    Ingredients 4 Tablespoon instant oats teaspoon (1.5g) artificial sweetener teaspoon pure soluble cocoa powder cup skim milk cup hot water

    Method1. Mix artificial sweetener and cocoa powder together and set aside.2. Put oats and skim milk into a cup. Add in hot water and stir well.3. Lastly sprinkle mixture of cocoa powder and artificial sweetener onto

    oats and adjust sweetness to taste.4. Ready to serve.
