Please send us your proof of payment. Also bring to the conference a copy of your proof of payment, a copy of your registration costs (the shaded section ‘copy of cost’ which you would have torn off) and your registration confirma-tion letter to the conference.

The organisers have made every effort to make this conference as affordable as possible.

We expect this to be a sold-out conference, so please book early to avoid disappointment. The information below is dependent on availability of seats.

All registration costs above include the conference entry fee, your conference pack and your teas and lunches for each day — as per the programme.

A collection will be taken during the conference to make up any shortfalls.

Conference Day Arrival & Registration Registration will take place at City Hill Auditorium from 10h00 to 13h00 on Wed 3 Oct 2018. Conference begins at 14h00 sharp! Register and pay in advance. We are anticipating up

to 3000 people to attend. To avoid standing in long queues, plan to arrive early to pick up your conference pack.

PLEASE bring your proof of payment and your conference confirmation letter / ticket.

If you are flying in or coming by bus, our volunteers will direct you to the conference centre or accommo-dation venue, depending on your arrival time. There will be secure rooms at the conference centre where you can leave your luggage.

There will be food vendors on arrival and activities.

Transport:

Note: If coming by plane, train or bus, please provide the GtC

office with your arrival date and time as early as possible.

1. Arrivals at Durban Airport: Wed 3 Oct 2018. Please arrive between 08h00 and 12h00 latest (the conference begins at 14h00.) Meet AA volunteers at the airport information desk. The shuttle service provided, will leave hourly to the conference venue and later to your accommodation

2. Arrivals in Durban by train and bus station: Meet the AA volunteers at the information kiosk to assist you with the conference shuttle.

3. Arrival by motor vehicle:

Don’t forget your accommodation address and the conference address.

4. Departures: Saturday 6 October 2018 The conference ends at 12h30 with lunch. Please take special care to arrange your flights accordingly. Transport will be available at 13h00 to take you to the airport /bus / station. Please bring your luggage along with you to the conference venue on Saturday morning.
