Il programma, riservato a tutti gli ospiti della Valle di Ledro, inizia il 7 maggio e finisce il 20 settembre. Per partecipare è necessario iscriversi entro il giorno precedente l’escursione presso l’Ufficio Turistico della Valle di Ledro a Pieve, pagando: - fino ai 14 anni GRATUITO- adulti € 3,00 (escursioni A-L), € 5,00 (escursioni M-Q)

Gli appuntamenti di mezza giornata (escursioni A-L) sono rivolti anche alle famiglie con bambini in età scolare. L’escursione giornaliera (M-Q) richiede alcune ore di cammino e quindi un certo allenamento.

Si pregano i partecipanti di indossare un paio di calzature adatte alle escursioni e di portare sempre una maglia, una giacca impermeabile e pranzo al sacco (per l’escursione di giornata intera).

Si declina ogni responsabilità per eventuali danni a persone o cose, che dovessero verificarsi prima, durante e dopo lo svolgimento dell’escursione. In caso di pioggia o maltempo l’escursione sarà annullata. Il programma può subire delle variazioni.

The walking program is reserved to all guest of Valle di Ledro, starts on Mai, 7 and ends on September, 20. Enrolment is necessary by the Tourist Information Office of Valle di Ledro in Pieve within the day before the walk, and costs: -Children until 14 years old FREE-Adults € 3,00 (walks A-L), € 5,00 (walks M-Q)

The half day walks (A-L) are suitable also for families with children in school age. The daily mountain hikes (M-Q) are easy from the technical point of view; nevertheless the difference in level and the walking time require certain training.

Please wear always suitable shoes and clothes and bring with you a packed lunch by the daily hikes.

The Organization declines any responsibility for damages to persons and things before, during and after the excursions. In case of rain the walk will not take place. There may be some changes in the programme.

Das Wanderprogramm fängt am 7. Mai an und endet am 20. September. Anmeldung ist bis zum Vortag in dem Fremdenverkehrsbüro von Valle di Ledro in Pieve möglich und kostet:-Kinder bis 14 Jahre KOSTENLOS-Erwachsene € 3,00 (Wanderungen A-L), € 5,00 (Wanderungen M-Q).

Die halbtägigen Wanderungen (A-L) sind auch für Familien mit Kindern im Schulalter geeignet. Bei der ganztägigen Bergwanderung (M-Q), die keine technische Schwierigkeit vorweist, muss man mit einigen Stunden Gehzeit rechnen.

Bitte Wanderschuhe, Sportbekleidung anziehen und Lunchpaket mitnehmen (besonders bei der ganztägigen Wanderung).

Die Organisation übernimmt keine Verantwortung für Unfälle oder Schäden vor, während und nach den Wanderungen. Beim Regen wird die Wanderung nicht stattfinden. Änderungen im Programm könnten möglich sein.

Si ripercorrono nei cammina-menti e nelle gallerie del Doss di Cerì - Colle Ossario S. Ste-fano le vicende vissute dalla Valle di Ledro durante la bat-taglia garibaldina del 1866 e la prima guerra mondiale. La pas-seggiata prosegue attraverso la Val Concei, fino al luogo in cui giunsero Garibaldi e le sue truppe.

Wir belaufen gemeinsam die Lauf- und Schutzgräben in dem “Santo Stefano” Hügel bei Bez-zecca und somit lernen wir die Erlebnisse Ledrotals im Lau-fe der Garibaldiner Schlacht (1866) und des ersten Weltkrie-ges kennen. Die Wanderung führt uns danach durch Val dei Concei, bis zu dem Punkt, wo Garibaldi und seine Soldaten angekommen sind.

We go up through the trenches built on the hill “S. Stefano” and learn about the Garibaldi fight in 1866 and all the events that strongly affected our val-ley during the First World War. Then we continue through Val Concei, until the spot, that Ga-ribaldi and his troops reached in the fight.

