  • NGUYN TC T CHC H THNG ACCU

    1. Ac quy l ngun nng lng d phng quan trng, c nhim v cp in n nh, lin tc cho cc ph ti khi

    khng c ngun in xoay chiu.

    2. Ac quy c s dng trong trm vin thng phi l acquy kh, loi acquy c nh c cht lng tt, c cp

    chng ch quc gia, khu vc hoc quc t. Tui th ca ac quy trong iu kin tiu chun phi t t 12 nm tr

    ln vi HTNVT loi c bit, HTNVT loi1; 10 nm tr ln vi HTNVT loi 2.

    3. Dung lng acquy phi ln c th cp in cho ph ti trong thi gian quy nh ca loi HTNVT, quy

    nh c th nh sau: HTNVT loi c bit, HTNVT loi 1 v HTNVT loi 2 m bo 4 6 gi, tu theo

    1. Ac quy kh(ac quy ch kn)

    Hng ngy kim tra iu kin lm vic ca ac quy m bo cc iu kin v mi tr-ng nhit , m, thng gi, chiu sng, an ton phng chng chy n. Kim tra

    pht hin s r r ca dung dch, nt v ca v bnh.

    Hng tun v sinh sch s gi cho b mt ac quy lun kh khng b r in.

    Hng qu thc hin ni dung cng vic nh hng ngy, hng tun v thm o in p t ln tng bnh, tng t ac quy ch floating. o, kim tra nhit b mt

    ca tng ac quy.

    Su thng thc hin ni dung cng vic nh hng qu v thm o dung lng ac quy, kim tra xit li c vt cc thanh ni, v sinh sch s, bi mt lp vazlin mng hn

    ch n mn.

    Mt nm/ln t chc phng th 50% dung lng ca ac quy lm c s nh gi kh nng cp in d phng ca ac quy, trng hp khng m bo thi gian quy nh nh

    2. Ac quy nc(ac quy ch axt h)

    Ni dung kim tra bo dng nh ac quy kh v thm 3 thng /ln o t trng dung dch,kim tra b sung nc ct m bo mc dung dch ng theo hng dn ca nh

    sn xut (ch b sung nc ct), np Equalization cho ac quy trong 48 gi.

  • QUY NH V AN TON

    I. Khi qut chung:

    Vic bo dng ngun in trm BTS phi do nhng ngi c o to y kin thc v an ton, cc ni dung k thut bo dng cn thc hin, c kim tra sc kho nu cn thit.

    Trch nhim ca mi ngi l phi m bo an ton cho chnh h, cho ng nghip v cho tt c nhng thit b lin quan.

    II. Quy nh an ton: Cc quy nh v an ton sau y c p dng bt buc i vi nhng cn b k thut thc hin qu trnh bo dng ngun trm BTS.

    Khng ht thuc l trong phng my. Khng bao gi c phn cch mch in bng cch tho cc cu ch hoc cc b phn

    cch trc khi tt cu dao in, bi v nh th s nguy him do h quang in gy ra.

    Kho v ng kn tt c cc im cng tc v u ni, k c cc chuyn mch t ng hoc iu khin t xa.

    Duy tr cc bng bo an ton thch hp, ch di chuyn khi c s cho php ca ngi ph trch cng vic.

    Ch c ln lt ct hoc c lp tng t Accu khi ang lm vic, khng c php phng qu 50% thi gian d tr tng cng ca Accu.

    Tho b tt c trang sc bng kim loi, ng h, cc vt c khung bng kim loi trn trnh chp in.

    IV.2 NI DUNG BO DNG NGUN IN TRM BTS VINAPHONE (Trch trong quy nh Bo dng trm BTS

  • Tt c cc dng c phi c bc nha trnh chp in gia ng dn v kim loi ni t. Khng chp nhn vic dng bng dnh qun dng c.

    S dng cc loi thang khng dn in. an ton ch ln lt h tng ng dn in thao tc. Quan st ng cc cc, lun nh du cc dy dn khc nhau bng cc bng dnh

    c mu khc nhau.

    Trc khi ni ti gi vo h thng Accu phi m bo cng tc ti gi ang v tr tt .

    Lun lun gi cho cc u dy cch in nhau cho ti khi u ni xong hon ton.

    Khng c di chuyn hoc tho ri cc np y v panel truy nhp ca ngun cung cp v thit b chuyn i trong khi thit b vn hot ng tr khi tht cn thit trong lc tm li.

    III. Qun o v trang b bo h an ton:

    Khi lm vic vi thit b in phi mc tt c qun o khng dn in, hoc c th u phi bc bng vt liu cch in.

    Khi ni hoc tho cc thit b lin kt vi ngun ang hot ng phi bo v mt bng mt n, knh.

    Khi lm vic vi ngun AC phi eo gng tay cch in v s dng thm tri nn nh cch in v chng phi chu c gi tr in p tng ng.

    IV. phng tnh in:

    Khi lm vic vi cc thit b c cc b phn cm in p tnh in phi m bo s dng dy ni t hp l v thm tri t.

    II. Dng c bo dng: Cc dng c chnh cn thit cho cc cng vic bo dng nh k bao gm:

    My ht bi cm tay. Gi lau, bn chi mm, cn cng nghip, m cng nghip ... Tua vt, c l, m lt, lt buc ... 01 M hn v cc vt dng cn thit hn. 02 ng h vn nng. 01 Ampe km ch th s/kim.

    I. Lp k hoch bo dng:

    - Lp k hoch bo dng nh k cc Trm BTS (tuyn bo dng, danh sch trm BTS cn bo dng, lch trnh bo dng);

    - Chun b v phn cng nhn s cho bo dng;

    - Thng bo k hoch bo dng n cc n v lin quan gii quyt cc th tc cn thit v phi hp thc hin bo dng.

    II. Cng tc thu thp s liu:

    - Chun b y kt qu bo dng ln gn nht ca cc trm BTS trong danh sch bo dng.

    - Thng k cc tn ti cn khc phc hin ang c cc trm BTS trong danh sch bo dng.

    - Thng k tnh hnh hot ng ca trm trong thi gian k t lc bo dng gn nht n nay (s c mt lin lc bt thng do ngun, accu, Alarm List) nh gi cc cng vic cn phi ch trng x l cc cnh bo.

  • Ni dung bo dng

  • H thng Accu: (thc hin bo dng nh k 3 thng, 6 thng v hng nm):

    - Kim tra iu kin lm vic ca accu m bo v mi trng: m, thng gi, chiu sng, an ton v sinh chy n, kim tra pht hin s r r ca dung dch, nt v ca v bnh, sn nh t accu.

    - V sinh cng nghip h thng accu.

    - Kim tra cc tip im (xit c, bi du m).

    - Kim tra cht lng ( dn in) tng bnh accu.

    - Thc hin bi phng 30 pht (phng qua thit b i vi bo dng bo dng 3 thng / 1 ln) hoc 3 gi (phng qua ti gi i vi bo dng 6 thng / 1 ln va hng nm phng 50% dung lng accu) kim tra cng dng, in p ca tng bnh accu.

    - Kim tra nhit b mt thch hp ca accu vo nhng khong thi gian c nh trong sut qu trnh o. Nhng bnh accu c nhit b mt cao khc thng c th b li cn lu kim tra k hn qua bc o kim sau y:

    Nu in p bnh no tt xung di 1.8 VPC th phi np li accu v tin hnh li bi o. Nu xy ra ln th 2 th c th kt lun bnh accu b hng cn phi c thay th ngay.
