We  have  a  week  to  save  the  children  of  cocoa  slaving!    Lets  get  started  

Menda  

We  have  to  go  undercover.  We  will  never  make  it  out  if  we  aren’t  

careful.    

Jack  and  Menda  enter  the  cocoa  forest,  where  Belocia  and  his  fellow  co-­‐workers  are  working  on  cutting  cocoa.

this  kind  of  life  is  no  fun,  working  hard  all  day  without  pay  

save  the  children  in  Africa  today.    

“Did  you  hear  that?  Everyone  get  to  work  incase  its  stasio.”

Well  why  so  pushy?  My  name  is  Jack

Why  is  that?  I  am  trying  to  help  the  lost  slaves  in  the  cocoa  industry.  Does  that  include…  you  and  your

Living  in  fear,  drowning  in  tears,  the  children  need  help,  it’s  a  good  thing  you’re  here.

   Stasio  is  angry,  and  nervous.  Jack  and  Menda  are  in  great  danger.

Jack  see’s  a  crow  bar  coming  for  his  head.  Stasio  knocks  him  out.    Menda  runs  away  to  find  help,  but  never  returns.    Jack  later  wakes  up  in  a  small  cell  captured  for  life.