Si scende verso Riva del Garda, dapprima lungo la strada mulat-tiera, che risale al periodo me-dievale e che ripida conduceva un tempo al porto del Ponale, e poi lungo la vecchia Strada del Ponale, gioiello di ingegneria costruita su progetto di Gia-como Cis a picco sul Lago di Garda e ora aperta a pedoni e biker. Lungo il percorso si tro-va una “calchèra”, antico forno per la produzione della calce, e opere di difesa della prima guerra mondiale. Il rientro è previsto lungo lo stesso itinera-rio, altrimenti si può decidere di rientrare in autobus.

Wir laufen bergab Richtung Riva del Garda, zuerst auf den Maultierpfad, der in das Mit-telalter zurückreicht und sehr steil hinunter zum ehemaligen Ledrotaler Ponale-Hafen am Gardasee führte, danach auf die in dem Stein ausgegrabene Ponale-Straße, die 1851 nach der Planung von Giacomo Cis angelegt wurde. Über diesen historischen Weg, der wunder-schöne Blicke auf dem Garda-see anbietet und die Resten der Verteidigungsanlagen des Ersten Weltkrieges zeigt, laufen wir nach Riva del Garda und zu-rück zum Ausgangspunkt. Es ist möglich auch mit dem Bus zurückzufahren.

We walk downhill towards Riva del Garda, first along the mule track that dates back to the Mid-dle Age and led to the old har-bor of Ponale on Lake Garda, then along the superb Ponale Road, built in 1851 according to the project of Giacomo Cis and carved in the rocky walls perpendicularly the Lake. Dur-ing the walk we can observe a “calchèra”, oven for the lime production, and enjoy the mag-nificent view. Along the same way, we go back to the starting point; otherwise you can come back by bus.

Visita guidata alla Fucina de le Broche dove i “ciuaroi” mo-strano come venivano forgiati i chiodi da scarpa, una produzio-ne importante per l’economia ledrense durante la prima metà del secolo scorso. A seguire breve passeggiata per il centro storico e visita alla calchera, all’oratorio di San Rocco e alla chiesa parrocchiale di San Gia-como Maggiore caratterizzata dagli altari laterali affrescati da Pietro Antonio Bianchi nel 18º secolo.

Schliesslich kur-zer Rundgang im Dorf mit Be-sichtigung des Kalkofens, der Kapelle S. Rocco und der klei-nen Pfarrkirche San Giacomo Maggiore, die durch vier von Pietro Antonio Bianchi bemalte Seitenaltare geprägt ist.

Guided visit of the smithy, where some handicraftsmen show us how hobnails were produced during the first decades of the past century. They represented a very important income for Valle di Ledro. Afterwards walk through the village and visit of the limekiln, the chapel of S. Rocco and the parish church San Giacomo Maggiore, characterized by the side altars painted by Pietro Antonio Bianchi in the 18th century.

Dapprima si raggiungono, lungo il torrente Massangla, il vecchio Mulino e la cascata del Gorg d’Abiss, che sgorga diret-tamente dalla roccia. Si rientra in paese per proseguire lungo la ciclabile verso la chiesetta di S. Lucia in Pratis (14º sec.), dove, nel 1998, sono tornati alla luce interessanti affreschi appartenenti a diversi periodi. Al rientro, lungo il torrente, si potrà visitare il campanile di Tiarno di Sotto, il secondo più alto del Trentino.

Wir laufen zuerst, den Mas-sangla Bach entlang, bis zur alten Mühle-Bäckerei und der Schlucht Gorg d’Abiss mit Was-serfall. Wieder im Dorf, nehmen wir den Fahrradweg bis zur schönen alten Kirche S. Lucia in Pratis (14. Jhd.), wo im Jahre 1998 interessante Fresken ans Tageslicht gebracht wurden. Auf dem Rückweg, haben wir die Möglichkeit den Kirchturm von Tiarno di Sotto zu besich-tigen, ein der größten in Tren-tino.

