압축기를 이용하여 냉매 Gas가 Condenser에서 용이하게 냉각, 액화될 수 있도록 고온·고압의 Gas로 변화 시킵니다.

Condenser에서는 고온·고압의 Gas가 냉각되어 같은 온도·압력의 액체로 됩니다.

Cooler에서 저온·저압의 액체가 Oil의 열을 흡수하여 저온·저압의 Gas로 됩니다.

주 용도 : 머시닝 센터, NC 선반, 각종 냉각유를 사용하는 시스템(사출기, 방전 가공기, 유압프레스 등), 공작기계 및 자동화 설비 장비 등 Major Use : MCT, NC, System uses various coolant(injection molding, electric discharge processor, hydraulic press, etc.), Manufacturing machines and automation equipments.

CAPILLARY TUBE에서는 고온·고압의 냉매 액체를 감압시켜 COOLER에서 용이하게 증발 할 수 있도록 저온·저압의 액체로 만듭니다.

OIL COOLER는 냉동기에 의해 작동유, 윤활유 등을 실온이나 기계온도의 변화에 따라 유온을 컨트롤하고 기계의 열변형을 방지하고 가공 정밀도를 향상시킴.

By using the compressor, refrigerant gas is changed into gas of hign temperature and high proessure.

In the cooler, low pressure liquid absorbs the heat released from the hot oil and it is changed to gas at the same pressure.

Gas of high temperatue and high pressure leaving the compressor is cooled and liquified easily in the condenser under the same pressure. To be evaporated easily in the cooler, the pressure of the liquid leaving the condenser is reauced to alow value in the capillary tube.

With the use of the refrigerator, oil cooler prevents theraml defomations and improves the precision of manufacturing by controling the temperatures of hydraulic oil and lubricating oil according to the changes of the room temperature or machine temperature.

1. 먼지가 없는 실내먼지가 많은 장소에 사용하게 되면 Fiter 및 Condenser가빨리 더러워 집니다.

1. Install where it s dust free insideLots of dust will pollute the filter and the condenser more quickly.

3. Install where it's safe from direct rays.

Sun rays or heat of a stove will deteriorate the cooling effects.

4. Install where it's convenient to connect pipes.When the pipe is too long or bent between the machine and the oil tank, the pipe resistance will become huge.Install where it's easy to connect pipes as possible.

5. Install where is level ground.

The concrete foun dation will be ideal but it will be okay to use pieces of wood or steel frames to fix the machinefirmly free from and vibrations.

2. Install where it s well ventilatedㆍSince it's an air-cooled refrigerator, it requires a good ventilation.ㆍPleasa leave some space between the main body and the adjoining objects.ㆍIf the temperature is high around the machine, it will set off the safety device and accrdingly stop the main device.ㆍMaintain the ambient temperature of the main device at 10~45.3. 직사일광을 받지않는 곳

일광이나 Stove등의 열이 있으면 냉각 효과가 저하됩니다.

4. 배관 연결이 편리한 곳

기계과 Oil Tank사이의 배관이 길게 되거나 배관의 굽은 곳이 많게 되면, 관로 저항이 커집니다. 배관연결이 용이하고, 가능한 배관이 짧게 될 수 있는 장소로 정하십시오.

5. 바닥이 수평인 곳

콘크리트 기초가 적당하나, 어쩔 수 없는 경우에는 나무, 철골등으로 진동이 없게 단단히 고정하십시오.

※ 주의 :

주위 온도가 45이상인 경우, 배관 등으로 외기가 들어올 수 있게캐비넷의 흡입구를 설치하거나 배열을 실외로 정해 주십시오.장소는 Fan 풍량이 약해지지 않는 구조로 실외에서 물이 들어오지 않도록 해주십시오.

※ Caution : When the ambient temperature is 45 or higher. Install the machine at the entry of the cabinet or let the heat exhaust discharge outside air can come through the duct.Be Sure not to make the structure contribute to weakening fan capacity and to keep water from coming from outside.

2. 통풍이 잘되는 곳

ㆍ공냉식 냉동기이므로 가능한 통풍이 잘되는곳에 설치해 주십시오.ㆍ본기 주위는 다른 물체와 사이를 띄워 주십시오.ㆍ기계 주위온도가 높은 경우, 안전장치가 동작하여 본 기기의 운전을 정지시키는 경우가 있습니다.ㆍ본기기 장치 주위 온도는 10~45 범위내에서 사용하십시오.

