1. 陈志强，现任南开大学历史学院教授。陈志强 1994年在希腊亚里士多德大学哲学

院完成博士学业，取得历史与考古学博士学位，后回校任教，曾任历史系（院）副

主任（副院长），2005-2011年间担任历史学院院长，兼任南开大学欧洲问题研究

中心副主任、东欧拜占廷研究中心主任、教育部重点基地世界近现代史研究中心副

主任，1995年以来遴选为中国世界中世纪史研究会常务理事、副理事长，2009年

当选为天津历史学会理事长，担任第六届国务院学位委员会学科评议组（历史组）

成员和第七届国务院学位委员会学科评议组（世界史组）成员，中国社会科学基金

评审委员；曾在哈佛大学、普林斯顿大学、雅典大学、赫尔辛基大学、杜伊斯堡大

学、成功大学、北京大学、清华大学、复旦大学、南京大学、中山大学等世界著名

高等学府从事合作研究和讲学，担任北京大学、北京外国语大学等高校客座教授；

研究领域主要涉及拜占廷历史与文化、世界中古史、欧洲史、基督教史等，曾在

《中国社会科学》、《历史研究》、《世界历史》、《考古学报》等专业刊物上发

表论文，代表性著作包括《拜占廷学研究》（人民出版社 2002年版）、《拜占廷

帝国史》（商务印书馆 2003年版）、《巴尔干古代史》（中华书局 2007年版）、

《拜占廷研究入门》（北京大学出版社 2012年版）、《拜占廷帝国通史》（上海

社科出版社 2013年版）、《科索沃通史》（中国社会科学出版社 2016年版）等 20

余部专著和译著；曾获得希腊议会通过的、由希腊总统和外交部长签署的、希腊驻

华大使颁发的金质勋章，还曾获得教育部社科优秀成果三等奖、教育部教学成果二

等奖（合作）、中国世界古代中世纪史学会论文评比活动一等奖和天津市社会科学

优秀研究成果一、二等奖；入选国家教委“跨世纪优秀人才培养计划”，享受国务

院特殊津贴；主持或完成国家社科基金重大招标项目、九五重大项目、十五规划项

目、教育部重点基地重大项目、博士点基金项目、天津市社科项目、中欧高等教育

合作基金项目等多项研究课题。

Chen Zhiqiang, born in Tianjin in 1952, obtained Ph.D. degree in History of

Archaeology from School of Philosophy of Aristotelian University, Thessaloniki, Greece,

1994; Professor of History, Former Dean of History College, Director of Department of

the World History, Director of the Center for Eastern Europe and Byzantine Studies,

Vice-director of Center for European Studies, Vice-President of Chinese Association of

the Ancient and Medieval World History Studies, President of Association of the Tianjin

Historians, member of Evaluation Group (History) of Academic Committee of Chinese

State Council; member of Chinese Social Science Foundation; researcher at Princeton

University, Harvard University, Athens University, Helsinki University and Duisburg-

Essen University. His academic interests include Byzantine studies, European studies,

Christianity studies and some topics of the medieval world history, published more than

one hundred articles in the academic magazines such as Historical Research, World

History, and authored: The Byzantine Research in the New Observation (2019), The

General History of Kosovo (2016), A General History of Byzantine Empire (2013), An

Introduction of Byzantine Studies (2012), History of the Byzantine Empire (2003),

Ancient History of the Balkans (2007) , Development of the EU (2002), Research of

Byzantinology (2001), Byzantine Civilization (2001), History of Byzantine Culture

(1999), Fall of Constantinople (1997); awarded several prizes for his books and articles,

including Medal Order of Honor by Mr. Karolos Papoulias, the President of Hellenic

Republic, the Top Professor prize by Tianjin Municipality and other awards from Chinese

government.

