[MNU] Menu

The menu in angry birds is pretty simple. There are four buttons on the bottomof the screen, and a big play button in the middle.

The four buttons:

*The circle i button is an information button, which tells about the app

*The speaker button will mute or unmute the app

*The geode-looking button is internet play, that connects you to leaderboards

*The video button on the very right is an in-game trailer video. Kinda neat!

*The big play button right in the middle starts the game, obviously.

Once you click play, you can go back (bottom left) to the main menu, or selectfrom one of the worlds. On the world select buttons, you will see your scoretallied up, as well as the number of stars you've collected.

Clicking on a world, you can see the worlds open to you, displayed along the

top, as well as the levels within each world. Each level is marked with anumber button, and you can see how many stars you have per level. The max is3.

[CTL] Controls

The point of the game is to destroy the green pigs! Do this by launching yourbirds at them.

Once a level is loaded, the camera will be on the slingshot. You can moveyour thumb right to left along the screen to change the view to the pig'sstructure, if you want to plot strategy.

Touch the bird on the slingshot with your finger, then pull it back to getstarted. Pull it back further for more strength behind the shot (we will alwaysbe firing at full strength!), and move your finger up or down to change theangle. Honestly, this part is so intuitive you probably don't need a guide.

Let go to fire!

The only other control comes with the special birds- blue, yellow, white, and

black. With these, you will tap the screen once they're in flight to make themdo their special move.

That's it, enoy!

[BDS] Bird Types

A description of the various bird types in angry birds, collected by anangry ornithologist.

Red- The most basic type of bird. While it is incapable of flight, it's beenobserved constructing enormous slingshots, which it uses to fling itselfbodliy at great distance. Woe betide any who would attempt to steal the eggsof the redbird. It breaks easily through glass, but it stopped by thickerconstruction materials.

**Basic Bird- Just flies and hits**

Blue- Don't be fooled by its tiny statue! This bird possesses a super-fastreplicative cycle. Able to produce triplets in a mere milliseciond, theyoung appear in a poof of smoke where the adult used to be. The body of theparent is utterly consumed in the process of making the triplets, but this is

small price to pay for such a wonderful advantage!

Yellow- Possibly the angriest of all the avis angryis species. The dreadedtriangular yellowbird is truly a sight to be feared. Working itself into afrenzy of pique when it sees its intended target, very little can stop thecharge of a frothing yellow!

**Speed Boost- click to give the bird a short boost of speed**

Black- The bob-bombird is much more dangerous than an initial appraisal wouldsuggest. The bird feasts on beans and cabbage for most of its adult life, andis able to release the pent-up gasses thusly generated in one explosive boomon the slightest provocation! The strongest walls fall before this burst, socare is advised when dealing with it.

**Bomb- Explodes when impacted, destroying nearby walls**

White- The most prolific of the angry birds, the white bird spends most ofits lift drifting in lazy circles, looking for a soft patch of ground to layits eggs upon- of course, these eggs can be dropped as projectile weapons on

unfortuante targets as well!

**Bomber- Click to lay an explosive egg when directly overhead**

Boomerang- This tropical fellow has well-honed migratory instincts: he can'tget more than a few feet from his original perch before he starts migratingright back! This does make it hard for him to get anywhere far away, but hecan hit those hard-to-reach places!

**Boomerang- Can curve around to hit the back of structures**

Big Red- This red bird has surely been eating his vitamins! He has ascended

to the very peak of red birddom and become a Big Red- the kind of the redbirds!

**Wrecking Ball- Breaks through all kinds of walls with ease**

Alright so for this level, you've got a high stone wall to the left, someglass past that. There is a sturdy structure with three pigs on it to theright of that, and a rickety structure with four pigs on it to the absoluteright.

Shot 1: Red

Aim your first shot so the tuft of the bird's hair is roughly on level withthe bottom of the brown bands wrapped around the slingshot. It should hitthe stone tower right about at the top. This should fling a piece of woodto the right, and take care of the three pigs on the sturdy structure.