Attraverso il centro storico di Mo-lina si raggiunge un sentiero lun-go il quale si raggiunge un campo di erbe officinali ed aromatiche, di cui è possibile scoprirne segreti e proprietà. Da lì si prosegue lungo la strada forestale fino al bivio con il sen-tiero che porta al Santuario della Madonna Addolorata, detta Ma-donna de le ferle, sopra la frazio-ne di Barcesino. Scendendo una scalinata di 74 gradini ed un facile percorso, sintesi di Via Crucis, si raggiunge nuovamente l’abitato di Molina.

Durch die Altstadt von Molina er-reichen wir zuerst einen Heilkräu-terfeld, wo wir ihre Eigenschaften und Geschmack entdecken wer-den. Danach laufen wir auf einer Forst-straße bis zum Wanderweg, der zur Kirche, die an die Schmer-zensmutter gewidmet ist, führt. Die Kirche heißt auch „Madonna der Krücken“, weil diejenigen die Beinschmerzen hatten, hier kom-men, um zu beten. Weiter gehen wir, den Kreuzweg entlang, bis zum Viertel Barcesino und dann nach Molina.

Through the village centre we reach a path, that leads to a field of herbs to discover their secrets. After that we continue along a fo-restry road first and a path then to the Church of Our Lady of Sorrows, called also “Madonna of the Crutches” because people, who had leg diseases, invoked this Madonna. Descending the Way of the Cross, we continue to Barcesi-no and then back to the meeting point.

Percorso completamente nel bosco lungo il sentiero naturali-stico di fondovalle che attraver-sa la Val Concei. La passeggiata consente di osservare i vari tipi di piante e di saperne di più sulla fauna selvatica e sull’economia agri-colo-silvestre degli ultimi seco-li, in compagnia di un esperto forestale.

Dank einem leichten Weg den Talboden und Wald von Val Concei entlang, entdecken wir die Waldvegetation und erfah-ren mehr über die Land- und Forstwirtschaft in den letzten Jahrhunderten im Ledrotal zu-sammen mit einem Forster.


The walk is completely in the wood, along the naturalistic path that crosses the bottom of Val Concei. During the walk we can observe the different kinds of trees and vegetation and get to know more about the forestry economy of Val di Ledro through the centuries, thanks to a forest expert.

Presso l’azienda agricola Segalla Fabio potreste acquistare fragole appena raccolte, ogni giorno da giugno a settembre, su richiesta verdure fresche provenienti dall’orto di famiglia. Inoltre sono disponibili confetture di prugne e di fragole, sciroppo di fragola e verdure sott’olio.

By the Farm Segalla Fabio you can find just picked up strawberries, everyday from June to September on request fresh vegetables from our garden. Moreover there are plum and strawberry marmelades, strawberry syrup and vegetables in oil.

Il percorso si snoda attraverso il bosco e consente di scoprire i segreti di piante e fiori che cre-scono nella sponda meridiona-le del lago, passando per il per-corso artistico Ledro Land Art. Lungo la via del ritorno, sosta presso l’azienda agricola Bosc del Meneghì per conoscere da vicino la produzione dei picco-li frutti, come lamponi, more e mirtilli, e quella delle piante of-ficinali tramite l’agricoltura bio-dinamica, con assaggio finale.

Der Spaziergang ist für alle ge-eignet und geht durch das Wald der Pur Ebene, wo wir Blumen, Pflanzen und das neue Kunst-projekt Ledro Land Art entde-cken werden. Auf dem Rückweg halten wir bei dem Bauernhof Bosc del Meneghì, wo der biologisch-dy-namischen Landbau verwendet wird. Am Ende Kostprobe.

The walk leads us through the woods of Val di Pur, where, be-side the different kinds of flow-ers and plants, we visit the new art project Ledro Land Art.Along the way back, we stop at the biodynamic farm Bosc del Meneghì, to visit the raspber-ries, blackberry and blueber-ries growing. At the end small snack.

Passando per il Lago d’Ampola, Riserva Naturale Provinciale, raggiungiamo un’arnia, dove grazie alla collaborazione ed alle spiegazioni del Gruppo Apicoltori della Valle di Ledro, si avrà modo di osservare da vicino il mondo delle api. Ritorno lungo lo stesso percorso con breve visita alla Riserva.

Den Ampolasee entlang, errei-chen wir einige Bienenhäuser, wo wir, dank der Zusammen-arbeit und Erklärungen des Ledrotaler Imkervereins, die Bienenwelt entdecken werden. Danach besichtigen wir kurz den Ampolasee und laufen zu-rück zum Treffpunkt.

La passeggiata d’interesse bo-tanico e naturalistico conduce con facile camminata fino al passo di Bocca Casèt (1608 m). Qui, presso il roccolo lega-to ad una lunga storia d’uccel-lagione, il Museo di Scienze di Trento ha allestito una stazio-ne ornitologica, dove sono in corso studi sulla migrazione degli uccelli. E’ possibile assi-stere all’attività d’inanellamen-to scientifico e conoscere da vicino questi piccoli migratori. Al rientro visita del centro, con particolari riferimenti a fauna e flora della zona.

Die naturkundliche leichte Wanderung führt uns zum Paß Bocca di Casèt (1608 m), wo früher ein wichtiger Vogelfang-turm war. Heute hat das Na-turwissenschaftliche Museum von Trient an diesem Paß eine Vogelwarte organisiert, wo man die Zugvögel und ihre jährliche Migration studiert. Es ist mög-lich, das Beringen der Vögel anzuschauen und Fragen an die erfahrenen Vogelkundler zu stellen. Am Ende Besichtigung des Besucherzentrums.

This easy walk is of great inter-est from both the botanical and the naturalistic point of views. We walk to the pass Casèt (1608 m), where the Natural Science Museum of Trento has turned an old bird catching building into an ornithological station to study the birds’ migration. The participants can see how the birds are ringed and discover more about the birds. At the end, visit of the visitor’s centre about the flora and fau-na of the area.

Entusiasmante escursione sia dal punto di vista botanico che storico e paesaggistico. Lungo il sentiero botanico è possibi-le ammirare, soprattutto verso maggio-giugno, diverse specie di fiori, fra le quali spiccano narcisi e peonie. Si prosegue quindi lungo un sentiero che percorre trincee austriache, recentemente ristrutturate, risa-lenti alla Prima Guerra Mondia-le, fino ad arrivare ai Casinei, piccole baite da cui si gode una vista spettacolare sul Lago e la Valle di Ledro.

Es geht um eine begeisternde Bergwanderung nach Dromaè, ein einzigartiger natürlicher Garten von großer botanischer Bedeutung und mit herrlichem Blick auf den Ledrosee, wo ver-schiedene Blumen, wie wilden Narzisse und Pfingstrosen, ihre Pracht entfalten. Zuerst laufen wir auf den botanischen Weg und danach weiter durch Schut-zengraben aus dem Ersten Weltkrieg bis zu den Casinei, kleine Hütten, mit atemberau-bendem Blick auf das Ledrotal.

Exciting botanical hike to Dro-maè, a natural botanical gar-den, where, different kinds of flowers bloom, like wild peony and white narcissus. To go up, we take first the botanical path and then continue along Aus-trian trenches from the First World War, recently renovated. The weariness for the steep ascent is surely rewarded by the sweet-smelling meadows and by the breath-taking view, one of the best one, over Lake Ledro.

Escursione impegnativa ma assolutamente impagabile dal punto di vista del panorama che si può godere dal Corno su tutta la Valle di Ledro. Si sale attraverso il bosco per raggiun-gere i bei prati San Martino da cui si prosegue fino ad arrivare alla cima. Dopo la pausa pran-zo si rientra lungo un altro trac-ciato.

Lange und anspruchsvolle Wanderung, aber mit unbe-zahlbaren Blick, der von Monte Corno auf dem ganzen Tal ge-nießen darf. Wir wandern durch das Wald bis zu den Wiesen von San Martino, und danach über die Baumgrenze bis zum Gipfel, wo das Panorama über das ganze Tal sich öffnet.

Long and demanding walk, but incomparable from the pano-ramic point of view: from Monte Corno we can see the whole valley. We walk up through the wood until the meadows of San Martino and then continue until the top, where the view opens to the whole valley.

