Who we are | SME Banking Club

• SME Banking Club was created by Andrey Gidulyan.

• SME Banking Club is organized by bankers for bankers

to exchange information and experiences in the

segments of micro, small and medium-sized

businesses.

• Main regions: CEE, CIS and Caucasus.

• SME Banking Club has representative offices

in Ukraine and Poland.

• Permanent members are commercial banks:

Who we are | Why we differ

• SME Banking Club is not a consulting company, but we give recommendations to bankers for companies with successful cases in other banks.

• We are not a recruiting company, but, having wide range of contacts, we help: a) find work, b) select candidates for banks.

• We are not an event company, which is why we organize events the way the bankers want it.

• We are not a publishing house, but we consolidate all articles, news, and publications devoted to SME on a single online resource (domain smebanking.club)

• We work as an association and all our activities are targeted at a realization of the objectives of our banks-members.

• We are an information & analytical hub created by bankers for bankers involved in SME segment, with a purpose of sharing qualitative information and professional networking.

Our principles

• Change-Change: we provide data to the banks if the same data is provided in return.

• Fair Play: we are for fair competition and honest exchange of information.

• Cross Check: we trust the parties, but we cross-check the information for possible mechanical errors and align it with other sources.

• Share your knowledge. Information and knowledge exchange stimulates the development of the market and increases the effectiveness of every active participant.

• The synergy effect. If each SME Banking Club member requests to find one report - every member will have five reports already!

• We do not sell banks’ data to third parties. Only delivery of report with aggregated data is possible

What we do | Libraries

• Innovations: publications of financial innovations for SME customers. Which allows SME bankers to find interesting and practical ideas from all over the world, monitor competitors and stay abreast of the times.

• Marketing: we consolidate various marketing materials (brochures, TV ads, banners, emails) - everything we find is saved, scanned and stored. Which allows marketing managers to compare existing marketing campaigns and find ideas for new ones.

• Community: banking experts, responsible for the development of SME segment.

• We provide an opportunity for easy online communication between participants: messages, forums, discussion groups, articles, and blogs.

• One profile allows each participant to see all the information (profile, orders, articles, events to visit, etc.).

Please note that we do not provide contact information of participants to third parties without a permit of the owner. We can recommend people, but the decision about contacting the person remains purely on participant’s side.
