세계램프생산량은 2008년도약 108억개(후지경제연구소조사), 2012년까지유럽시장백열램프생산판매중단으로 LED램프판매가급속히증가예상.(일본시장에서는원전사고의영향으로이미백열램프의판매를상회중) 전세계주요가전메이커가조명시장에신규진출하고있으며(삼성및 LG, Sharp 등)
주로 LED Lamp를생산함.
문제는 LED램프에사용되는 AC-DC전원부에 필수적으로사용되는전해콘덴서가열에취약하여수명이짧고(평균 20,000시간), 크기가커서램프제조상의다양한문제를야기시키고있음.
시장의요구는 1. 전해콘덴서없이장수명(LED패키지의수명에버금가는수명-15만시간), 2.
고효율(85%이상)과 0.95이상의고역율, 3.조광가능(0-100% Full Dimming), 4. 트랜스포머없는컴팩트성(Edison11 Base삽입가능크기), 5. Free Voltage(50-265V), 6.LED 패키지의특성에좌우되지않는간단설계가능, 7.저가격등임.
당사의특허기술인 ‘H bridge V Up-Down Output Technology : HVUD’를통해, 상기의기준을모두만족하는세계최고의전력관리반도체(PMIC)인 LGC-P1을제조하여판매하고자함.(유사기술관련자료첨부) 2011년 11월에엔지니어링샘플이실험에성공하였으며, 2012년 2월까지상업용버전을제조하여 PHILIPS, OSRAM, GE, ZUMTOBEL, USHIO, SHARP등 LED램프제조메이커에판매를목표로사업을전개함.
2015년 LGC-P1 및전원모듈제조를통해매출약9000억원(영업이익 2,200억원)을달성하고자함.
(LED전구및기타 LED-TV용전원시장및광고용전원모듈등연계시장공략을통해).
본사업을위해, LGC-P1 (LED용전력반도체) 개발및마케팅비용, 전원모듈제조공장설비투자등에200만불(24억원)을조달하고자하며, 이에대한투자를유치하고자함. 투자기간은 2011-2014년3년간이며, 상장(기업공개,IPO)을통해투자금을회수하고자하는사업임.

If there were ‘n’ amount of LEDs from A to D, this is a patented circuit which turns on the switch relevant to the voltages needed in each group, which will activate the LED by detecting each voltage, current and sensor.Even with different voltages in each groups, the needed values are read accurately, there fore even if the property of the LED changes, it activates accordingly.Also, the needed voltage values for each LED groups are PWM controlled, and with inserted temperature sensor, precise dimming control and long life LED is possible.It is successfully energy saving, compact and long lasting.
