Slovakia

Slovakia is a small, colourful country in Central Europe, full of lovely surprises. It is a land of castles and mountains, caves, lakes and spa resorts. Capital city Bratislava draws the most visitors, thanks to its excellent nightlife and guided sightseeing tours.

Žemberovce

The first written record of Žemberovce comes from 13th century. Typical jobs were agriculture, viticulture, weaving, basketry and making wood products. There live about 1300 inhabitants now.

Secondary School Žemberovce

Our school is quite small with only 140 pupils here. The school was established in 1968 and it consists of three buildings where are a kindergarten and a school canteen, primary and lower secondary classes and a gym. Next to the school there is a nice playground.