A. Oil tank(or 기계)와 본기는 배관 크기의 Gas관 Hose로 접속해 주십시오. 배관의 접속을 Sealtape 등을 사용해서 공기 흡입 및 누유되지 않도록 하십시오.

B. 배관은 되도록 짧게 또한 굴곡이 적게 하여 오일이 쉽게 흐르도록 하십시오. 점도가 높은 경우는 유점성에 의한 마찰 저항이 크므로 굵은 관(흡입관은 유속이 약 1.5m/sec이하)을 사용하십시오.

D. 용도에 적당한 Oil-strainer을 설치, 본기 내부에 절삭분, 먼지, 이물질이 들어가지 않도록 해 주십시오. 여과기의 용량은 펌프 분당 토출량의 2배 이상(또는 흡입 압력이 0.15kg/ 이하가 되는 용량)인 것으로 선택하십시오.

C. Stop valve는 관로저항이 크므로 피해 주십시오.

E. Oil Tank는 통상, Pump 분당 토출량 3-4배에 달하는 용적이 필요합니다.

F. 퇴후 보수 점검이 편리하도록 적당한 Union-joint 등을 사용하십시오.

H. 흡입측의 끝에 붙어있는 Strainer는 아래에 고여있는 침전물을 흡입하지 않도록 Tank의 바닥에서 5cm 정도를 올려서 설치하십시오.

G. Return 관의 끝은 Oil tank 깊이 넣어 주십시오.

A. The oil tank(or machine) and the oil cooler should be connected by the above mentioned pipe or hose. Use the sealing tape around pipe connection to prevent air infiltration and oil leakage.

B. Complete the piping as short as possible and with minimum number of bends so that the oil flows easily. On case of high viscosity, the frictional resistance is high, so the wide pipe should be used. (The oil speed in inlet should be 1.5m/sec and less.)

D. Use the proper oil strainer so that the cutting powder, dust and dirt are not contained. Choose the filter, the volume of which is more than twice as amount of spout of pump, or less than 0.15kg/ as suction pressure.

C. Do not use the stop-valve becase the piping resistance is high.

E. The oil tank needs two or three times volume than pump spout per minute.

F. Use the proper union-joint in order to repair easily afterwards.

H. The end of suction part of strainer should be located 5cm up from the bottom of tank so that deposit is not inspired.

G. Soak the end of return-pipe deeply.

B. If the comperssor does not operate although the power is on, exchange any two of the three wires of the power codr to correct the phases. Though it does not be opearted. Never handle the electromagnetic switch with hand. Such a manual opeartion will damage the comperssor because of reversing it. Note that the comperssor should be provided with a plugging relay to portect it from reversing.

6. Oil Tank, Oil Strainer 등을 항상 청결하게 유지, 정기적으로 각부의 소제, 점검을 해주십시오. (21p 일상 점검 항을 참조하여 주십시오.)

12. 사용 방법 / Using method

1. Oil tank(또는 기계)와 본기가 정확히 배관되어 있는가 확인해 주십시오.

1. Be sure to check if the oil tank(or the machine) is accurately connected to the main body through the pipe.

4. 온도 조절기(볼륨)를 이용하여 희망온도에 설정해 주십시오. 가능한 온도설정 범위내에서 설정해 주십시오.

4. Set up the temperature as you want by using the parameter, please set within a range of temperature settings.

2. Pump용 과전류 계전기는 Pump가 과부하 상태가 되면 작동됩니다.

2. The excess current relay for the pump will start operating when the pump is overloaded.

4. 역상계전기는 Pump의 회전 방향을 일정하게 하는 Relay입니다. 전원의 상이 역으로 되었을 시 작동합니다.

4. The relay to prevent counter current will keep the pump rotation in a certain direction. It will turn on when the power phase turns reverse.

3. 전원 Switch를 ON으로 합니다. Power가 점등하고 운전을 시작합니다. (이때 순간적으로 냉각(Cool) Lamp가 점등하는 것은 이상이 있는 것은 아닙니다.) Alarm Lamp가 점등 되었을 시 상이 바뀌어 있을 경우도 있으므로 원전원을 OFF로 하고 2상을 바꾸어 주십시오.

3. Turn the power switch and the pump on, and the operation will start.(The cool lamp will flicker for a second, and it's not and error.) If the Alarm lamp is on, the phase may be changed. So turn the original Power off and set he phase at 2.

3. 냉동 Cycle 보호를 위해 고압 압력 Switch가 부착되어 있습니다. 이것은 Filter의 막힘, Condenser의 더러워짐, 막힘 등에 의해 열교환이 나빠지면 Condenser의 토출 입력이 높아지고 본 switch가 작동 합니다. 또한 이물질에 의한 Fan Motor가 고착되는 경우와 Fan 파손 등에 의해서도 작동됩니다.

