2. เงือ่นไขการช าระเงนิทีไ่ดร้ับส าหรับบญัชกีารจัดสง่ FedEx ของคณุมดีงันี:้ ธรุกรรมทัง้หมดจะถกูเรยีกเก็บทนัทจีากบตัรเครดติทีเ่ชือ่มโยงกบับญัช ี FedEx เมือ่มีการออกใบแจง้หนีใ้นระบบการเรยีกช าระเงนิของ FedEx การท าธรุกรรมจะรวมถงึแตไ่มจ่ ากดัเพยีง คา่ขนสง่ คา่ธรรมเนยีมน ้ามนัเชือ้เพลงิ คา่อากรและภาษี และคา่ธรรมเนยีมอืน่ๆ การไมป่ฏบิตัติามเงือ่นไขการช าระเงนิอาจสง่ผลใหม้กีารปฏเิสธหรอืยกเลกิการใหส้ว่นลดทีเ่กีย่วขอ้งตามดลุยพนิจิของ FedEx แตเ่พยีงผูเ้ดยีว FedEx Express มดีลุยพนิจิอยา่งเด็ดขาดในการปฏเิสธใบสมคัรของคณุโดยไมต่อ้งใหเ้หตผุลใดๆ และเก็บรักษาเอกสารทีย่ืน่เป็นทรัพยส์นิของ FedEx Express เราขอสงวนสทิธิใ์นการระงับบญัชกีารจัดสง่ของคณุโดยไมต่อ้งแจง้ใหท้ราบลว่งหนา้หากยอดคา้งช าระไมไ่ดช้ าระภายในวนัทีก่ าหนดช าระ และการจัดสง่ของคณุจะเป็นเงือ่นไขเงนิสดเทา่นัน้ Payment Terms granted for your FedEx Shipping Account are as follows: All transactions will be charged immediately to the credit card linked to FedEx account upon the generation of an invoice in the FedEx billing system. The transactions will include but not limited to freight charge, fuel surcharge, duty and tax and other surcharges. Failure to comply with payment terms may result in denial or removal of applicable pricing, in FedEx sole discretion. FedEx Express has the absolute discretion to decline your application without giving any reason and retain documents submitted as property of FedEx Express. We further reserve the rights to suspend your shipping account without any notice if the outstanding amount is not settled by the payment due date, and your shipments will be on cash terms only.

3. หากฝ่ายทีถ่กูเรยีกช าระเงนิตามทีร่ะบไุวใ้นใบตราสง่สนิคา้ทางอากาศ (Air Waybill) ปฏเิสธทีจ่ะช าระคา่ใชจ้า่ยส าหรับการจัดสง่ ผูจั้ดสง่จะตอ้งรับผดิชอบคา่ใชจ้า่ยในการขนสง่สนิคา้ คา่ธรรมเนยีม และภาษีอากรส าหรับการจัดสง่ (ผูจั้ดสง่จะรับผดิชอบตอ่คา่ใชจ้า่ยอืน่ๆ ที ่FedEx มกีารช าระใหก้อ่น ซึง่รวมถงึแตไ่ม ่จ ากดัเฉพาะคา่ปรับของรัฐบาล ภาษีเพิม่เตมิ คา่ธรรมเนยีมทางกฎหมาย และคา่ธรรมเนยีมอืน่ๆ) ผูจั้ดสง่จะตอ้งรับผดิชอบคา่ใชจ้า่ยทัง้หมดทีเ่กดิขึน้ในขณะทีร่อค าแนะน าเพิม่เตมิส าหรับการจัดสง่ทีไ่มส่ามารถสง่มอบได ้เชน่ คา่การจัดเกบ็ และคา่ใชจ้า่ยทีเ่กีย่วขอ้งทัง้หมด If the billed party indicated on the Air Waybill refuse to pay for the charges for the shipment, the shipper shall be liable to pay for the freight charges, surcharges and duty tax for the shipment (the shipper is also liable for other charges paid by FedEx to recover the debt including, but not limited to, government fines, additional taxes, legal charges and fees). The shipper is also liable for all charges, incurred while awaiting further instructions for consignments that cannot be delivered, such as storage and all related charges.
