A Value-adding Approach 藉由競標提升專利之附加價值。 Disadvantages （經營上的缺點）專利交易平臺之英文名稱所使用之 Auction 一詞，未能貼切反應出專利媒合之宗旨。

著重於專利買賣及授權，尚欠缺作價投資或換股等機制。

受限於配套機制欠缺，所能提供之商業模式服務類型稍嫌僵化。 23

( 新興地區智慧財產股份有限公司新興地區智慧財產股份有限公司 ))成立背景：成立於 2010 年 12 月，該公司著眼於新興市場之興起以及對於技術之需求，將自己定位為能服務橫跨兩岸四地及美、日、東協十國等金磚新興地區客戶之「智慧財產、文創產業、技術與人才之交易平臺」。Business Model （運作模式）•Services: Intellectual Property, Cultural and Creative Products Transaction, etc. 服務項目：知識產權交易、文化創意交易、中小企業規劃及輔導、中小企業募資、科管及智財人力仲介。•Multidisciplinary Management Ability 合作單位多元化，具備跨領域專業能力。

3) Due Diligence /Asset Valuation 為標的技術進行 DD/ 鑑價。4) Promote Technology and Reach Potential Clients for Members 採會員制，為會員進行技術推廣與潛在客戶開發。• Strategic Alliances （策略聯盟）：與上海聯合產權交易所、中國技術交易所、國際版權交易中心等機構有密切之合作，雙方之會員能夠互通技術交易訊息，並可透過此一平臺直接到對方的平臺掛牌，以強化技術交易媒合的作用。

4) Disadvantages （經營上的缺點）目前尚未建立線上檢索技術系統，使用者難以在網路上及時搜尋相關之技術資訊，可能會影響平臺會員數量的擴充速度。

4. IP4. IP Bank (Bank ( 知識產權銀行知識產權銀行 ))

成立背景：成立背景：美國專利訴訟案每年約為 2,500 ~3,000件，年成長率 5.6% 。台灣公司所佔的比例約在 5%~7%( 約150 件 ~200 件 ) 。在近 3 年 ITC調查案中，台灣亦佔 3~4 成，主要是資通訊產業廠商。知識經濟時代來臨對知識產權造成衝擊，為因應此等衝擊，台灣特於今年 (2011 年 ) 成立 IP Bank 。
