Professional History:2011 - nowCzech National Library: Project Manager, Deputy General Director Took over a large digitization project that was 18 months behind schedule and led it to a success on time building 2 digitization factories, several datacenters and digitizing 50+ million pages of books. .Oversaw the whole ICT agenda of one of the largest and oldest National Libraries in the world including Library Information Systems, data centers, archiving, digitization, e-book processing etc. 2008 - 2009 Czech Academy of Sciences - SSC: Director of IT Division Formulated a whole new ICT strategy across 55 research institutes and 8000 users; built a new shared datecenter, video team and shared websites team .Responsible for systems used by including networks, information systems, HW and SW procurement, websites, video production, software development, datacenter buildup.

1992 - 2006INFIMA: Director Set up a dominant national online site and built sales channels for leading digital communications vendors. Established the first homebanking in CZ for a major bank.The company specialized in development and interation in digital communications, security, Internet software and applications.
