1. 春天 chūntiān, spring 春天就要来了Chūntiān jiùyào láile Spring is coming soon.

2. 久 jiǔ, long time 我住在美国很久了 Wǒ zhùzài měiguó hěn jiǔ le I have lived in the USA for a long time.

3 时间 shíjiān, time 你明天有时间吗？ Nǐ míngtiān yǒu shíjiān ma?Do you have time tomorrow?

4 过 guò ， to pass 时间过得很快。 Shījiān guò de hěnkuài

Time flies.

5 放 fang, to start a vacation放假 fàngjià, vacation start

放学 fàngxué, school dismiss

你什么时候放假？Nǐ shénme shíhòu fàngjià?When do you start your vacation?

6 春假 chūnjià, spring break

我们快要放春假了 Wǒmen kuàiyào fang chūnjiā le Our spring break will start soon.

7 气候 qìhòu, weather气 qì, air

我们这儿的气候春夏秋冬都有。

Wǒmen zhèr de qìhòu chūn xià qiū dōng dōu yǒu.We have four seasons here.

8 夏 xià, summer夏天 xià tiān, summer

我最喜欢夏天 Wǒ zuì xǐhuān xiàtiān. I like summer the most.

9 秋 qiū, autumn秋天有时候会刮风，下雨。 Qiūtiān yǒu shíhòu huì guāfēng , xiàyǔ. Sometimes in the fall, the wind blows and rains.

10 冬 dōng, winter冬天 dōngtiān, winter

今年冬天太冷了 Jīnnián dōngtiān tài lěng le It is too cold this winter.

11 其中 qízhong, among 春夏秋冬，其中，我最喜欢秋天 Chūn xià qiū dōng ,qízhōng ,wǒ zuì xǐhuān qiūtiān.

Among the four seasons, I like the autumn the most.

12 最 zuì, the most 最好 / 最快 / 最慢 最冷 / 最热 / 最大 / 最小

我最喜欢夏天 Wǒ zuì xǐhuān xiàtiān I like summer the most.

13 暖和 nuǎnhuō, warm

房间里面很暖和 . fángjiān lǐmiàn hěn nuǎn huō. It is warm inside the room.

14 短 duǎn, short 长 cháng, long

很短 / 太短了

我们的春假很短 . Wǒmen de chūnjià hěn duǎn 。 Our spring break is short.

15 有时候 yǒushíhòu, sometimes

我有时候去看电影 Wǒ yǒu shíhòu qù kàn diàn yǐng. Sometimes I went to see a movie.

16 热 rè, hot 很热 hěn rè 太热了 tàirè le 非常热 fēi cháng rè

17 华氏 huáshì, Fahrenheit 摄氏 shèshì, Celsius
