•During Epi Week 25, (463/474) 98% of the health facilities across 5 Governorates provided surveillance data for all EWARN Syndromes this week and 85% of reporting sites submitted the weekly reports on time. •The consultations reported this week were 200,410 (including 55% children under the age of five) compared to 195,315 consultations in the previous week. •7 AFP (Acute Flaccid Paralysis) cases were reported during Epi week 25. The 20th ERC was held on 21 June to classify 6 AFP cases. All 6 cases were classified as discarded. •EWARN labs reported: 7 positive cases for Measles IgM (Harim 3 – Jarablus 2 – Ar Raqqa 2), 3 positive cases for Mumps IgM (Harim 2 – Ras Al Ain 1), 2 positive cases for HAV IgM (Idleb 1 – Harim 1), and 10 positive cases for Salmonella IgM (Al Bab). •The highest syndromes reported were respectively: OAD (23,804), ILI (14,505(, and STF (1,019). •Al-Hasakeh governorate recorded the highest proportional morbidity for OAD (29,3%), AJS (0,9%), and ABD (0,9%). •Deir ez zor governorate recorded the highest proportional morbidity for STF (2,4%), and Leish (1,4%).

•خلال الأسبوع الوبائي 25 أرسل 98 % من المراكز المبلّغة (463 من 474) تقاريرهم الأسبوعية من المحافظات الخمسة، وقد وصل 85% منها في الوقت المحدد. •بلغ إجمالي الاستشارات المبلغة في هذا الاسبوع الوبائي 200,410 (منها 55 % أطفال بعمر أقل من 5 سنوات) مقارنة بـ 195,315 استشارة في الاسبوع السابق. •تم الابلاغ عن 7 حالات شلل رخو حاد خلال الأسبوع 25. عقد اجتماع لجنة الخبراء ERC في 21 حزيران لتصنيف 6 حالات شلل رخو حاد AFP، وقد صنفت جميع الحالات الستة كمستبعدة Discarded. •سجلت مختبرات برنامج الانذار المبكر: 7 حالات إيجابية IgM الحصبة (حارم 3 – جرابلس 2 – الرقة 2)، 3 حالات إيجابية IgM النكاف (حارم 2 – راس العين 1)، حالتين إيجابيتي IgM الخاص بالتهاب الكبد A (ادلب 1 – حارم 1)، و10 حالات إيجابية IgM السالمونيلا التيفية (الباب). •أعلى الامراض المسجلة كانت على الترتيب: الاسهال الحاد لأسباب أخرى (23,804)، اشتباه الانفلونزا (14,505)، اشتباه الحمى التيفية (1,019). •سجلت محافظة الحسكة المعدل الأعلى للمراضة النسبية لكل ٍمن: الاسهال الحاد لأسباب أخرى (29,3%) والمتلازمة اليرقانية الحادة (0,9%)، والاسهال الدموي الحاد (0,9%). •سجلت محافظة دير الزور المعدل الأعلى للمراضة النسبية لاشتباه الحمى التيفية (2,4%) والليشمانيا الجلدية (1,4%).
•The number of the reported STF cases during Epi week 25 was 1,019, with the highest proportional morbidity in Deir ez Zor governorate (2,4%). •The number of the reported AJS cases during the same time period was 438, with the highest proportional morbidity in Al-Hasakeh governorate (0,9%). EWARN Labs reported 2 positive cases for HAV IgM (Idleb 1- Harim 1). •EWARN field team reported 23,804 OAD new cases, and 262 new cases of ABD. •Regarding follow-up of typhoid fever alert in Al Bab city, 19 suspected cases were investigated in the laboratory, 11 came positive for IgM Salmonella typhoid. The cases and response procedures are being implemented in coordination with the local council. •Water borne diseases risk scale is being generated and followed on community level and on monthly basis in all EWARN coverage areas. •EWARN informed partners & WASH team about the districts with high WBDs levels.