2. 郭长刚，上海大学教授、博士生导师、研究生院常务副院长。曾赴香港中文大学、

美国加州大学访学。主要学术称号及兼职有：国际全球学大会学术委员、美国国务

院富布莱特访问学者；上海市领军人才、曙光学者；中国世界古代史学会理事、上

海市世界史学会副会长、上海市宗教学会理事。主要研究方向为西方社会文化史、

宗教与全球政治、全球学。代表作《古罗马的智慧：传统与务实的典范》（合著）、

《失落的文明：古罗马》、《土耳其》（合著）等。

Guo Changgang, professor, doctoral supervisor, executive vice president of Graduate

School, Shanghai University. He was visiting fellow of Chinese University of Hong Kong

and University of California. His main academic titles include: academic member of the

International Global Studies, Fulbright visiting scholar (United States); Shanghai Leading

Talent member, Shuguang scholar; director of Chinese Society of Ancient World History,

vice President of Shanghai Society of World History, director of Shanghai Religious

Society; main research interests are Western social and cultural history, religion and

global politics and global studies; major works include Wisdom of Ancient Rome: a

Model of Tradition and Pragmatism (co-authored), Lost Civilization: Ancient Rome,

Turkey (co-authored), etc.

3. 胡舶，历史学博士，陕西师范大学历史文化学院教授，美国康奈尔大学富布赖特研

究学者，美国布兰代斯大学高级访问学者，国家社科基金重大项目首席专家。现任

中国苏联东欧史研究会副秘书长，中国二战史研究会常务理事。曾出版专著（《冷

战背景下东欧国家曲折发展道路研究（ 1945-1956）》，中国社会科学出版社，

2012年；《冷战阴影下的匈牙利事件：大国的应策与互动》，中国社会科学出版

社，2004年）。赴现主持国家社科基金重大招标项目《世界反法西斯战争中的欧

洲抵抗运动研究》。

Hu Bo, doctor of history, professor of School of History and Civilizations, Shaanxi

Normal University, Fulbright research scholar of Cornell University, senior visiting

scholar of Brandeis University, and chief expert of key grant projects of National Social

Science Fund. Currently, he is the deputy secretary-general of the China Society for the

history of Soviet Union and Eastern Europe, and the executive director of the China

Society for the history of World War II. He is the author of: Research on the tortuous

development path of Eastern European countries in the context of the cold war (1945-

1956)(2012); Hungary in the shadow of the Cold war: responses and interactions of great

powers(2004). He has presided over a key grant project of the National Social Science

Fund "Research on European resistance movements in the world anti-fascist war".

4. 霍玉珍，女，博士。曾任中华人民共和国驻捷克共和国大使馆参赞、中华人民共和

国外交部欧亚司副司长、欧洲司副司长、中华人民共和国驻捷克共和国特命全权大

使、中华人民共和国驻罗马尼亚特命全权大使、外交部党校教务长。现任中华人民

共和国外交部中国—中东欧国家合作事务特别代表、中国—捷克友好协会会长、北

京外国语大学、四川外国语大学、吉林外国语大学、北京第二外国语学院、浙江大

学宁波理工学院客座教授等职。长期从事对欧洲国家工作，一直致力于促进中国与

中东欧国际事务领域的交流、合作。Huo Yuzhen, Doctor, special representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the

People's Republic of China on China-CEEC Cooperation Affairs. She served as

counsellor of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Czech Republic,

Deputy director-general of the Department of Eurasia, Deputy director-general of the

Department of Europe, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's

Republic of China in the Czech Republic, and Ambassador Extraordinary and

Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China in Romania. She is also the President of

China-Czech Friendship Association, visiting professor of Beijing Foreign Studies

University, Sichuan International Studies University, Jilin International Studies

University, Beijing International Studies University and Ningbo Institute of Technology

of Zhejiang University. She has been working with European countries for a long time

and has been committed to promoting exchanges and cooperation in international affairs

7. 孔田平，中国社会科学院欧洲研究所研究员、中国社会科学院研究生院教授、博士

生导师、国务院特殊津贴专家。曾在中国社会科学院俄罗斯东欧中亚研究所（原苏

联东欧研究所）工作，历任东欧研究室副主任和主任。2011年 3月到中国社会科

学院欧洲研究所工作，曾任欧洲研究所中东欧研究室主任。曾在美国哥伦比亚大学

中东欧研究所、华沙经济学院金融与管理学院、波兰社会与经济研究中心做访问学

者，从事转轨问题研究。与多次赴欧进行学术交流，参加国际会议。长期从事中东

8. 李秉忠，山西柳林人，1975年生。历史学博士。现任陕西师范大学历史文化学院

副院长，教授，博导，陕西师范大学土耳其研究中心主任。英国埃克塞大学“阿拉

伯—伊斯兰文明研究中心”荣誉成员。主要从事土耳其、欧盟、库尔德问题研究。

目前正主持国家社科基金重点项目“土耳其国家治理难题研究”，曾主持国家社科

青年项目一项并以“优秀”等次结项。先后在《欧洲研究》、《现代国际关系》、

《世界民族》、《史学集刊》、《西亚非洲》等学术期刊发表学术文章 20 余篇。Li Bingzhong, born in 1975 in Shanxi, PhD in history. Currently, he is professor, doctoral

supervisor and vice President of Shaanxi Normal University, the director of Turkey

research center of SNU. He is also the honorary member of Center for Arab-Islamic

studies, University of Exeter, UK. His academic interests are mainly focused on Turkey,

the European Union and Kurdish issues. At present, he is leading the key project of the

National Social Science Fund: "Research on Turkish national governance problems". He

has published more than 20 academic articles in academic journals including Chinese

Journal of European studies, Modern International Relations, World Ethno-National

Studies, Collected Papers of History Studies, West Asia and Africa.

9. 李世安，博士、中国人民大学教授、博导。英国前首相张伯伦奖学金获得者，1986

War History Institute, member of academic committee of Institute of World History,

director of Center for Study of Civilizations of CNU. His main research fields are global

history theory, modern European expansion and cross-cultural interaction, and gender

history. He received his master's degree and doctor's degree in history departments from

Hunan Normal University and Fudan University Respectively. He was a visiting scholar

at Flinders University in Australia, University of Hawaii and Jakob University in

Germany.

He has published some books, such as Global History Theory and Interaction of

Civilizations (2015), Roman Women in Cultural Changes (2001), and God and Women:

16. 马细谱，男，生于 1938年，湖南岳阳人，中国社会科学院世界历史研究所研究员，

首都师范大学历史学院特聘教授。曾在保加利亚国立索非亚大学哲学历史系学习历

史，后赴南斯拉夫进修，1985年获历史学博士学位。曾在中央广播事业管理局国

际电台和我国驻保加利亚大使馆工作过。几十年来他一直从事巴尔干国家的历史和

现状问题研究，是中东欧，尤其是巴尔干研究领域的资深学者。他多次承担国家课

题，发表过三、四百万字的论文和专著。代表作为《巴尔干各国人民反法西斯战争

史》、《战后东欧：改革与危机》，《南斯拉夫兴亡》、《保加利亚史》、《巴尔

干百年简史》等，会讲保加利亚语、塞尔维亚语、马其顿语等多种巴尔干地区语言。Ma Xipu, a retired researcher of the Institute of World History, Chinese Academy of

Social Sciences and a distinguished professor at the School of History, Capital Normal

University. He studied history at the University of Sofia in Bulgaria, and pursued further

studies in Yugoslavia, receiving Ph.D in 1985. He worked for the China Radio

International and Chinese embassy in Bulgaria. He has been studying the history and

politics of Balkan countries, has undertaken many national projects and published papers

and monographs, including History of Balkan People's Anti-fascist War, Post-war

Eastern Europe: Reform and Crisis, The Rise and Fall of Yugoslavia, History of Bulgaria,

Balkan History in the 20th Century. He speaks Bulgarian, Serbian, Macedonian and South

Slav languages.

17. 萨布丽娜·佩特拉·拉梅特（Sabrina Petra Ramet）生于英国伦敦，10岁移居美国，现

为美国人。她于斯坦福大学获得哲学学士，1974年在阿肯色大学获得国际关系学

硕士，1981年于加州大学洛杉矶分校获得政治学博士学位。其生活中的大部分时

间是在欧洲度过，尤其是在英国、奥地利、德国、克罗地亚、塞尔维亚，自 2001

Science and Technology (NTNU), in Trondheim, Norway. Born in London, England, she

was educated in Philosophy at Stanford University, received her MA from the University

of Arkansas, and earned her Ph.D. in Political Science at UCLA in 1981. She has traveled

widely; after spending her first 10 years in London, England, she lived for more than

three decades in the USA, mostly in southern California and Seattle. She also lived in

Germany for three and a half years, Japan on two occasions for a total of 20 months,

Belgrade for 10 months, and Vienna for 8 months, and has lived in Norway since 2001.

She has made multiple research-related visits to Central and Southeast European

countries, including Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia-

Herzegovina, Serbia, and Macedonia. She is the author of 14 scholarly books, among

them Thinking about Yugoslavia: Scholarly Debates about the Yugoslav Breakup and the

Wars in Bosnia and Kosovo (Cambridge University Press, 2005) and Alternatives to

Democracy in Twentieth-Century Europe: Collectivist visions of modernity (Central

European University Press, 2019) She is also editor or co-editor of 37 books (35

published and two in production). Her books have been published in Croatian, French,

German, Italian, Macedonian, Polish, and Serbian translations. In addition to her

历史的文章。Tvrtko Jakovina is tenured professor and former head of the Department of History,

Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb. He is the author of

„Socialism on the American Grain“ /Socijalizam na američkoj pšenici/ (2002), „The

American Communist Ally. Croats, Tito’s Yugoslavia and the United States 1945-1955“

/Američki komunistički saveznik; Hrvati, Titova Jugoslavija i Sjedinjene Američke Države

1945-1955/“ (2003), “The Third Side of The Cold War” /Treća strana Hladnog rata/

(2011), “Croatian Spring – 40 years Later” /Hrvatsko proljeće, četrdeset godina poslije”

katarze. Prijelomni događaji XX stoljeća/ (2013) and “25 Years of Croatian

2017). Jakovina authored many articles dealing with the foreign policy of Tito’s

Yugoslavia and Croatian history in 20th century.

Jakovina is lecturer at the Diplomatic Academy in Zagreb and guest-lecturer at

Istituto per l'Europa centro-orientale e balcanica, University of Bologna. Previously, he

was visiting fellow at the London School of Economics. He taught at the University of

Split and is currently teaching several courses in different Ph.D. programs at the

University of Zagreb. Jakovina has given lectures at different universities in Poland,

Finland, Slovakia, France, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Indonesia, the Peoples

Republic of China, the USA etc.From 2010-2015 Jakovina was member of the Council

for Foreign Policy and International Relations of the Croatian President Ivo Josipović. He

is vice-president of the Croatian Fulbright Alumini Association, member of the Board of

the Croatian-American Association, Management Board president of the Center for

Democracy and Law “Miko Tripalo” and member of several editorial boards. He

regularly contributes for daily newspaper Jutarnji list and weekly Globus in Zagreb. From

2013 to 2016 he was anchor of Croatian Television show Treća povijest/”Third

History”.Tvrtko Jakovina studied at several universities in the United States (University

of Kansas, was Fulbright Visiting Researcher at the Georgetown University). He obtained

MA in American Studies at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium and Ph.D. from

the University of Zagreb (in 2002).

《电影艺术》等重点权威期刊发表学术论文数十篇。Wang Chaoguang, PhD in history, director and researcher of Institute of World History,

Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He was visiting fellow on Stanford University,

Columbia University and visiting professor of Kyoto University and Tokyo University in

Japan. He is mainly engaged in the history of the Republic of China and is one of the

main authors of the authoritative version of the history of the Republic of China. In

addition, he is the author of 1945-1949: the Political Struggle between the Kuomintang

and the Communist Party and the Destiny of China, General Zhang Zhizhong of Peace

Talks, and Film Circles of the Republic of China (co-authored).He has published dozens

of academic papers in key authoritative journals such as Historical Research, Modern

Chinese History Studies and Film Art etc.

