冬季養生食療:豬肚煨胡椒• 材料﹕:• 豬肚 1 個,白胡椒 10–15 克,銀杏 15

粒。

• 做法:• 先將豬肚洗淨,然後將白胡椒放入豬肚,

用線扎緊口,將豬肚入水中,加入銀杏慢火煲煮至豬肚軟熟即可。

• 功效﹕:• 胡椒為純陽之品,可溫中散寒、健胃止

痛。豬肚煨胡椒,功在暖脾胃,是冬季脾胃虛寒者常食佳品,常食之可強健身體。適用於脾胃虛寒造成的嘔吐、泄瀉、脘腹冷痛、納呆、消化不良等症。

銀耳蓮棗茶• 材料:

• 白木耳 5 公克

• 冰糖 適量

• 作法:

• 1. 蓮子洗淨泡水 8 小時以上至膨脹軟化,瀝乾水分備用。

• 2. 白木耳泡水至膨脹,去除硬蒂,撕成小片備用。

• 3. 紅棗稍微沖洗一下,瀝乾水份後以剪刀在果肉上稍微剪出幾個小洞備用。

• 4. 鍋中倒入 3000 ㏄的水煮滾,放入作法 1 、 2 、 3 煮至滾開,改小火續煮 90 分鐘,加入冰糖煮至融化,熄火加蓋燜 15 分鐘即可飲用。

• 註 : • 1 . 白木耳含有很多膠質,對皮膚有很好的滋潤效果。泡水軟化

後也可以切碎一點方便飲用。• 2. 蓮子需要較長的時間才能泡軟,如果來不及可以先加水並放

入電鍋中蒸至膨脹變軟。

Tremella fuciformis Lotus daechucha• Material:

【紅糖薑茶】•  材料:紅糖、金絲棗、姜。

•   做法:

•    1 、將紅糖、無核金絲棗、薑片放入燉煮的容器中 ;

•    2 、注入適量清水 ( 用礦泉水最好 );

•    3 、蓋上蓋子,燉煮半個小時即可。

•   紅糖薑湯紅糖具有養血、活血的作用,加到薑湯裡,可改善體表循環,治療傷風感冒。需要注意的是,生薑紅糖水只適用於風寒感冒或淋雨後胃寒,不能用於暑熱感冒或風熱感冒。

蓮藕章魚響螺豬肉湯• 章魚和螺片都有好香的鮮味,煲腍了的綠豆赤小豆也很好吃,

• 材料• 蓮藕600克、章魚20克、螺片45克、豬骨300克、豬肉150克、

綠豆40克、赤小豆50克、蜜棗2粒、生薑1片、果皮1角、粗鹽適量、水4公升

• 做法• 1. 蓮藕去皮,切去頭尾,原條破邊,切成兩件備用。

• 2. 章魚浸水約2分鐘。螺片浸水約15分鐘至軟,切細件,備用。

• 3.果皮浸半小時,用小刀去瓤。

• 4. 豬骨豬肉用滾水汆水15分鐘,備用。

• 5. 大火煲滾水,放入豬肉豬骨、螺片、章魚、綠豆、赤小豆、蜜棗、果皮、薑、蓮藕。

• 6. 煲滾後,轉中火煲2小時。隔油,加鹽調味,熄火即可。

• 方式:一日可服用 2~ 3次。

• 作用:過敏性鼻炎或風寒外感初起有流鼻水症狀的人。因薑黃有溫暖身體、促進循環代謝的效果,手腳易冰冷的人長期服用可以改善症狀。

• 【作法】• 1.先用電飯鍋蒸好糯米飯,洗好紅棗枸杞備好• 2.鍋內加適量水,水開後加入紅棗煮五分鐘• 3.紅棗下鍋很快會煮得表皮光滑,這時候可以

用鏟子壓爛• 4.放入糯米飯攪拌均勻後加入加適量紅糖及枸

杞• 5.慢慢地攪動到粥黏黏的就行了,如果喜歡稠

的可以多攪一會就可以享用了

木瓜花生木耳湯( 4人分量)• 【用料】木瓜 1 個、花生

2両、木耳 3錢、百合 1両、玉竹 1両、豬 (月展 )1塊、陳皮 1角、蜜棗 3 粒

• 【製法】清水 14碗煲兩個半小時,即可服用。

• 【功能】滋陰除燥、潤肺生津、美容養顏。

清肺潤燥湯

• 【用料】馬蹄十二粒(去皮)生魚一條、生薏米二兩、生薑二片、陳皮一錢

• 【製法】 適量清水,煲約一小時半,調味食用。

• 【功能】清肺降火