Ci si organizza per salire in macchina al parcheggio sotto Malga Trat da cui si prosegue a piedi lungo il “Senter de le Va-che” fino a raggiungere Bocca Saval da cui si sale verso Cima Parì. La vista si apre sul lago e sui monti circostanti, anche ben oltre il confine ledrense, ver-so il Lago di Garda e le Dolo-miti. Dopo la pausa pranzo si scende e, lungo un tratto del “Sentiero della Pace”, dove ri-mangono vestigia della Prima Guerra Mondiale, si giunge al Rif. Nino Pernici presso Bocca Trat. Di qui, in breve tempo si torna punto di partenza.

Wir organisieren uns für die Zu-sammenfahrt bis zum Parkplatz unterhalb der Alm Malga Trat. Weiter gehen wir zu Fuß über den Weg „Senter de le Vache“ bis Bocca Saval, wo noch die Krankenhäuser für die Soldaten des Ersten Weltkrieg sich be-finden, und nehmen den Weg nach Cima Parì. Auf dem Gipfel genießen wir einen wunderschönen Blick über den Ledrosee und jen-seits der Ledro Gebirgen und halten für die Mittagspause. Wir steigen ab Richtung Bocca Sa-val, begehen ein Stück des be-rühmten „Friedenspfades“ und gelangen zur Berghütte Nino Pernici in der Nähe von Bocca Trat. Von hier aus erreichen wir schließlich unsere Autos.

We get organized to go up by car to the parking below Mal-ga Trat. We start our walk and take the path called “senter de le vache” and go up to Bocca Saval, where we continue, passing along trenches of the First World War, to the top of Cima Parì. The view opens beyond the lake and mountains of Ledro, until Lake Garda and the Do-lomites. We stop for lunch and then descend to Bocca Saval. Following a stretch of the “Sen-tiero della Pace”, we get to the Rif. Pernici nearby Bocca Trat. From here we reach in a short time the starting point.

Dal Rifugio si sale nella valle verso Ponte Glera e si prose-gue sul sentiero, attraverso i verdi boschi della Val Concei, fino a Malga Guì. Dopo una breve sosta si continua fino a Dos di Lomar e poi fino a Bocca dell’Ussol, dove, in una galleria della Prima Guerra Mondiale, è stata ricavata una chiesetta. L’ultimo tratto del sentiero è al sole e un po’ ripido. Pausa pranzo con vista sulle Valli Giudicarie e Concei e ritor-no attraverso la Val di Lomar.

Von der Hütte nehmen wir den Weg, der durch die grünen Wäl-der von Val Concei nach Malga Guì führt. Von der Alm gehen wir weiter hoch bis nahc Bocca dell’Ussol, ein Pass zwischen Ledro und Giudicarie, mit Aus-blick auf das ganze Val Concei und die Berggruppe von Ada-mello. Der letzte Teil des Pfa-des ist in der Sonne und etwas steiler. Nach der Mittagspause in der Nähe einer Kapelle, die in den Schutzgräben des ersten Welt-krieges gebaut wurde, laufen wir durch das Val di Lomar zu-rück.

From the Rifugio we take the path that leads to Malga Guì through the green forests of Val Concei. At the malga we con-tinue towards Bocca dell’Ussol, a pass between Valle di Ledro and Val Giudicarie, from which we can admire the whole Val Concei and the mountains of Adamello. The last part of the path is in the sun and a little bit steep. After lunch, close to a small chapel built in the trenches of the Great War, we come back along Val di Lomar.

Dal parcheggio si prende il sentiero nel bosco di lecci e faggi che porta verso Passo di Le, sopra Pregasina, da cui si gode il primo panorama sul Garda. Ci si dirige quindi verso Malga Palaer, non più utilizza-ta per il pascolo del bestiame, dove è prevista la pausa pran-zo. Su comoda strada forestale si raggiunge Punta Larici, uno dei punti panoramici più spet-tacolari dell’Alto Garda, situato sopra il paese di Limone, e si rientra quindi verso Pregasina, ammirando sempre il Benaco.

