Phitsanulok is located 377 km from Bangkok, cover 10.815 km2 with 84.311 inhabitants and the density is 7,795.7/km2

It is  51.361 m above the sea level Phitsanulok was the capital of Thailand for 25

years during the reign of King Boromma Trailokanat of Ayutthaya

Phitsanulok is one of the oldest cities in Thailand, founded over 600 years ago and the capital of Phitsanulok Province

Located on the banks of the Nan River, originally known as “Song Khwae”

song = two ; khwae = tributary a region that is passed by two rivers Situated featuring mountains, plains and

forest in the east and river basin. The Nan River, lifeline of the province, runs through the heart of the city.
