Try this amazing Thanksgiving recipe! White Chocolate Cranberry Quick Bread from Cranberry Recipes at http://www.cranberryrecipes.org/

A delicious holiday treat perfect for cocktail parties or after dinner snacks, this White Chocolate Cranberry Quick Bread combines the bitter and zesty flavors of orange and cranberry with the sweetness of white chocolate chips. Make this bread a day ahead of time and serve it cold for a perfect treat that brings together all the beloved flavors of the holidays.

Ingredients:

● 2 c. all-purpose flour  ● ¾ c. white sugar  ● ¾ tsp. salt  ● 1 ½ tsp baking powder  ● ½ tsp baking soda  ● 1 c. fresh cranberries, chopped  ● 1 tbsp orange zest  ● 1 egg  ● 2 tbsp vegetable oil ¾ c. orange juice ¾

c. white chocolate chips

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9”x5” loaf pan and set aside.

2. In large bowl combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Add cranberries and stir to coat with flour.

3. In small bowl combine egg, oil, orange juice and orange peel. Slowly add egg mixture to flour mixture and stir until just combined; mixture should still be lumpy. Fold in white chocolate chips.

4. Spoon the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean. Let bread sit for 10 minutes and then remove from pan and cool on rack. Let cool completely before slicing. Serve cold.