•بلغ عدد حالات اشتباه الحمى التيفية STF 1,019 حالة خلال الأسبوع الوبائي 25، مع أعلى إمراضية نسبية في محافظة دير الزور (2,4%). •بلغ عدد حالات المتلازمة اليرقانية الحادة AJS 438 خلال الأسبوع الوبائي 25، مع أعلى إمراضية نسبية في محافظة الحسكة (0,9%). سجلت مختبرات EWARN حالتين إيجابيتي IgM الخاص بالتهاب الكبد A (ادلب 1 – حارم 1). •تم تسجيل 23,804 إسهال حاد لأسباب أخرى OAD هذا الأسبوع بالإضافة إلى 262 حالة جديدة من الإسهال الدموي الحاد ABD. •وفقاً لمتابعة حالات اشتباه الحمى التيفية في مدينة الباب، تم تقصي 19 حالة مشتبهة في المختبر وكانت 11 منها إيجابية لـ IgM السالمونيلا التيفية. يتم متابعة الحالات الجديدة وإجراءات الاستجابة بالتنسيق مع المجلس المحلي. •يتم متابعة مشعر خطورة الأمراض المنقولة بالمياه بشكل شهري وعلى مستوى التجمع السكاني في جميع مناطق تغطية الشبكة. •تم إعلام الشركاء وفريق المياه والاصحاح عن المناطق ذات المستوى العالي من الامراض المنتقلة بالمياه.
•In Epi-week 25 /2019, the total number of new suspected cases of measles was 10 new cases from Aleppo (A’zaz 2- Afrin 2- Al Bab 1- Jarablus 1), Idleb (Harim 1 - Idleb 1), Ar-Raqqa (Ar-Raqqa 1), and Al-Hasakeh (Al-Hasakeh 1). •6 suspected measles cases have been investigated during Epi Week 25 (Jarablus 2 – Afrin 1 – Jebel Saman 1- A'zaz 1- Ras Al Ain 1). •EWARN labs reported 7 positive cases for Measles IgM (Harim 3 – Jarablus 2 – Ar Raqqa 2) out of 12 specimens. •The coordination with SIG is ongoing to vaccinate children in the EPI centers in camps and districts of Idleb, Aleppo, and Hama rural. •The number of the reported suspected Pertussis cases was 149, the highest number reported from Menbij district (52 cases). No complications were reported due to pertussis. •The number of the reported suspected Mumps cases was 76, the highest number reported from Al Mayadin district (17 cases). •Nor Neonatal tetanus cases were notified, nor diphtheria cases.

•في الأسبوع الوبائي 25/2019, وصل عدد حالات الحصبة المشتبهة إلى 10 حالات جديدة من محافظات: حلب (اعزاز 2 – عفرين 2 – جرابلس 1 – الباب 1)، ادلب (حارم 1 - ادلب 1)، الرقة (الرقة 1)، والحسكة (الحسكة 1). •تم تقص 6 حالات اشتباه حصبة خلال هذا الأسبوع (جرابلس 2 – عفرين 1 – جبل سمعان 1 – اعزاز 1 – راس العين 1). •تم إجراء تقصٍ مخبري لتحري IgM الخاص بالحصبة في مصل 12 حالة حصبة مشتبهة وكانت 7 منها إيجابية (حارم 3 – جرابلس 2 – الرقة 2). •يتم الاستمرار بالعمل والتنسيق مع فريق لقاح سوريا بشكل مستمر من أجل تلقيح الأطفال في المخيمات والمناطق في ادلب وريفها وريف حلب وريف حماه وذلك في مراكز التلقيح الروتيني. •بلغ عدد حالات السعال الديكي المسجلة هذا الأسبوع 149 حالة، سجل العدد الأعلى للحالات في منطقة منبج (52 حالة). لم تسجل أي اختلاطات بسبب السعال الديكي. •بلغ عدد حالات النكاف المشتبهة المبلغة هذا الأسبوع 76 حالة، سجل العدد الأعلى للحالات في منطقة الميادين (17 حالة). •لا يوجد أي إبلاغ عن حالات كزاز الوليد أو الدفتريا خلال هذا الأسبوع.
