Gurpreet Singh, Co-founder and Director - Talent Syndication at TeamTree, is a Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has over 7 years of professional experience in the financial services industry and over 3 years in manufacturing sector. His area of work includes head hunting, talent acquisition, HR audits and HR due diligence

Nishit Kantha, Co-founder and Director – Advisory at TeamTree, is a communication and instructional design & delivery professional. He brings rich experience in Change Management, Attitude & Skill Training , OD intervention and HROS from large corporates across BFSI, Telecom, Manufacturing, Retail, Automobile & Hospitality industry. He has worked with Bennet Coleman & Co (The Times of India Group) for around 10 years. He holds a MBA degree.

Gunjan Choudhary, Co-founder and Director at TeamTree, is a Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and MBA (Finance) from Narsee Monjee, Mumbai. In his past career, Gunjan has established 2 successful business ventures in mining and education sector which are on growth path. He has also pioneered the investments operations of his family business and possess strong knowledge about capital markets industry.

Rashi Jain, Co-founder of TeamTree, is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has over 4 years of professional experience in the manufacturing and energy sector. Her area of work includes talent acquisition and head hunting services.

Corporate need and training need are interdependent because the organization performance ultimately depends on the performance of its individual employee and its sub group. Our purpose of conducting training need analysis is to determine whether there is a gap between what is required for effective performance and present level of performance. It helps to plan the budget of the company, areas where training is required, and also highlights the occasions where training might not be appropriate but requires alternate action.

This will help organizations to develop plans for individual career development and for other employees in the organizations. This process results in a document that has been referred to by such terms as an individual development plan, a learning contract, MBO (management-by-objectives) for personal learning, a personal "curriculum" for learning, and a plan for personal career advancement.
