OBJECTIVE:

To ensure continuous payment of benefits to rightful payees

POLICY:OFFICE ORDER 2013-008 (FEBUARY 27, 2013)

A. All total disability, retiree and survivor pensioners shall be required to present themselves for ACOP during their month of birth, as follows:

• Survivor pensioner – month of birth of the deceased member

B. Pensioners who shall comply six (6) months before their month of birth shall be allowed as early compliance.

C. Non-compliance with ACOP shall result to automatic suspension of pension based on the following schedule, as shown below:
