校際定向錦標賽宗旨 Aims of IOC

鼓勵學生參與及享受定向活動，多做運動 encourage student to participant in and

enjoy orienteering, and do more exercise.

提倡友誼及體育精神 advocate friendships and sportsmanship

讓中小學生通過充滿挑戰的定向競賽中學習與成長 enable students to learn and

growth through challenging orienteering competitions

梁智恒先生 Mr. LIANG Chi Hang

前香港代表隊成員，曾參加亞太賽及世界錦標賽等國際賽事。現為香港定向總會一級教練

及註冊賽事控制員，具豐富定向教學及賽事組織經驗。 Ex-HK team member

participated in international events such as APOC & WOC, and is now OAHK

Level 1 coach and registered event controller. Coach LIANG is experienced in

O-coaching and O-event organizing.

馮潔齡小姐 Miss. FUNG Kit Ling Veronica

定向「發燒友」，遊走世界跑定向，具豐富定向賽事組織經驗。Veronica is an active O

定向「發燒友」，前香港代表隊成員。Benny is an active O lover and a Ex-HK team

勝任任何定向活動的工作，擅長處理成績。Capable to take up any position of an

orienteering event, especially good at processing result.

香港定向總會一級教練，具多年教學經驗，尤其是初學者的賽前指導。Coach MOK is an

experienced OAHK level 1 coach with excellent coaching for beginners.

李德根老師 Mr. LI Tak Kun

活躍定向愛好者及退休中學地理老師，今年代表香港出戰世界沿徑定向錦標賽並獲得接力

賽世界排名第 9 位，是同類賽事中香港最佳成績。Mr. LI is an active O lover and retired

secondary school geography teacher. He was one of the HK representatives in

the World Trail Orienteering Championships 2015 (WTOC2015) in which Mr. LI

achieved 9th position in WTOC relay, the highest position Hong Kong achieved

so far.

現役香港代表，曾參加世界錦標賽及世界青少年錦標賽。Current HK national team

members, experienced in overseas competitions and trainings, including WOC

and JWOC.

沿徑定向速決賽示範教學 TempO demonstration & education

徐梓皓先生 Mr CHUI Tsz Ho Michael

曾擔任 2013 香港沿徑定向錦標賽(精確賽 B 組)賽程設計員，對沿徑定向教學頗有心得。

Michael was the course setter for HK TrailO Championships 2013 (PreO course

B) and he is fond of teaching and promoting trail orienteering.

所有學校組得獎證書、「最佳表現學校」證書及「積極參與學校」證書將於活動後約 1 個

月寄往所屬學校。All awards certificates, “best performance” certificates and

“outstanding participation” certificates will be mail to corresponding school

address.

比賽用品簡介 Brief introduction on O-equipment

指南針及哨子 Compass and whistle

建議賽員帶備指南針及哨子。Participants are

suggested to bring along a compass and a whistle.

每位賽員獲發一張號碼布。Each participant will receive one number bib.

指卡及計時系統 CH card and timing system

每位賽員需要使用大會提供之控制卡作賽。Each

participant should use the CH card provided

by the organizer during competition.

比賽完成後必須交還指卡。交還地點為成績下載中

心。The CH cards should be returned to

organizer after competition. The site of

return is result downloading centre.

如有遺失指卡，每枚指卡需賠償港幣$200 元正。If CH card is

lost, participants should compensate the organizer

$200HKD for each lost card.

forbidden area, please return to a proper place, set map and continue your

competition.

如當日 1230 後天文台仍發出下以警告/ 訊號，比賽將延期舉行，日期及細節將另行公佈。

If one (or more) of the follow warnings or signals is/ are hoisted after 1230 on

that day, the event will be postponed. New date and details will be released

afterwards.

三號或以上颱風訊號 typhoon signal no.3 or above

如比賽延期甚至取消，所有費用將不會發還。If the event is postponed or cancelled,

all fee will not be returned.

is bad for several days before the event, please refer to our

facebook or website for new information.

