college students are supposed to read a lot of meaningful books to enrich and make progress on ourselves. So let the books become a ladder towards success and carry your dream beginning to set sail, transferring knowledge and hope.

Many students graduate from school these

days, they have a lot of package to take. So they will leave some good books in school, We can get these books for free or paying a little money.

term. That is a good chance to have a wonderful feast of good books. So we want to have a reading seminar for all the people who have time, love reading , and wish to share ideas with others.

I am responsible for the background of this project,

and I asked about some graduate student about their life, knowing that they have much time this term and itch for something meaningful to do, that is why our group want to have this reading seminar. Also good books are easy to get in school these days.

I training my ability of talking to people I don’t know. I open my eyes by reading some useful books and

make friends with many people who have the same interest with me.

What I have done ＆learnt

We established a WeChat group and Invited

members to join us. You can recommend books, published book reviews, exchange your own experience in this group, free time and no mandatory requirements.

We Put forward a theme and invited our members to read together at a certain time. The deadline also was proposed. Then we held a reading exchange meeting discussing together to share our experience.

Theme of first reading exchange meeting:

Make the reading become a habit. Reading time: during may 1st to may 30th. Exchange meeting time: At nine thirty on the

morning of May 30th. Place: Room 1505 of The Second Complex.

About the reading exchange meeting

First: Each member needs stating your own

experience about this book, you have five minutes, It is best not to short or timeout;

Second: Free time, you can talk the topic which you are interested in with anyone freely;

Third: Vote time, casting the best book review; Fourth: Medal presentation; Fifth: Determining the next meeting topic

or books list according to the meeting.

About the reading exchange meeting

In this group, I am primarily responsible for

the design of activities. Make activities schedule.

Through the whole process I learned how to work with other team members. We often need to discuss or collaborate to complete the work.

I learned a lot in the reading exchange meeting. Everyone has their different idea, we learned from each other by exchanging our experience.

I hope that we can attract more people to join us.

Why do I choose the project?

I am be good at teamwork and managing

time. What I should do in the project can develop my strengths.

I am responsible for examining the background introduction and advertisements, budgets. I will assist others if somebody is so busy to do his works.

What is My division of the project?

Exchanged suggestions with other

team members on linkedin. I have made a post for advertising

and assisted Henry Zhao to do propaganda work.

As a free member, when the other team members’ hands are full, I would help to make a few fragmentary things.