Shot 2: Yellow

Have the very top of the tuft of the yellow's hair even with the very bottomof the brown bands on the slingshot (this will be further down than the firstred shot). Activate the speed boost RIGHT before it gets to the first stack of5 sturdy wooden blocks. It should impact the bottom-right of the ricketywooden tower, taking out all the pigs

This level looks like a mess - a big triangular dip in the mountain with glasspieces, rubber duckies, a beach ball, and pigs way down deep.

Shot 1: Blue

Pull this down way far: it should be at full strength, and the rightmost tip

of the blue's beak should be even with leftmost corner of the brown strap onthe slingshot. It'll fly in a big tall arc, activate the blue-power when it'spast the highest point and just starting to come down. This should smash upmost of the green pigs, and cause the pig on the "diving board" to roll inand get smashed.

Shot 2: Blue

Same shot as before, but a little more to the left. Activate the blue powerwhen you're about even with the tip of the triangle going up (before the pool).This should smash some glass and cause the pig to roll down a little.

Shot 3: Blue

Same shot as before. Activate blue power when you're right past the top ofthe arc. This should smash the pig.

This level features a series of platforms, with five pigs on the ground, thenthree on the next level, two on the next, and one on the top level.

Shot 1: Red

Pull the bird back to the right so that his center is just about even with the

joining place for the two branches of the slingshot. This should hit the squarewood block 3rd floor (2 pig floor) of the tower, and take out the pig there.

Shot 2: Red

Same shot as before. This should strike the same floor of the tower, and causethe tower to collapse, destroying all but the bottom-rightmost two pigs.

Shot 3: Red

Pull back the red so the top of his head-tuft is even with the top of thebrown band on the slingshot. This should strike the wreckage of the tower andeliminate the remaining pigs

Here there is a pig in a glass and wood tower, on top of three pigs shieldedby earth. There is a sloping hill, and the pigs can be accessed from theright. Further up the hill are some boulders held in place by a glass stop.

Pull so the top of the yellow part of the yellowbird (not the tuft) is evenwith the bottom of the brown band on the slingshot. Activate the yellow rushwhen the bird is at the same height as the green pig on the hill. Thisshould collapse the tower and crush the pig.

Shot 2: Blue

Pull down to the far bottom-left, so the bottom of the bluebird is even withthe top of the shaft of the slingshot, or the bottom of the U-part. Activatethe blue splitting power when he is about an inch from the right end of theledge the tower was on. This shot should loose the boulders and crush theremaining pigs.

There are two pigs in fortified stone towers to the right and left of a morerickety central stone tower, which houses two more pigs.

Shot 1: Black

Pull down so that the top of the black's tuft is just below the brown band onthe slingshot. It will hit the very top of the central tower, and explode onthe right side of its roof. This should destroy the right three pigs, leavingthe one in the left tower.

Shot 2: Black

This shot is slightly higher than the last one. It should hit the left toweron its top-left side, and break through to hit the last pig even beforeexploding.

This level has a rickety wooden tower and a stone wall protecting a pig atground level, two more pigs in a rickety wooden tower on the second story,and a small pig on the third story, all in the wooden tower.

Shot 1: Black

Pull this down far, so the tip of his tuft is just even with the bottom of thebrown band on the slingshot. This shot should hit just to the right of thetopmost pig, and knock the tower down. This will splat all the pigs!

There are two pigs at ground level, protected by earth walls and glass on topof them. On top of the earth walls are a stone and wood tower, with another pigperched in its center.

Shot 1: Yellow

Have the top of the yellow (not the tuft) even with the bottom of the brownband. Activate the rush when you're at the same height as the wood part ofthe tower. The shot should hit the stone, cause the tower to pinch togetherbut not fall in the earth walls, and crush the center pig.