接力賽玩法 Rules

參考本會網頁 www.hkceo.com.hk refer to HKCEO website (只有中文版 Chinese

比賽限時 Time limit：120 分鐘/隊 120minutes/team

起點程序 Start procedure

每位隊員各自有一枚 CH 指卡，進入出發區前先把指卡放在

「清除」器 (右圖) 上清除舊記錄。如未有清除舊記錄，指卡

將不會記錄出發後的任何控制點，比賽成績將會顯示為「無效」。

Every teammate will have a CH card which should be

punched at the ‘clear’ unit (picture on the right) to

delete previous record. If the card is not cleared, the

card will not read any punch after start and the result

will be regarded as DISQ.

清除指卡後請按出發序排隊出發。Please queue according

to start sequence and wait for start.

跟據工作人員指示，順序進入出發區。Follow official

instructions and enter the start zone.

每批相隔約 2-3 分鐘。2-3 minutes wait between each start.

比賽採用集體出發制，出發的一刻，隊員無需把指卡放在「起點」器 (右

圖) 上起動指卡計時。For the relay, mass start is applied. At the

time to start, every teammate do not need to punch on the

‘start’ unit (picture on the right) in order to activate the

cards.

出發後方可讀圖。After started, you are allowed to read the map.

接棒程序 change-over procedure

以接觸隊員手部為接棒方式。Changing-over will be done by touching teammate’s

hand.

請觀賞當日示範。Please watch demonstration.

接棒區將以「紅/白」彩帶顯示。The change-over zone will be indicated by

red-and-white tape.

接捧區附設指導區，隊員可在區內 There is a coaching zone attached to the

hand-over area. Teammates may

列印成績條，自行核對，確保每棒順利完成。 Print result slips and check if they

have completed the course in correct sequence.

與隨後出發的隊員交流，給予提示。Communicate and give hints to teammates.

計時系統使用方法 Details of timing system

一般打卡器外貌如右圖，打卡的圓形部分在下方。The

pictures on the right show the appearance of

punching unit which circular punching part is

situated at the lower part.

按照地圖所示的路線完成挑戰。Complete the task

according to the course on the map.

終點程序 Finish procedure

所有最後一棒賽員必需拍打終點。All last-leg runners must punch

the finish unit after finish.

拍打「終點」器 (右圖) 後，指卡將不會記錄任何控制點。Before

crossing the finish line, please check if every compulsory points

and free points are visited. The card will not record any punch

after punching the ‘finish’ unit (picture on the right).

每隊用時以最後一位隊員拍打「終點」器計算。The time elapsed will

be counted according to the last teammate punching the ‘finish’

unit.

越過終點後必須立即到成績下載中心下載成績及交還指卡。Cards MUST BE RETURNED

to officials at the result downloading centre.

請交指卡給成績下載中心的工作人員。Returns CH card to officials at

result downloading centre.

耐心等候成績便條，小心核對各組員負責的控制點。Please wait for the

result slip and carefully check if all controls on the map are

visited.

預計不定時有較多參加者同時衝線，請耐心排隊等候。It is expected that

there will be more teams crossing the finish line at certain

moment, please queue up and wait with patient.

安全事項 Safety issue

在賽區邊緣的某些通道上將有以下告示，請參加者按指示進行比賽。 On certain passage

of the edge of the competition area, the following signage will be shown. May

participants please follow the message.

以「先到先出發」方式進行，請排隊。The demo will be at first-come-first-start base.

控制點規格 Standard for control markers

是次活動將使用兩種不同尺寸的點標旗，大點標旗 (30cm x 30cm) 是接力賽專用，

小點標旗 (15cm x 15cm) 是沿徑定向速決賽示範專用。2 sizes of control flags

will be used in this event. The large control flags (30cm X 30 cm) are for

3-leg relay only while the small control flags (15cm X 15cm) are for

TempO demo only.
