经济特区投资促进政策 (1/3)必须是发展经济特区政策委员会规划的经济特区

目前，发展经济特区政策委员会首期规划了 5 个经济特区，

具体如下：

1.达府 (Tak) 3个县中与边境接壤的 14 个镇

2.莫拉限府(Mukdahan) 3个县中与边境接壤的 11 个镇

3.萨缴府(Sa Kaew) 2个县中与边境接壤的 4 个镇

4.宋卡府(Songklah) 沙岛县(Sadao)与边境接壤的 4 个镇

5.哒叻府(Trat) 空艾县(Klongyai)与边境接壤的 3个镇

若属经济特区政策委员会制定的经济特区目标行业

享受如下优惠权益:

• 免 8 年企业所得税，结束后再享受该税项 5 年减半

• 水电费和运输费的双倍从收入中扣除，期限为15年

• 公共便利设施的安装和建设费用的 25% 可从收入中扣除
