00 從舌頭出發:一個 Bunun 女孩味覺的跨界 邱夢蘋 LangusLavalian 政治大學民族學系碩士班一年級 摘要 本文試圖透過我 Langus,一個布農人的舌頭,所感受到歷史變遷下傳統與 現代混雜的味道,反思僵化之「傳統原住民」飲食與生產消費論述的迷思。本研 究會運用文獻回顧、參與觀察與深度訪談等方法,從三個方面探討在我的故鄉霧鹿(Bulbul),族人與我所經歷之味覺與飲食行為的變化:歷史:時空脈絡下霧 鹿的定位(開發史、經濟史);食物在過去與現代脈絡下的關於飲食及消費的討 論;由自身出發的飲食行為(生產、烹飪、食用)及味覺的身體感之描寫。 關鍵字:身體經驗、味覺、飲食文化