20. 王晓菊，历史学博士，中国社会科学院世界历史研究所俄罗斯东欧史研究室主任、

European and Central Asian studies, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He is the

standing director of the World Modern History professional committee of China Society

of Modern and Contemporary history and vice chairman of its north China branch, MA

supervisor in School of History of Capital Normal University. His academic areas are

world history, modern world history and international politics, and research interests

include Soviet history, modern international relations, military history, etc. His major

books are "the Soviet union and Poland" (2001), World War II: a Faithful Soul (2000),

World History--Modern Part (2008), Exploration of Lenin's Socialism" (2008), and The

Rise and Collapse of a Great Power" (2011). Research on the history of the Soviet Union

and how to translate its achievements into the teaching of world history (2009),

23. 徐蓝，历史学博士。首都师范大学历史学院资深教授、博士生导师，首都师范大学

国际关系史研究中心主任。曾任世界史学系主任，国家重点学科世界史学科负责人。

兼任中国史学会副会长，中国第二次世界大战史研究会会长，国际第二次世界大战

史研究会执行局委员，中国国际关系学会理事，国内多所大学兼职教授。兼任教育

京市人民教师提名奖。Xu Lan, doctor of history, senior professor, doctoral supervisor of School of History,

Capital Normal University; director of Center for International Relations of CNU. She

was director of Department of World History and the person in charge for national key

subject-World History. She is also the vice president of the Chinese Historical Society,

president of the Chinese Society for the History of the Second World War, member of the

executive board of the International Society for the History of the Second World War,

director of the China Society for International Relations, and visiting professor on many

Chinese universities. She is also the leader of the Revision Group of History Curriculum

Standards for Ordinary High Schools of the Ministry of Education, and the chief editor of

history textbooks for ordinary high schools compiled by the Ministry of Education. She

has long been engaged in the teaching and research of modern world history and history

of international relations. She has published many monographs, textbooks and

translations, and published more than 120 papers. She has won 16 national and provincial

level teaching and research awards. In 1993, she was awarded special government

allowance by the State Council. In 1997, she was awarded "Excellent Returnees" by the

State Education Commission and the State Department of Human Resources. In 2009,

she was awarded the title of National Outstanding Teacher. In 2011, she won the National

Teaching Teacher Award.

24. 赵刚，男，教授，北京外国语大学欧洲语言文化学院院长、中东欧研究中心副主任、

教授，波兰语教研室主任。1995年毕业于北京外国语大学东欧语系并留校任教；

2000-2002年在波兰华沙大学波兰语言文学系访学，2003年获北京外国语大学语言

文学博士学位。主要研究方向为波兰文学，代表著作为《波兰文学中的自然与自然

观》。近年先后在国内外多种刊物上发表论文十余篇；发表译著一部；主持或参与

了国家社科基金项目、北京市精品教材项目、北京市高等教育精品课程项目等一系

列科研立项。Zhao Gang, professor, dean of the Institute for European Languages and Culture, Beijing

Foreign Studies University, deputy director of the Center for Central and Eastern

European Studies, director of Polish Language Teaching and Research Section.

Graduated from the Department of Eastern European Languages, BFSU in 1995. From

2000 to 2002, he was a visiting scholar at the Department of Polish Language and

Literature, Warsaw University, Poland. His main research direction is Polish literature,

and his representative work is Nature and View of Nature in Polish Literature. In recent

years, he has published more than ten papers in various publications in China and abroad.

He has presided over or participated in a series of scientific research projects such as the

National Social Science Fund project, Beijing Excellent Teaching Materials project and

Beijing Excellent Higher Education Curriculum project.
