in Di' AO Mining Industry Energy Resources Co. ,Ltd located in Chengdu, with the main focus on the

technical aspect of investment for Australian mining project. Fei (George) Mao as one of the two

independent evaluation expert, involved in the feasibility study, capacity-enlarging design and equipment

bidding of the whole project(3.5Mt/Y) in the second half of 2012 ~ 2013 in the first half. Fei (George) Mao

was Involved in acquisitioning of mineral properties, maintenance of mining rights and exploration