Vom Parkplatz nehmen wir den Wanderweg durch das Wald nach Passo di Le, oberhalb von Pregasina, wo wir den ersten Blick auf den Gardasee genie-ßen. Wir wandern weiter nach Malga Palaer, wo wir Mittags-pause machen, und dann zum einem den schönsten Panora-mastellen, Punta Larici, ober-halb von Limone. Wir gehen weiter nach Pregasi-na, immer mit dem Gardasee vor uns.

From the parking space we take the path, that through the wood leads to Passo di Le, above Pre-gasina, from where we enjoy the first view over Lake Garda. We continue toward Malga Palaer, where we stop for lunch and go to the most beautiful panoramic view point over Limone, Punta Larici. We walk back to Pregasina, keep admiring Lake Garda.

Il Museo delle Palafi tte si trova sulla sponda del Lago di Ledro, adiacente alla zona archeologica; conserva i raffi nati prodotti artigianali di uno dei più importanti villaggi dell’Età del Bronzo dell’arco alpino. Nel 2011 l’area archeologica di Ledro è stata proclamata da UNESCO Patrimonio dell’Umanità insieme ad altri 110 siti palafi tticoli dell’arco alpino.

The Pile Dwelling Museum is located on the shore of Lake Ledro, adjacent to the archaeological site.Preserves the exquisite handicrafts of one of the most important villages of the Bronze Age in the Alps, proclaimed by UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Terza Guerra d’Indipendenza e Prima Guerra Mondiale sono due fatti d’armi che hanno visibilmente segnato la Valle di Ledro e il suo territorio. Nel piccolo Museo in centro paese e sul Colle è possibile conoscere più da vicino la storia che ha cambiato il volto all’Italia.

Der dritte Unabhängigkeitskrieg Italiens und der erste Weltkrieg haben sichtbare Spuren in Valle di Ledro, ehemalige Grenze zwischen Italien und dem österreichisch-ungarischen Reich, gelassen. In dem kleinen Museum und auf dem Hügel Santo Stefano ist es möglich die Geschichte Italiens kennenzulernen.

Third War of Independence and First World War, two devastating events that left visible signs in Valle di Ledro, because of its geographical location on the border between Italy and the Hapsburg Empire at that time. In the small Museum in the center of town and on the S. Stefano Hill it is possible to get a closer look at the history of the Italian union.

Situato a circa 1600 m di quota, nella conca di Tremalzo, il Centro permette di scoprire l’ambiente di Tremalzo e le sue peculiarità, tramite un percorso scandito dal succedersi delle stagioni. In particolare sono trattati temi relativi agli endemismi e le rarità botaniche, gli adattamenti degli animali e delle piante, uccellagione e studio delle migrazioni, api e fi ori, piante medicinali e commestibili della montagna, la vita della malga e la gestione del bosco.

In dem Besucherzentrum ist die Umwelt von Tremalzo durch die vier Jahreszeiten vorgestellt: die endemischen Blumen, die Waldtiere, die Vogelwarte und die Migration, die Bienen, Heilkräuter und Pfl anzen, das Leben auf der Alm, das Waldsystem.

In the Visitor Centre you can discover the area of Tremalzo through the four seasons: endemic fl owers, animals of the mountain, birds’ migration and ringing, bees and honey, edible and medicinal plants, life at the alpine dairy and management of the wood.

Questo piccolo museo espone gli strumenti, gli alambicchi, i pestelli e le macchine utilizzate nel corso degli ultimi due secoli dalla Famiglia Foletto, storici farmacisti della Valle di Ledro. In questo laboratorio, dove è possibile osservare anche un prezioso erbario del 1890, il tempo si è fermato per lasciare spazio al confronto fra passato e presente

A small museum, where you can fi nd the professional equipment, tools and machinery, that tell the story of the Foletto Laboratory, set up at the end of the 19th century. The object gathered, catalogued and restored, reveal a wide and varied activity, going from injectable vials, to mountain fruit syrups.
