ur initial consultation with you will determine what Point A & Point B are. We will also bring samples of paint, wood, granite, tile, and more so we can determine what the end picture will look like. Once in agreement we will use our technology to do cabinet design, floor plans, room layouts and more.

aving a detailed layout of each item of work that needs done, how much it costs to do that specific item, and in what order it needs to be done can be very overwhelming to some people. Without this important detail you will make errors on items, costs, and possibly having to correct items that you thought were already completed.

Your scope of work will have every line item of what needs to be done, how much we are estimating it will cost, the deadline of completion, & the phases in the order they need to be done in. iguring out how much the project will cost and then actually staying close to that number is not as easy as it sounds. There are always hidden surprises in every project & with out having a detailed budget plan it is hard to stay on top of how much you are actually spending.

ne of the areas where we excel is with Budget Creation & Management. Not only will you receive a detailed report weekly on where we are at with the budget, you will also receive our Wholesale Pricing on all Materials! With our management we will ensure that nothing goes over budget. If changes need to be made to the original budget then it will happen only with the Home Owner’s prior approval.

lthough it is not common, it does happen where Contractor’s take advantage of owners with little to no experience. Trusting the contractor working on your home is easier said then done. Many owners are so intimidated by hiring & managing contractors that they will actually do the work themselves which can create more problems then it solves.

A here we provide the most service is with hiring reliable, licensed contractors who we already have a working relationship with. All contractors we hire are also insured and will pull permits on all work done to ensure it is all to code. NO contractor is paid from us until ALL work is completed. All contractors are held accountable for deadlines & receive daily progress calls from our company.

What is included: ricing for The Maximizing Team is $500 - $700 per week that the project is active depending on what package you choose (example, if there is a week where no work is being done then no charge will be added for that week). Choosing to Hire Us: nce you have made the decision to work with us then it is time to start your renovation process. Below are the steps that are involved to officially hiring us. These steps are as important to your protection as they are ours. Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask. Our trained experts have no issues with ensuring you are comfortable with the choices and the entire process. Step 1: Our Initial Walkthrough consultation. Here we will simply set out the expectations & start to come up with the “End Vision” for the project.

Step 2: We will sign the contractors agreement to hire me as your project manager.

Step 3: We pick out the specifics for the project (ex: paint colors, flooring, tile, cabinets, fixtures, etc.)

O Step 4: Next we will determine the overall budget that you will initially set for the project. Step 5: Once the initial requested budget is determined and the specifics are picked, I will then create a full Scope of Work with all pricing & the total estimated budget. Once I have presented this, you can then pick and choose what if any items you may want to remove based on overall price. Owner Involvement:M any owners take comfort in knowing our knowledge & expertise in

the Renovation arena is backing their project, however some owners actually enjoy the design process as well. It is up to you as the owner on how involved you want to be with the design, material selection, and overall creation of the “End Vision”. Some owners only want to pick out paint colors, others want to choose the fixtures or the tile, and some want to have say in everything that gets placed into a project. All of the above are fine with our Maximizing Team. ur goal is to provide homeowners with a Peace of Mind knowing that all the headaches that are associated with a renovation will fall onto someone else (us). With the headaches out of the way you are free to let your creative energy flow or simply sit back and continue on with your daily lives stress free of the renovation. Whatever you decide we will support you on.

lease keep in mind that part of your standard package includes our designer and their skills with maximizing the home to its fullest potential. Feel free to contribute but we do recommend that you utilize the full benefits of our team. Our designer will always provide their feedback whether it’s the owner or the team making the design decisions.

What we mean by that is we are very skilled and experienced with project management and therefore ensure to our owners that every dime spent is accounted for and we will not make any decisions we are not 100% sure about. Our client experience has been and will remain the highest in satisfaction & excellence.

ur 100% Satisfaction Guarantee simply means this: if we are late on our deadline, or go over the budget without consent from the owner we will credit you one weeks worth of our Fees (either $500 or $700 depending on the package selected).
