After setting up a business in 2003 in Japan, Jason has been running a business in Japan for 10 years. In 2010, he founded MakeLeaps, an online service designed to help businesses in Japan manage their quotes and invoices more effectively. After launching MakeLeaps in 2010, Jason went through a learning process about Japanese freelancers and companies, and found successful ways to market MakeLeaps in Japan both online and offline. In this talk, Jason walks through all of the steps he took to grow MakeLeaps from 0 users to 6,000 in just 1.5 years.
