Demonstration Outline

Create Calendar Utility Web (CCUweb) is easy-to-use

software that creates HTML calendars extracted from

information from your Outlook and GroupWise accounts. 

Keeping people advised about your organisation’s events is

critical.  Whether you're a law firm, hospital, government

department, school, college or university or whether you use

GroupWise or Outlook, CCUweb keeps your web site up-to-

date with the events you need to communicate.

Looking to create on-line calendars based on your Outlook or GroupWise calendar entries? 

The CCUweb Wizard helps you create a calendar project and

decide how you want it to look.  It prompts you to add the download

and update functionality you want to make available to your

audience. 

With the auto-update feature, you can have your calendars be

updated on a regular basis.  CCUweb checks the schedule and

automatically updates the web calendar based on the new content in

your GroupWise or Outlook accounts.  CCUweb Auto-Update ensure

your audience is receiving up-to-date event information.  You can

even import calendar dates from a text file and add them to your

calendars.

• CCUweb’s Auto-Update allows you to schedule the update frequency for your web calendars.  Whatever is added or deleted from your GroupWise or Outlook account is automatically updated the next time CCUweb is scheduled to run.

• Users can import the entire month, week, day or a single event schedule and details directly into their local GroupWise or Outlook accounts.

• With CCUweb’s support for multiple languages, your calendar structure, dates, names of months and days and abbreviations can be published in the language of choice.  If your language is not directly supported, you can create a new language.file with your language of choice.
