• The difference in the levels of the cutting edges are transferred directly and adversely affects the surface roughness of the drilled surface.

• The uneven load on the tool's cutting edges produces vibration and adversely affects tool life.

• Affects hole accuracy• The load applied to the double

edges is uneven during drilling, and the tool life is reduced.

Tools with multiple cutting edges, such as end mills, measure all the cutting edges, and the dif ference between the maximum and minimum values is the tool runout (difference).

Measure the length from the rotating center of the first cutting edge to the shoulder of the drill (X1)

The larger the tool runout, the larger the centrifugal force. Runout caused by rotation is added to the runout that was introduced when the tool was set, resulting in a greater runout.

When the tool is rotated, it rotates near the rotating center.

Measure the length from the rotating center of the second cutting edge to the shoulder of the drill (X2)

1刃目の回転中心からドリルの肩までの長さを測定（Ｘ1）

回転させる工具の振れが大きいほど、遠心力も大きくなります。工具を取り付けた際の振れプラス、回転による振れが加わり、より大きな振れになります。

工具を回転させるとほぼ回転中心付近で回転し続けます。

AData transferWith OZT-2 and OZT-3, you can transfer electronically machine-specific tool data directly from the tool presetter to the CNC machine.

Aデータ転送OZT-2、OZT-3ではツールプリセッタから直接、機械(CNC)にツールデータを転送出来ます。

ESpindle holder, spindle brake, vacuum clamp, and pull-in clampTool holders and adupters are clamped by eimer vacuum clamping or pull-in clamp. 360°spindle enables break anywhere and 4 x 90°spindle indexing is also possible. Pneumatic activation with keypad.