3. The high-pressure switch is prepared to protect the cooling cycle. The switch will turn on when the filter is clogged or the condenser is polluted or clogged, thus causing the heat exchange to deteriorate and the discharge pressure of the condenser to in crease. If will also turn on when the fan motor is stuck or he fan is damaged by foreign substances.

5. 유온이 설정온도 보다 높은 경우Cool lamp가 켜지고 냉동기가 운전됩니다. 설정된 온도에 이르면 Lamp가 꺼지고 냉동기가 정지한 이후 유온의 변화에 따라 자동 운전 됩니다.

5. Be sure to be within the allowed scope of temperature.The Cool lamp will turn on and the refrigerator will start.If it reaches the set temperature, the lamp will go off, the refrigerator will stop, and the machine will automaticallyoperate according to the changes to the oil temperature.

1. 바이메탈 써모 스타트 및 과전류 계전기가 작동하는 경우는 주위온도가 높고, 유온이 높고, 또한 전원 전압에 이상이 있는 경우이므로 이런 원인을 제거해 주십시오. 원인을 제거 하지 않고 운전 시키면 Compressor가 고장 납니다.

1. When the ambient temperature is high the oil temperature is high, or there is something wrong with the voltage, the motor protector and the excess current relay will turn on. Please get rid of the causes. if you keep running the machine without taking the necessary measures, the compressor will break down.2. 펌프용 과전류 계전기가 작동된 경우는 이물질 등이 들어가서

모터가 고착되어 발생하는 경우가 많으므로 이런 원인을 제거한 후 배전반 내 과전류 배전기의 Reset Button을 누르면 모터가 정상적으로 작동됩니다.

2. Inmost cases. foreign substances will cause the motor to be stuck and thus turn on the excess current relay for the pump. Remove the causes and push the reset button on the excess current distributor in the switchboard. Be aware that the motor will be damaged if you push the reset button without removing the causes.

3. 고압 압력 스위치가 작동하는 경우는, 주위 온도가 높고, 필터의 막힘, 팬모터 불량 등의 원인이 되므로 이런 원인을 제거하고 전원을 투입해 주십시오. 원인을 제거 하지 않고 운전을 계속하면 고장의 원인이 됩니다.

3. When the ambient temperature is hign, the filter is clogged, or the fan motor is malfunctioning, the high-pressure output switch will turn on. If you keep running the machine without removing cause, it will cause a breakdown.

2. Condenser부에 막힘이 없는지 확인해 주십시오. 막힘이 있으면 압축 에어나 털이 긴 브러쉬 등으로 먼지를 제거해 주십시오.

2. Check if the condenser is clogged.

1. 본체 표면이 더러워지면, 중성세제를 사용하여 닦아 주십시오. 1. Use the neutral detergent to clean to clean the dirty surface of the main body.

먼지가 묻은 면을 아래로 가볍게 두드리거나, 청소기로 먼지를 빨아내 주십시오. 더러움이 심한 경우는, 세제가 포함된 물로 닦아내주십시오. 세척 후 음지에서 잘 말린 후 부착해 주십시오. 청소는 1주일에 한번 정도는 해 주십시오.

When cleaning the condenser filter, tap the dusty sidedownward lightly or use the vacuum cleaner to suck the dust.If it's heavily pollued, sue the water containing a neutral detergent. Dry it in the shade completely before putting it back on. Be sure to clean once a week.

If it's clogged, use compressed air or a brush of long fur to remove the dust.

기름의 상태에 따라 다르지만 될 수 있으면 자주해 주십시오.

The cleaning methods of the oil strainer can be different according to the types of oil.

13. 고장ㆍ이상의 구분 및 처리방법 / Trouble and countermeasure

사용 중에 고장이라고 생각하면, 다음과 같이 처리해 주십시오.Take the following measures when a breakdown is suspected during use.

[1] Cooler가 운전되지 않는다. / The cooler isn't running.

[2] Compressor, Fan은 운전되지만 유온이 내려가지 않는다. The compressor and the fan are working but the oil temperature doesn't down.

장기간에 걸쳐 운전을 정지할 경우, 전원을 빼고 먼지, 얼룩, 수분등이 본기의 내부나 Condenser 표면에 부착되지 않도록 주의해 주십시오. 또한 Oil cooler내의 기름을 전부 빼주십시오.

If it s not to be used for a long term, pull the power plug out and take the necessary measures to keep the inside of main body and the condenser surface from attracting dust, stain, or water. And you need to drain the oil out of the oil cooler.