Shot 2: Yellow

Have this one be a little bit higher up than the last shot. Activate the rushwhen you're about an inch to the left of the earth walls. This should causethe stones to fall in the earth walls, crushing the last two pigs!

There's a thick stone and rock tower with a boulder on it protecting a pig,a pig IN a stone-and-wood tower on a higher level, and three pigs on the otherside of the hill, below some boulders.

Shot 1: Yellow

Shot 2: Blue

Beak even with bottom of V on slingshot. Activate spread when three inchesfrom the tower. This should take out the left two pigs on top.

Shot 3: Yellow

Top of tuft even with top of brown band or a little above. Activate rushwhen right about to hit the support. This should clear up all the pigs onthe bottom level

Shot 4: Blue

Beak even with bottom of V on slingshot. Activate spread power right beforehitting the first glass tower. Should take out one pig and knock the other offthe tower, which blows him up!

Down very far, with the right side of the bird almost touching the shaft of theslingshot. Activate rush when right over the middle of the leftmost tall tower.Should hit the sword, and take out the rightmost two pigs.

Shot 2: Yellow

Same shot, only a SMIDGE less to the left. Activate the rush at the same placetoo. Should catch the right projection from the tower, and knock it offbalance.

Shot 3: Yellow

Tuft even with the top of the brown band. Activate rush when halfway betweenthe slingshot and the tower. Should knock over the tower, take out most of theremaining pigs, including king pig.

Shot 4: Yellow

Same shot as first two times, same activation time. Should catch the last twopigs directly, splatting them!

I think this is supposed to be a playground for the tykes. You've got a big pigsitting on a park bench, with some little ones going down a slide, and playingball. Welp! Time to murder them!

Top of the hairs should be even with the top of the brown band. Activate theegg when you're right over the leftmost part of the slide. Should take out allthe pigs on the slide

Shot 2: White

Top of the rightmost hair should be even with the top of the brown band, ora little below. Your trajectory should have you hit the rightmost stonebarrier, and you don't even need to activate the egg! it falling over shouldcrush the remaining pigs.

If I had to guess, I'd say this is a skate park. You've got a half-pipe to theleft, a tower in the middle, and some rails to the right. Time to ruin theirfun!

Very far down and to the left, the very very top of the bird's head should beabout 1/8 inch below the U part of the slingshot. Activate the spread powerimmediately after shooting. The rightmost bird should hit the skating pignear the rail (the rightmost pig). The falling debris should take care ofall the rest of the pigs!

Pull far down to the right. Very top of the head should be a good bit belowthe bottom of the U. Activate the spread power when you're right over the

very left part of the helmet pig. This should splat the pigs in chairs.

Shot 2: Yellow

Top of the tuft even with the top of the slingshot. Activate the rush whenyou're just about to hit the wheel. This weakens the vehicle structure.

Shot 3: Yellow

Same shot, same activation time. This will collapse the vehicle and crush allthe pigs in it.

Two stone houses surrounding some pigs and some pigs in a b.... waaaaait. Thisis a graveyard! These are ZOMBIE PIGS! Augh you've got to kill them now!

Pull down and to the left. The very right side of the bird should be touchingthe left side of the shaft of the slingshot. Activate the egg when you're rightabove the coffin (the sunken wooden box). This should bomb the coffin pig, andthe white bird should knock over the right crypt, splatting the pig in there.

Shot 2: White

Top of head, not tuft, even with the top of the brown band. You don't need toactivate the egg. You'll hit the left top of the left crypt, knock it over,and splat the last two pigs.

Kind of a swanky tropical house. There is a rickety wood and stone frame, anda pool with a banana, ducky, and soldier pig in it. Kind of weird, but what-ever.

Shot 2: Yellow

Top of tuft even with top of brown band. Activate rush when you're about aninch from the left part of the wooden balcony. Should weaken the structureof the house.

Shot 3: Black

Top of topknot even with top of brown band. This blast should knock over thehouse and take out all the birds.
