まずは英文の構造から見ていきましょう。

「前置詞＋名詞」は必ず副詞になりますから、省いていきます。

すると…

よって、ここまでの訳は…「その存在は、珍しくない」

注目しないといけないのは、「of」「of」がつないでいるものにどのような関係があるのかを考えてみましょう。

該当部分だけを抜き出してみました。今回の形は、「of」の前後で主語→述語の関係があります。
